We ended up buying two wigs she gave us a wig eduction and Instructions for care. Just for basic information you do not return and cannot return wigs anywhere. I would not be happy to buy a wig from someone's home used or not. There are signs in the store that wigs were not returnable. Summer also told me you can leave them here and we will hold them for you. You have pictures. She wanted me to completely understand they will not return wigs. So people giving bad ratings for not being able to return a wig it's not fair. It's an industry standard in every store.

I was unaware that there was a dressing room, so this time I tried on a different pair before heading to the cashier. The helpful staff promptly called the manager, Leelee. However, she was quite rude and dismissive. Before she even heard my issue, she shook her head no. I explained that I had just purchased the pants a couple of hours ago. She then informed me that our policy is final sale on clothing. I politely requested a different size, but she responded with something like, "Your body has been in them." I reiterated that my body has been in these pants too, and the staff simply put them back on the hanger. I firmly stated that she needed to review and change her policies. Despite my attempts to remain polite, she walked away. She was very unprofessional and treated me poorly. The cashier apologized for the unresolved issue.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the need to share this so others are aware…read more Two years ago, I came here and asked for boho knotless braids but was given regular knotless braids without the curly pieces. When I asked if the curly hair could be added afterward, I was told the braids were too tight to add anything. Because of that experience on my birthday, I didn't return for two years. Unfortunately, I had a similar issue again. I recently booked for my birthday after another stylist canceled last minute. I specifically requested small knotless braids and showed a reference photo from the last time they did my hair. By the sixth braid, I could already tell the braids were much bigger than what I asked for, so I stopped and asked if this was their small size. I was told that the size they were doing was actually medium, and they adjusted the price by only $20. What's frustrating is that the last time I came, I paid $230 for small knotless braids with a wash and blow dry, and this time I ended up paying $235 for medium braids that I did not ask for when I came with washed and detangled hair. As the service continued, I became very upset and was crying in the chair because the braids were about three times bigger than my reference photo. After the stylist finished and saw me texting someone comparing the braid sizes my face and clothes covered in tears, they decided to redo only the top section of my head to make those braids smaller. Now my hair is uneven, with the top much smaller than the back. I also have psoriasis, and larger, tighter braids don't last long for me and can cause discomfort. I paid $235 for a style that won't last even two weeks. This is the second time my requested style was not followed. Between the incorrect size, uneven results, and paying more for a size I didn't ask for, this experience was very disappointing. I strongly recommend confirming braid size and sectioning before the service begins and during. The smartest thing to recommend is to find another braiding shop to avoid disappointment because I know I will.

I figure I'd wait a few days to write this review after getting my hair cut. Well it's been longer…read morethan that. For some like myself it takes a few days to get used to a cut. I had to wear it a few ways to see how good or bad it is. And well... It's good. I had to clip a few pieces but ultimately I love my hair. I asked her to layer it and she did a good job. However I do have a few suggestions: 1. Ask how the person wears their hair. I wear mine parted on the side ALL THE TIME and the cut was done with a part down the middle and this probably why I had to cut a few pieces of my own hair. Luckily this turned out well enough for me to not mess it up. 2. Is a cut and wash really $40???!!! Is that what we doing in Charlotte my people? Now originally when I came in to make the appointment she told me a cut and wash was $25. I didn't want a style, so I'm thinking that's cool. I come in and she cut my hair ONLY for $25. She must have forgotten that I wanted a wash. I didn't say anything because I thought she was going to wash my hair afterwards (which would be a bit odd to me), but she's the expert so I rolled with it. I asked how much extra a wash would be. She said $15. Say what now? For a dry cut, I probably could have had my Godmother do it for me. She did my wedding hair and it came out fabulous. People thought a professional did it. 3. Make sure to write down along with my information, what I asked for. When that's done you will see the exact service(s) requested and how much you told me it would cost. Although I would think the services are the same across the board. This was the mistake it seems that the previous salon made. That was a whole other situation that caused them to never see my face in there again. All in all, I'm happy with the result. But after being told that I could get my hair washed and cut for less, I've decided to go in a different direction. I mean let's remember, I asked for only a wash and cut... no style. For that I'm willing to pay $25. Anything more is just highway robbery. But hey, if you can afford a $40 cut and wash and you have natural hair my sistahs, then you'll be in good hands. Well at least make sure you tell her how you wear your hair. That would make all the difference in the world.
