I didn't even finish the service. So I'm looking for a new tech since the last one no longer fits my schedule. I wanted to do something simple bc I paid $50 for a fill in at another shop that didn't work out. Saw the website said that their fill-in's start at $33...cool. I asked for a basic fill in and was even willing to forego colored acrylic that I already have on my nail bc I wanted to see their work first. Well he switched it up and said fill-ins start at $45 for gel. I don't have gel on my nails for starters. The icing on the cake was the upcharge for my nails being "grown out too much" and lifting. I've never heard of an upcharge for lifting. They want any excuse to charge extra. The pic attached is a pic of my nails when I went in. There was no reason for two up charges. Just say the minimum you want is $50 so I don't waste my time. I ended up leaving. read more

I'm a fan of T H Nail Spa. My nail tech is Ryan who is the owner. He is super nice and accommodating however all of the employees there are nice. If you don't have an appointment there may be a wait as they're always busy and it's a very popular nail salon. I love going to Be for my pedicure. She's supper sweet and very funny. I'm super loyal to this nail salon and have gone for about 2 years now and haven't left 1 time being disappointed. If I didn't like something I've mentioned it and it's been fixed right away without any negative feedback. Please give it a try. It's literally about 15 mins away from me and I'm ok with the drive. I've been a customer for about 5 months now. I think I'm done giving this place my money. The customer service here is wildly atrocious. Yes, I used the word atrocious. Lots of attitudes in here. Rushed nail jobs. They'll tack on an extra $5 for the silliest, simplest things that are standard. For example, if you're getting a different color on your ring finger nail... (a common trend), BOOM! $5 EXTRA! If you ask that they clean up cuticles or dead skin when doing a full set, BOOM! $5 EXTRA! Gotten at least 3 bad nail jobs in a row now. Less than one week later, my SNS is cracking since he put it on too thin, while rushing. I won't be returning. read more

This is one of the cleanest nail shops that I have ever been in. All of the technicians seem to take pride in their work and they do it in a timely manner. I have never had a problem here or needed a do over. Everyone is very attentive, friendly and kind. They also offer waxing, which their technician is amazing at. I've been coming to TH Nail Spa for 8 consecutive years now. Their products are amazing. No yellowing, breaking or chipping of the nail polish. I usually go to Ryan or Traci for my manicure needs, though everyone in the salon does a great job. Though I usually book an appointment, waiting times can vary, even when showing up early or on time. So make preparations to have a few hours free if you want a service done here. I got a fill in recently and it was very nice but the GEL polish chipped off the same day and a nail broke. I went back and they charged me $25 to change the GEL polish THEY messed up. Then 2 more broke and I had to go back again the next day. They fixed them and as I left THREE MORE BROKE that day. This place overcharged me and the service was poor. My nails looked good but they did NOT last three days. This place has poor service and the owner Ryan was not accommodating. As a female I care about my nails and will spend good money for them to look good. But I WILL NOT be giving my money to a place that will basically rip me off and waste my money. read more

Paul was amazing, as soon as I got there he got me on a pedicure chair and offered me something to drink. It was getting close to closing and I was the last customer. I am very impressed with the service provided at T.H. Nail Salon. I recently moved to the area and desperately looking for a nail salon, but it looks like I've found one! First of all, they are prompt. I walked-in on a weekday around 3:30pm and they immediately greeted me and asked what I wanted done. Although they had about 3-4 clients I did not have to wait. Which was great! They have several nail techs! Secondly, my nail tech, Hannah, was so sweet and super attentive. She offered me wine (which was delicious), but what I loved most about this nail tech was that she took her time. She was very thorough. It seemed that way with the other techs too. I can not stand when nail techs are trying to rush you out. Also, price is fair, very similar to other places, except this places offers you something to drink which is nice! The salon isn't really fancy or anything but the quality is great. They have a great selection of nail colors and gel polish (which is what I got). Lastly, they give you a card and on your tenth service you get $10 off. Overall, I recommended it! I am going back for sure. read more

I've been a customer for 2 years now. Hanna and Tracy are wonderful at eyebrows. I get my feet, nails, and eyebrows done. I get wax and my daughter gets her eyebrows threaded. I went here for a pedicure on a Saturday morning. The salon opens at 9 and I arrived around 9:45. Even though it was somewhat busy, I only had to wait about 5 minutes. They had 9 people working, which was great. My pedicure ($25) lasted maybe 40 minutes, which I appreciated it. I like it to be long enough to make it worth going. The technician was attentive to detail and massaged my legs and feet for awhile. She was also friendly and helpful when I didn't know how to operate the massage chair. The chairs and bowls are new and top notch. Overall it was a great experience and I'm happy to have found my new nail salon! read more

I have been going here on and off for some years . Yes there prices are kind of high but they did good work so i never complained. But this pass experience was the worse. I have had to go back 3 times because the gel polish kept peeling off because it wasnt dry. The 3rd time I went back which i had went 3 days in a row due to the peeling. The last time i went i asked them if I could change the color because the color clearly keeps peeling they said i would have to pay $25 dollars after i just paid $50 for the fill in. Why do i have to pay to change the color if clearly the color I have is peeling off and i have to drive 30mins just to fix the polish I dont want to keep driving back. Then after they said they would change the color they said they wouldnt put the gems back on after i had paid already an extra $10 for the gems in the first place. Would not reccomend this place just because of there poor service and because they act so cheap yet price so high read more

I've been a regular here for a fairly long time and I have never had a problem until today. I always get fairly long nails and this time was the same. I told the guys doing them that I wanted them long and he cut them too short so I asked him to fix it. He removed the glued on nails and then told me that he didn't think he could do it and that someone else would. So now I'm forced to wait because this man got butt hurt because he had to remove the nails and start over even though I specifically told him I wanted long nails. He kept telling me that short was better so that they don't fall off or what not but it's not what he wants it's what I want. read more

I walked in at 5:35 (the open light was lit and the door was open) and the lady that sits at the very last table yells up front we are closed! I only needed a eyebrow wax which takes 15 mins. Let me start by saying. We as paying customers the least we deserve is respect. Both my pedicure technician (Vaw?) and nail technician (Ryan) were rude. The Vaw guy was yelling at me and being aggressive. I had to tell him to stop yelling at me and he thought I was joking. He didn't even ask me if I wanted something to drink and when another technician asked me I said red wine. I walked out 3 HOURS later still waiting on the wine. Then Ryan who appears to be the owner manager whatever he is, when I asked for glitter on TWO fingers he charged me $5 even though it was the same kind of SNS. All it was was a different color. And when I asked for my cuticles to be cut and cleaned he said I had to get a more expensive pedicure to get that. First of all, I never in a basic pedicure your cuticles weren't cleaned or cut. That's STANDARD HELLO! Come to find out he didn't even take the time to LISTEN to what I was asking he just rushed to say get a different pedicure. I am never going back to this dumpster juice, dirty loud place. People want to come in and relax not leave stressed out or yelled at. read more

So the only reason I started going to this nail shop is because it's right down street from my home and I just moved back to Charlotte. First couple of times were fine. I got a fill in last Tuesday where I asked to get three nails that were cracked replaced. The nail technician replaced two nails but for the third Nail he flicked it with his index and thumb. I then informed him that it also needed to replaced. He dropped a couple of drops of glue and said "it will be fine". I asked if he was sure and he stated that he was. Fast forward to this pass Monday. I scratched my leg and when I brought my hand back up half of my nail was hanging off. The same Nail that was not replaced. I had to go into the shop three days in a row until I was able to get it replaced.I explained to the owner several times the situation but was still charged for the nail to be replaced when I initially asked for it last week. This upset me and it was poor customer service. I'm not sure if I will be returning! read more
