Absolutely the best pedicures anywhere! All the tecnicians are licensed, true professions who take their time and make getting a pedicure/manicure a relaxing, "treat yourself" experience! Sit back and allow your feet to be pampered with hot stones, paraffin wax, and massages while you sip your favorite beverage compliments of the spa. All of their services are very reasonably priced and walk-ins are welcome. I travel all over the world for my work and this is my favorite spot for all my nail services! This was my 1st time here. When I walked in there were not any customers and two of the staff were sleeping in the chairs. They did not budge and were not about to wake up and be of assistance. I went to the bathroom and when I came out another girl was going to help me while the other two stayed asleep in the chairs. How unprofessional! The physical appearance of the store was below average. Needless to say, I walked out and went to another salon. read more

Last week was the 3rd time I had been to this nail salon. All 3 times I received the best pedicures and manicures I have ever had. Comparable to my previous provider closer to Charlotte(20 yrs), Denver Nail and Spa provided good customer service...Although they are short staffed(like most businesses now)they acknowledge you when you come in and let you know how long the 'wait' will be. The 2 ladies that did my manicure and pedicure were very detail oriented so my nails were perfectly shaped, cropped and moisturized. With a long luxurious, needed leg and foot massage, I consider this part of my health care plan. Please tip generously, they deserve it, they came in to work to provide a service I needed. If we are not tipping our service providers 30%, post COVID we need to cook our own meals and do our own health care. My name is Sylvia. After being told by QC that they were too busy to do a fill in, I decided to check this place out. The lady who worked with me was incredibly rude. She was VERY abrasive while sanding my nails and hurt my right pinky finger badly enough that it made me jump and gasp. She did not apologize and we kept going. She did this with two other nails and I told her to please be more gentle because she was hurting me. I understand occasional nicks can happen, but it literally felt as if she was sanding my whole nail off. She seemed rushed and inattentive even though there was no one waiting and she was very, very rough. After the third time she hurt me she looked at her coworker next to us and started laughing! She then walked away for a solid ten minutes in the middle of my fill in without excusing herself! When she returned and was finishing up she cut me and made my left thumb bleed. She then just threw some cuticle oil on it and told me to wash my hands. She never once apologized for hurting me several times! She also made 3 of my nails uneven and my thumb nail(not the one she cut) is so uneven that it looks like an incline. I stopped here because I was hoping to get my fill in here instead of waiting in traffic to go to my regular salon in Mooresville. I wish I had just waited. This is the first and only time I left a place without leaving a tip. I will never come back and do not recommend to anyone. read more

Never come in on a Saturday or expecting that your appointment will stick! A bridal party of 5 people called to make sure we could get our nails done together and at a certain time! Waited for over an hour past the time scheduled for and then started on 1 persons nails. We are all stressed out because of time and feel like the staff do not care! They are not attentive to us waiting or trying to move the process at all. I am very disappointed with this nail salon and will not be back. read more

My first gel set (done elsewhere) was thick/bulky looking. She made them look very natural. I will be returning! read more

Highly recommend. Accompanied my wife, mother and sister for a pedicure day. My mother who has partial paralysis on her left side and very limited mobility was treated superb and the entire staff was very accommodating to us all. This is what really sets businesses apart and is very important to me as other places have turned my mother away in the past for these issues which are out of her control.
