First time here! I think Tee did a good job. My nails look very nice :) I did not give this place a 5 star because I think it could be a bit cleaner. They didn't remove the tools from packaging and they placed them back dirty. I'm not sure if that is just a certain nail salon thing but it gives me reassurance that they are using clean nail clippers, sanders, etc. I will definitely be back. SCAMMERS!!!! This is the 2nd time in a row I have sent my daughter (14) in to get her nails done with more than enough money, only for her to call me and tell me that her card is declined. They told her the total when she went to pay was $62 for some almond nails, but yet they charged her $75? How does that happen? What was the extra charge for? Then when it came time to pay for her eyebrows (because they made her slide her card for a second time) they declined the payment of $18? Eyebrows are $15, so again, what was the extra charge for? My daughter had $90 on her card and cash for tip. So please tell me how she spent over $90 on her eyebrows and some plain colored almond nails? When confronted about it they said they "accidentally charged her twice" for her eyebrows. What a bunch of crock. You guys are CROOKS and take advantage of young customers. But that's ok, because we won't ever make that mistake again! Customers beware! read more

The nail tech, Allie, was very kind + courteous. My nails looked fine after she finished the manicure. However, they do not seem to have professional grade nail dryers (they offer small desktop fans or a nail dryer that barely works). my nails were still wet when I left the salon and my manicure chipped/ smudged after I left the salon. read more

I was just at Artisan nail in mount holly. When getting my nails done I was handed off to Kim Kim. She was sloppy and cut 2 fingers with the dremel file. When asking the tech to clean the glue from my nail she said it'll blend in with top coat and can still see the excess of glue that was used. I asked her to even up and clean the sharp edges on the side of my nail and she was reluctant to do so saying she has already done in. This is the worst manicure I have ever received and will not be returning as the nail tech did not care enough about my nails nor her ability to create a beautiful product. I'm a huge tipper and refused to tip the lady who refused to fix my nails. However the young man who done my pedi did an amazing job and was friendly and kind. read more
