Love this place always coming back! Music is always good and everyone is welcoming! I never get designs on my nails but wanted to something different! Bre came through with a cute design that's so me!

Bad french style done

nails. FULL PEDI AND mani w/ gel extention. 5 hours after nails are already fallen. French paint job is no-good. Pedi is worse than when I arrived. Mediocre work at finest. Extremely frustrating .but if vibe is the only thing that you care for, it has a good clean vibe.

Not sure what else to say besides don't waste you're time here. Tried this place out despite the reviews and that was my mistake. Got my nails done monday midday (builder gel) and by wednesday they were already cracking/chipping and by sunday they were lifting so much I had to just peel them off. This appointment took 1.5 hours, cost me $91, $75 + generous tip for the job that was done. So unfortunate to pay that kind of money for such mediocre quality especially when this is supposed to last much much longer. I called twice to try and get this resolved but after getting an answering machine both times, i did myself a favor this time and thoroughly checked the reviews to see responses to negative feedback and just seems like more back and forth than I even care to give time to. I wouldn't even want to go back for a redo. Would want my money back but that's a stretch. So just taking quite the $$ L and not coming back.

Chipped nail polish , horrible bubbly paint job .

Went on Memorial Day Monday, it is now Wednesday and my gel polish nail has chipped!!!!! Place is cute and staff very friendly and personable however , it is not worth the amount of money I paid for my nails! I wanted a sticker on my nail , poor nail tech tried 4 times could not get it but then needed up having to redo my nail color because the attempts of the sticker messed up the nail. I understand this is non toxic but honestly my nails look like I painted them myself . Correction* Sunday - as you see the response below I guess it's my fault because my nails aren't "healthy" why the polish didn't last! Are you serious. No I will not come in I am taking my business elsewhere and making sure I tell everyone to never come to your horrible place!

Gel mani

The place was super clean and you can tell it's new. I went in for a pedicure. The tech Ciera was super nice and thorough. I don't think there is another special about my pedicure but I can appreciate that she was nice and personable.

The chips after four days.

My service at NP nails was great…read more The salon is clean, they offer you something to drink. Most of the staff is polite. The person that did my service did not speak English and this kind of took away from my experience, she was so sweet but we had no way of communicating with each other, she had to pull one of the other techs over to translate. I've never experienced this before, so for me it was a bit frustrating even though she was so nice and did a great job. Because of the language barrier I was unable to get a real time cost estimate of the extra fees and was just taken a back at my total. And because service aren't itemized on the receipt, I couldn't really tell what cost what outside of the basic service like my pedicure. Anyway, service was great but I think I would prefer to be serviced by someone I can speak to, so there is a clear understanding of what I am asking to be done and what costs if any would be associated with it. Very nice people, very thorough. Will be back!

Friendly staff and no wait time…read more They work quite fast and rushed that you don't feel valued. One person started my nails and then another person finished it up. Because of this, the nails on my right hand look narrower than my left hand. Can't tell unless you actually put my hands together but it is visible when doing so and it didn't give me that feel that they were attuned with their client. I was so easily disposed to a next nail tech who came in and without saying a word started working on my nails rather quickly. I felt like a transaction and quick dollar to be made- Not a good feeling.

I've been a loyal customer at this salon for about a year. Since moving to Charlotte two years ago,…read moreI've relied heavily on reviews when choosing businesses, so I feel it's only fair to share my experience. My earlier visits were decent, although the quality often depended on whether my nail tech felt rushed. I frequently had to remind him that I wasn't in a hurry so he could take his time, which usually resulted in better work. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. During my pedicure, another customer came in asking my tech to fix her polish. Despite me having an appointment, he paused my service to assist her. What concerned me most was that he used the same gloves between clients. I had to ask him to change them before continuing, which is something a client should never have to request. Throughout the appointment, he seemed very distracted -- on FaceTime, repeatedly checking his phone, and taking multiple breaks. During my nail service, I was nicked a couple of times, and my thumb was left bleeding. When I mentioned that my cuticles were being handled too roughly, my concerns were dismissed. I waited until we had privacy to calmly express how the situation made me feel, as I didn't want to embarrass him. Instead of receiving professionalism or understanding, the response was defensive and included remarks that felt inappropriate and dismissive. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was polite and acknowledged the situation. She offered for me to return at another time to have my nails redone, which I appreciated, but I didn't have the time since I was leaving out of town for a wedding. However, I was still charged for the service. With pricing at $95 for a gel pedicure and dip for my nails (not including tip), I expected better hygiene standards and better quality. My nails chipped within a few days, and in less than a week they looked like they needed to be redone. One negative experience can outweigh many average ones, especially when it involves cleanliness, professionalism, and service quality. Charlotte has no shortage of nail salons, and for the price paid, I simply cannot justify returning. Sadly, I will not be coming back.
