He frequently checked to see how I was doing to make sure that I was still comfortable and to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. He did not chat at all otherwise, which was perfect for me! He was very attentive to detail. My nails turned out great. The environment of the shop was very casual and clean. Spacing of the stations is comfortable. It is located near Sam Furr road which can be pretty hectic ,but don't let that be a deterrent. This shop is actually located across from a residential street so it is actually pretty quiet/low traffic. Well... the very next day, while in Mexico, I got in the pool for maybe 10 minutes, and multiple toes were already missing polish. By the third day of my trip, I had NO polish left on my toes. When I called the salon to discuss what happened, I was told that it had been more than 48 hours and that I would have to pay for a "new" service. At this point, it's not even about the money--it's about doing what's right. As a returning customer of a year, I expected better customer service and for the salon to stand behind its work, especially when the same issue had already happened once before.
