I tried to bring up some topics of conversation and that went nowhere. She rang me up and it was $55 and I was like no no I saw it for $30. She was like with the length of your hair, did you really think it was gonna be 30? I was blown away but paid it and gave her a $7 tip because it did turn out good. Our (my daughter, her Mother in Law and myself) have been going to Brooke. She is amazing with color (my daughters blonde balayage) and my daughter always looks amazing. She also does my daughters MIL dry cut (she has super curly hair), my Bob cut (fine hair) and my daughters (long and very thick) cuts to perfection. Brooke is sweet, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. She gives the best head massages while at the bowl. All three of us have always come away looking absolutely amazing. I expect very few things when dealing with salons especially if I am a first time client........ things that I consider no brainer's and they are....some line of questioning about my hair(history, etc.), a general idea that healthy hair is your priority, thorough shampooing of my hair, and the benefit of being able to explain how I like my hair.......simple.
