Lesson learned I will not be back. If you don't have enough employees to service your business close the doors until you do. If your employees can't speed English hire an interpreter, this is American where English is the standard language.

And I trusted her to take good care of it. I went for a haircut on February 7, 2024 and was looking forward to getting it styled by Emily. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. She turned me away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing. Emily totally disregarded the thinning of my hair and pulled out a whole lot of it with her round brush and blow dryer. She cut the back of my hair a lot shorter than the front and very UNEVEN. I trusted her to take good care of my hair and obviously I shouldn't have. After I went home and realized how badly Emily had damaged my hair, I went back to ask for a refund and she refused.
