This was one of the worst, if not the worst, pedicure experiences I have ever had! I called early in the day to ask if there happened to be an appt for the afternoon and to my surprise, the gentleman let me know there was one at the exact time my husband and I wanted to come. We don't do pedicures often but are going on vacation and wanted to pamper ourselves. We got there and it was clear they either didn't book an appt for us or the appt didn't matter. We got sat quickly and realized there would be one lady doing both of our toes. SO, she started on me first while my husband simply sat there soaking in the chair next to me. She was quick on everything and didn't even ask what kind of pedicure we wanted. About 10 - 15 mins in, I asked what our choices were and decided upon the one with the wax. She heated up the wax for way too long and I felt I was going to burn my skin off; it was so hot. I had to get my feet out quickly after she tried to soak my bagged feet in cold water. SO, she then opted to just move on. I asked if I could have the hot wax but not warmed up as much, so she put my feet back in the bag with the wax that wasn't hot any longer and literally left me sitting there in the wax the entire time she worked on my husband's feet. It would have been too much like right to get new wax, I guess! During this time other techs finished other people and not one time did someone come over to try to finish me up or even help. I then asked if she planned to take my feet out of the wax. She then left my husband sitting with lotion on his legs and proceeded to try to peel the wax off my feet. I had wax in multiple places and picked some off myself. Now comes the even more fun part...My polish would not dry. I am guessing because there was leftover wax still on my toes, who even knows. We tried several times until a man came over, who I assume was the owner and cleaned them up a bit and repainted them. Welp, the big toes ended up swirled somehow after sitting under the dryer. Then the original woman was tasked with cleaning them up. After being there 2 hours, they were dry but looked horrible, so I just opted to cut my losses. I didn't feel like asking them to re-do them would even help and they didn't seem to care about my time or experience. No apologies were made. OH, and they did finally get the lotion off my husband's feet. And one more thing, the hot towel they wrap around your legs...Well mine was cold. So much for self-care and relaxation. I will most likely need to go and have my nails repainted before we leave on vacation...What a waste. read more

I have gone here several times and never have the same experience. This time I went in for a full set with gel polish only to have it chip within 2 days. My technician did not do the top coat on my nails before adding the color, nor did she apply lotion or use alcohol at the end to ensure they were dry. I have had gel on my nails for years and know the procedure very well. The technicians were rude when I asked to see the color swatches of gel polish and had a very slim selection of OPI gel polished available. My shape is not how I pictured but rather than complaining I just paid as I had been in there for over an hour and a half. read more

Took my fiancé with me for his first time getting a pedicure and they did a great job. I had gel pedicure and manicure and the woman that did it was very meticulous and did a great job. Shape is good, color is awesome, nice and even. I would definitely recommend. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Why is this place still open?!?!? I recently moved here and thought I would try them because they were right up the street from my house and next to the Walmart Market I frequently go to! I went in and there were 4 ladies waiting! I was asked to sign my name and the service I wanted! I sat down next to two ladies in the waiting area in the front near the place where you dry your nails and toes! When I sat down and saw that the dust on the bottom of that table was so dusty and dirty that it looked like sand immediately I thought to myself I need to leave, but I was going to give it a chance! Then I looked at the ceiling over the top of the area where they do pedicures and saw that the Chinese lanterns that were above there were just as dusty as the drying area, and the bottom of the chairs where the manicure tables were were dusty also! I thought to myself how are they still open? A young lady came to sit down to dry her toes, and when she reached down to turn on the machine; I too bent down to run my finger across one of the other machines only to flick the thickness of the dust off the tip of my pointing finger! I was done! I then got up and left, because for me a clean place is part of good service it's also the way you care for your clients; keeping a clean establishment! They need to be reported! read more

I just walked out of this establishment before I even got my nails done. The lady who took my regular polish off used just was one cotton ball for all 10 nails and barely got the polish off my nails and left some of the polish on them. My hand was stuck into a bowl of plain warm water. Nothing was put on my hands to soften my cuticles. She use the cuticle nippers like a woodpecker on a tree. Took out a nasty used nail file to shape my nails. And even a worse looking buffing block. The whole time she was doing it I was contemplating on stopping her and just leaving. I kept thinking eventually she was going to notice that she still left polish on some of my nails. When she told me to go wash my hands and come back and I noticed my cuticles look horrible I decided to go ahead and cut my losses, I paid her $10, I expressed my concern over the cleanliness of their equipment And her half attempt at a manicure. Went Saturday and had a jel manicure done , the lady was very distracted looking for a polish color for someone else felt like i didnt get alot out of the manicure other than she soaked my nails and at the end put lotion on my hands. Skip to monday where the jel polish was already chipping and peeling.... ill save my $25 next time and go somewhere else... my polish usually doesnt start chipping till week 2 . read more

This was another failed attempt at finding a decent nail salon close by. I read great reviews on Facebook for this salon so I went in with high hopes. I was especially happy when the owner, Eric, was who was doing my nails. I had read fantastic things about him specifically. He was nice but that's about the only positive for this place. He didn't really listen to the description for how I wanted my nails to look. He didn't do a thorough job with removing my previous polish. The polish that he did put on was not even nor enough coats. Once I left there I realized how bad it looked and was very tempted to actually go somewhere else and have them redone. I don't understand how this place has any good reviews especially if he is the best technician there. I would never go back nor would I recommend it to anyone. The pricing was very affordable but it was still a waste of money. read more

Eric and his staff stay up to date on the latest nail colors and techniques. They work very hard to get to everyone quickly, but do a very thorough job. I've never left unhappy, and if a nail should break, there's no charge for the repair. They do wonders with a pedicure! read more

Myself and two friends visited this location shortly after 1pm on a Saturday afternoon for pedicures. Google stated it was less busy than usual, and less busy than their competitor across the street - so we went! Some reviews weren't the greatest, but we decided not having to wait and being able to relax and take our time would still be worth it. When we showed up, there were only three other customers in the shop. One receiving a manicure and two others under the nail dryer. We were immediately seated despite only one employee being present. Eventually two others appeared and started our pedis. Within about 5 mins, three other ladies with a 1:15 appointment showed up. It was clear that the employees initially though that myself and my friends were the ones who had made the 1:15 appointment, and upon realizing that we were not, they rushed us through in order to attend to the appointment holders. We were finished and under the nail dryer by 1:20!! Fastest pedicure I've ever had in my life. While all typical parts of the process were completed, everything was incredibly rushed and we felt so unwanted and bothersome. We sat under the dryer for longer than needed, just to see how quickly the appointment holders were pushed through. In the meantime, at least four other customers had come in and taken seats in the waiting area. We left around 1:50 and the appointment holders were still sitting the in pedi chairs being attended to. While it wasn't a horrible experience... I certainly will not be going back. The employees in no way made us feel like we were important or worth any more than what was absolutely necessary. For me, the most inciting thing about a pedicure is the relaxing foot and leg rub. This time, that portion lasted approximately 30 seconds. If you do choose to go to this location, make sure you make an appointment bc they clearly value those customers over walk-ins!! read more
