I was granted my request but upon entering again I was delayed service due to esthetician not being available during scheduled appointment. Once service begun my esthetician Emma answered her phone repeatedly throughout my service and became agitated when I informed her that certain parts of my body need to be waxed over due to hair still being visible. She's always talked about how great her experience is and finally convinced several of us to switch our business over. I came here Saturday afternoon for a Brazilian and under arm wax with Maria. She was early and waiting for me when I arrived. The salon was immaculate, and everyone had a professional appearance and demeanor. The bathroom was pristine with wipes for the clients to use to freshen up before services. The room was clean, with no wax hanging out anywhere, and it didn't look dirty or sticky. There was a fresh, neutral scent in the air, and the table was spotless with fresh paper. During the wax, Maria paid close attention to detail but was very efficient. Her conversation was delightful, and I enjoyed our rapport. As soon as I got off the table, I could feel a difference in the quality of the wax I received. No pain and silky smooth.
