Jasmine is excellent! She is happy to see me and ready to go! Knows her product well and is very accommodating. Only after a couple of appointments did she provide me with the best manicure and gel application that suits the workout I put my nails through! Win is a perfectionist and does amazing work!! I got a gel overlay manicure and a pedicure and she wasn't happy with how one of my big toes looked and redid it twice to get it up to her standards without me saying a word. The customer service is also top notch. The receptionist Augusta is very professional and friendly. read more

I wish Yelp could remove the reviews about the previous owners. The new management has done a great job in turning this business around. My experience - I love getting manis/pedis but since moving to this area many years ago, I still struggled with finding a nail salon that met my expectations. Up until Saturday, each of my experiences down here have left me looking for a new salon each time. My friend and I decided to treat ourselves on Saturday afternoon and she recommended Style Nails. I read the reviews before we went and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! What a wonderful experience I had. Each and every person working there made me feel like a family member and they were all so friendly. Matthew did my deluxe pedi was awesome and kept me and my friend laughing with his sense of humor. Finally, I have found my go to nail salon. Can't wait for my next appointment!I read more

The salon is by far the worst nail salon I've been to. It's filthy. I came in to fix a broken nail. There was two technicians in the salon one was using a food processor while the other was fixing my nail on the counter right next to her. The technician fixing my nail burped in my face and than laughed and said sorry. Yuck! She did a horrible job a few hours later my nail broke right ofF. The color was also all wrong. I just wanted to get out. Point is don't go here!! Beware!! read more

I had a great experience with style nails. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. I had two manicurist working on me while I relaxed in the massage chair. The work didn't feel rushed but was done in a timely manner. We'll see how long it lasts but so far they still look great! read more

I went in there because of the cheaper pricing for SNS dip nails. But you are paying cheap because of the cheap quality of the nails. I was not a fan of the quality. My nails are lumpy and extremely uneven and not even the color I wanted. The white I picked out was a stark white and they somehow came out looking dirty and basically see-through. I'm sorry but I was not a fan and probably will not be going back. read more

Boyfriend visited this salon on Friday to price the service and make me an appointment for the next day. Showed the tech IN WRITING what I wanted and was quoted $50 after she did the math several times. My appt was Saturday afternoon and the place was empty. Now I know why. The staff was nice enough but when I went to pay, I was told the charge was $75. I showed her the text my boyfriend showed her the day before and she argued that she didn't know that I wanted SNS when she quoted him a price. The text literally says SNS POWDER. After leaving I realized I got the absolute worst set of my life. All nails are uneven lengths and are lumpy. You can feel and see the lumps in my nails. The edges are rough and lifted from my natural nail already. Thumb cracked and broke off the next day. I will NEVER visit again. read more

Do not waste your time going here. Went with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day to get a manicure and pedicure. There were three people working and only two could work on nails.. The gentleman could only take off nail polish or apply lotion. As a guy I am not getting my nails painted so I can't comment on that aspect but my nails were not cut straight and several had a little scoop look on the right side. When they cut my toe nails they caused one to bleed. As my nails have grown out they are crooked as question marks! Apparently the nail files at this place don't work to well. My first and last experience with Style Nails. I received the worst pedicure of my life there. Once I got home I looked down at my feet and they looked as though I did the pedicure myself and I'm not a nail tech. They didn't smooth out my nails nor did she put a top coat on. There were only 2 people working and within the hour that I was there, there were 4 patrons. I understand they were trying to accommodate everyone but if you can't provide a great service then perhaps you should ask people to come back another time. I was attracted to this location because of the mani-pedi special they were advertising. I guess it's true what they say, you get what you pay for. Now I'll have to go pay for a real pedicure so now I'm spending twice the money. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going. Lesson learned. read more

This is the 2nd time my daughter went here. We did not have a good first experience but figured to give them another chance. NEVER WILL GO BACK! She had a fill in done with gel polish. It was beyond bumpy and looked like my daughter did it by herself with her left hand! We went down the road to the Pedi Spa Nail Bar to get it fixed and they informed me this 'happens all the time!' I continued to come back because the ladies that work in the salon are so kind, efficient and they always take their time and always make me feel welcome. Today I called and was told I could walk in because I just wanted a polish change on my fingernails and toenails. I got here and signed in and he made sure to tell me to wait, which I already knew because I am a WALK IN. Minutes after I arrived 2 other patrons came in and he told them the wait would be 20 or so minutes. When an opening came available he asked the 2 women that came in AFTER me if they came in before me. Granted I'm literally sitting right there as well. They quickly told him that I was here first. I was shocked and dumbfounded. I even asked him why he chose to ask them instead of me. I asked for the manager and they said he's the manager. I then asked about the owner and the technician told me she didn't know and that she just works here. He then approached me and asked if he'd done something wrong. I explained to him that I felt he was rude and that I've had several experiences with him that have been unpleasant. I told him that I noticed that he treated people with my skin color differently than other people. He immediately dismissed me and told me it's up to me whether I choose to come back as he made a scene in front of everyone. I asked about the manager and owner and he said everyone is the manager and there's no owner because it's owned by a corporation. I told him I didnt appreciate him making a scene and asked him to just leave me alone. He kept on as all of the patrons watched. I felt humiliated and hurt. He also lied and said he didn't ask me because I had my AirPods in and was on the phone. I had 1 AirPod in and I was not talking on the phone as he implied when he asked the other people if I came in first. He made my technician feel responsible and she apologized over and over and tried making excuses for him. I told her it was absolutely not her fault and to not feel guilty. I am heartbroken that I won't be able to get my nails done by these women, but there's no way I can ever come back here after this experience.

The woman who did my finger nails was honestly the sweetest--that's the only reason I feel bad even writing this. But I'm hoping this helps improve their work and prevents other customers from having the same experience. I got the regular pedicure, she told me callus removal wasn't included( I DO NOT HAVE CALLUS just regular dry skin), which I've never experienced before. I ended up just saying to leave it. Came home to re-do my own teeth never experienced this in 43 years! Unfortunately, the quality of the work was really disappointing. The polish was uneven, my nails all look like different shapes and sizes, and there was polish all around my big toes. The service felt very rushed and sloppy overall. I'm not usually picky so didn't notice this until I got outside in my car and don't have time to go through a whole another paint job anyway. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning. UPDATE ONE WEEK LATER A WHOLE NAIL FELL OFF, never in 43 years has this happened can't be a coincidence.

All he did to prep my nails was file them once, he didn't push back my cuticles or anything other than file them. After a lady came in to see him it was like he started rushing to get mine done and did horrible on my nails. I always feel bad sticking up for myself and saying something but these were also $85 after he said it would've been around $70. Style Nails have nice staff that will listen to your needs. They don't rush on me and make my nails look nice. As far at the review below, J C, maybe you are just an upset person all around. I have been here for years and they always taken care of me. If anything, they are always reasonable if you tell them what problems you have. The ladies there are very hard working. They take you in even 5 minutes before they close. They work everyday and are friendly with you. Sometimes when they get really busy, it might be best to come back again at a later time. Some clients go in there very disrespectful and are mean. I've seen teens not wanting to pay and complain, not fair to these people. Been going here for years. read more
