I did a regular mani/pedi last week. I understand they charge an extra $10.00 to take off my gel nails. Pedi was ok. My mani was a different store. The man that did my mani cut my skin too close in two different places. I had to bring it to his attention. Right now I have cuts on both. Have been putting neosporin on. When he polished very sloppy job, I also bought this attention. Hopefully others do not have the same experience. Be careful. Loved my experience here! Very clean place. Quick and thorough and a well done job on SNS mani and spa pedi. New management/owner took over two months ago. They only have a couple techs, but both do a great job. Be kind to your salons.... Everywhere is understaffed and if you're expecting to walk-in and be served right away, just save yourself the bad review and make an appointment. Owner was awesome and very personable. If I could give 3 1/2 stars I would... This place gave a beautiful SNS and a decent pedicure. The work on the SNS dip powder was precise and looked exactly like the picture I showed the nail technician. I had a 1030 appointment and everything was on time and there was no over booking... The women who worked in the salon were all great to talk to and the place was very clean. No one offered me anything to drink which I wish they might have added that touch but the prices were fair and competitive for the area and overall it was a good experience. I'm only giving it three stars because the place does not feel very luxurious or like any kind of an "experience" like some other salons I have patronized. I also did not think the pedicure was anything special. Nonetheless, the salon got the job done and I will probably go back. read more

I came in early in the morning to see if I could get my eyebrows done. Mind you, when I walked in, only one person was getting their nails done, and another was sitting and waiting . When I walked in I was asked what I needed to get done and I said eyebrows. The lady immediately told me she didn't have time for me , and made no other compromise. Words can not express how incredible the service was! Mango is the absolute best! I was helped by her and another younger girl with pretty lavender nails! I was recommended this nail shop by a couple ladies who live near by and was told to ask for mango. I usually love this place but this time will be my last time there. I made an appointment to get a gel manicure when I got there they were so rude and told me my nails were too short for gel which I've never heard in my whole life and my nails are always this short the whole time she talked about me and pouted and she has done my nails this short and gel before so I don't know what the issue was today. I also wanted a simple French nail with the line in the middle instead of the top in a fun pink color but she said no she also couldn't do that because my nail was too short. And then mid way through she refused to do gel and made me do SNS.... I mean my nails did look good but there was no way they were too short for gel. They just wanted to make an extra buck since SNS is more expensive but the rudeness of the nail tech was so not needed. read more

Discovered this nail salon from the owner which whom they use to market their business to new neighbors in the area. Walked in with my partner and wasnt even greeted. When another guest came up to the desk to pay thats when someone decided to acknowledge us. He asked us what we wanted and then told us to come back because they didnt have time. Felt like they didn't want to deal with 2 black woman. Its fine we would rather drive 40 minutes to go to a salon that is happy to do business with us. read more

This is my first and last time visiting Fancy Nails. The nails look good but poor service was my experience. I was at the salon nearly two hours and was never offered anything to drink while others who came after me were. Furthermore I was never asked about the temperature of my water while others were. The proverbial straw was when I was about to leave and the pedicurist walked right past me, did not remove the tissue from between my toes and said nothing. Usually I am a very generous tipper, but I chose not to leave any tip because of the blatant difference between my customer service and others who were there. read more

Terrible experience. It had been a great place to get my nails done, until today when their gel polish (for nails) and the regular polish (for my toenails) did not match. In trying to find another color to get a matching set, that's when it went South. The owner had way too many people he was working on at one time, so I was shoved off to someone else who didn't know exactly what they were doing. Instead of removing the polish that had already been painted, she started working on finding another color to match on the opposite hand. I was never alerted to the fact that the first hand was not dry yet (gel polish), even though it had already been through the dryer. The polish got on my shirt and ruined it. They then called someone else from the back to finish the job. I told her to take the polish off of my hand and instead of getting to work on it, she wanted to argue about how it needed to come off. I told her it was apparently not dry since it just got on my shirt. The owner turned around and began yelling at me. He told me I was rude and had a bad attitude that day and was not welcome back into his store. What? I'm the one with a ruined shirt and a half done mani/pedi. Fine. I can't afford having my clothes ruined each time I come in nor do I patronize a place that doesn't understand customers are their life blood. My money and I will go where we are appreciated. read more

This is my go to nail salon. The women and the owner are super friendly. They get to know their regular customers and always remember exactly what you like. Everything is priced very reasonably too. Just an FYI - Some of the reviews state that they took too long to seat you so I'd recommended making an appointment if you don't want to wait! They also have certain employees who specialize in certain things (ex: acrylics vs. gel) so if someone gets seated ahead of you, it's only because they are there for a different thing. read more

Just had a great experience! I'm from out of town and popped in on a whim to see what the atmosphere and pricing was like. My initial thought was it looked clean and the staff was friendly when I asked for a pedicure price (regular is $25). Was even more excited when I saw their enclave heat sanitizer in the back and the extent they went to in cleaning and sanitizing everything! Had an AMAZING pedicure--massage, exfoliating scrub and hot stones included! Would definitely recommend this as a nice, clean, and well priced place to visit. read more

If zero stars was an option, I would not have left one. So rude and horrible customer service. My daughter and her friends (from out of town ) came for manicures and were told there was a 20 minute wait. They waited. Another two women walked in, were told it was a 10 minute wait, were given a wink by the gentleman working there and then seated before my girls. He then had a laugh about it with the woman in front of my daughter. Unfortunately, because they are gymnasts, they are small but a lot older than they look. Young, not unobservant and clearly aware of how they were treated. My daughter told her friends they were leaving and left. She came home and started she would never spend $50 at that place on a manicure if her life depended on it. So proud she knows the value of voting with her money and the difference in good vs bad customer service. I called to inquire and the woman was was then non-apologetic and defended the salon. I reminded her that my girls were polite, quiet and had a lot of money to spend elsewhere. read more

When the 3 ppl were finished they still told us so should have to wait another 10 more mins when we had already been waiting for an hour. It was a terrible experience and the service was ridiculous.
