Instead, the lady used a tool to grind the gel, which was very painful. I was not told that I would be charged $11 for gel removal. When I disputed this, they told me that I had to pay it. Nowhere did it state there was a removal charge on their menu or website. They were incredibly rude about it as well. Also, the lady that did my Pedicure, butchered my feet. It was so painful that I had to keep asking her to stop.. Also, while getting my pedicure, she turned the massage chair off b/c it was shaking too much, which I was paying to use. I have never had anyone turn the chair off until it was time to paint.

He was very friendly. When I arrived every nail tech was with a customer, even so they graciously brought me back to sit in a massage chair while they finished up other customers. They popped over to start my water and soak. It was very nice of them to be so accommodating last minute, at the end of their day on a Saturday. The gentleman working on my nails was very kind. When he hit a sensitive spot on my foot he so easily adjusted around the area. He checked for ingrown nails without me asking which was SUPER! He was thorough on the multi step pedicure and meticulous even at the end of their long day. The massages during the mani and pedi were great. They were not too hard, too soft or painful. It was really perfect and I appreciated that the whole process wasn't rushed. I thought he took care and was present in the task he was performing with a meticulous eye for detail on painting, making sure the hot stones weren't too hot, exfoliation etc. By the time I was finished up it was 35-55 minutes after closing. I didn't realize when I came in it would be so late for them. Nonetheless you would never know by the caliber of care and time he took. When I banged one of my nails really bad as they were drying he repaired my whole nail and was incredibly kind about the whole thing. I found all of the team very warm and friendly. I did a volcano pedi and a deluxe manicure. I am happy with the results and would return again.

I have a ton of thick, curly, and long hair but I pay only around 100. At other places it'd be more like 150-250! This is definitely a high end salon but just in a small, welcoming, and quaint space.
