Do not recommend this nail salon. They are cheaters and did not disclose some additional charges until I went to check out. They charged me for a gel soak off, but never soaked the gel off. Instead, the lady used a tool to grind the gel, which was very painful. I was not told that I would be charged $11 for gel removal. When I disputed this, they told me that I had to pay it. Nowhere did it state there was a removal charge on their menu or website. They were incredibly rude about it as well. Also, the lady that did my Pedicure, butchered my feet. It was so painful that I had to keep asking her to stop.. Also, while getting my pedicure, she turned the massage chair off b/c it was shaking too much, which I was paying to use. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment and when we got there there was only one other person getting their nails done so that was cool. I enjoyed the self-check in process and the option to pay with card and/or cash. They were friendly and the establishment was clean. Prices were also reasonable; there was a $20 up charge for gel, but I would definitely go again for pedicures. read more

I can't recommend this business. I'm pretty easy going and easy to please. But I after paying $75 to get my nails done I was a little upset when I looked up close in detail. Chips, bad shaping, acrylic all over my skin, crooked nail application. I felt like head in a hurry the entire time. I'm giving 2 stars because the person doing my nails was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The place was also clean and had a lot of color options. Sadly I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I'm not the type of person to cause a scene or put myself in an awkward situation so I didn't say anything. I also didn't think they were that bad until I really looked at them and compared them to the quality of nails my friend got at the same time by someone else. This place is conveniently located and therefore I gave them a few too many chances, but this was the last time. First, I was there for an hour and 45 min tor a BASIC PEDICURE. Not gel or anything fancy. No wait, just an actual pedicure that took almost 2 hours of my day. And it wasnt because of a long massage or anything like that. It was just a painfully slow experience that resulted in less than mediocre results. My toenails were too long ( after i repeatedly said to Cut short), uneven filing and a messy paint job. The previous time wasnt any better with the technician being so rough after I told him multiple times he's being too rough and it was painful. At one point I actually had to stop him and say, 'I told you you are hurting me and you are not listening to me'. I shoulve learned my lesson the first time but continued to go back to try diff people. After trying 3 diff ppl and having equally terrible experiences for different reasons, I am done. Bumpy thick Acrylic followed by gel nails with a French polish which clearly defines the nail tips underneath... when asked if they could make it look less " fake" couldn't really understand the response but somehow was my fault for the polish I chose. whoops. I booked an appointment for a manicure the week prior and was looking forward to treating a family member to a pedicure for their birthday. We both spent 45 minutes waiting for our service beyond the time our appointment was scheduled for. The quality of work was poor, but you could say efficient. I was charged for a full manicure even though no shaping was done, no cuticles were clipped, etc (basically the essentials for a good manicure). So I'll be getting my manicure redone sooner rather than later at another location. I will not be back. read more

This is the second time I have gone to Le Royale. After the first visit, my nails looked good and the service was good, but overall it felt a bit rushed. The second time I went a few days ago for a mani/pedi (with gel/dip powder on my fingernails only). The service cost over $100, but the technician Sam did not do any service on my hands, fingers, or cuticles before putting on the gel/dip. Usually, at other salons, a mani price includes lotion, massage, various oils/liquid treatments, and pushing down and trimming the cuticles and hangnails. Right? Nope. I got nothing but filing and clipping my natural nails and then the application of the gel/dip powder. I wish that I could post a picture, though embarrassing, I think it would help to show you guys. Also, during the process of using a drill tip on the surface of my natural nails to get out any nail ridges, the tech nicked my cuticle and created an open cut that was a bit painful when the gel/dip powder was applied.
