I really wanted to like this place because it was so beautiful inside, but I ended up spending 2 hours in the place for a pedicure. I got gel French tips and they said it would be an extra 30$ which I figured is fair because they're hard to do. However, they artist barely spent any time on my nails and filed them all to different shapes she also left a good amount of my old nail polish on and around my toes there was also dirt left under my nails. For 90$ this was beyond unacceptable, I would encourage you to go to ANY other local nail salon. You may not believe it, but the picture I've attached was taken immediately after leaving the salon. I've previously patronized this nail salon with a good outcome for a mani/pedi. HOWEVER, after my experience yesterday on Mother's Day I do NOT think I'll be supporting this business again. This was to be my Mother's Day gift. Very disappointing! Once we arrived, we were told to chose our color and sit in Chairs 3 & 4. We sat in the chair without being offered anything to drink awaiting our pedi for at least an hour with our feet soaking in COLD water. The salon was TOO busy! The management should have realized they did not have the staff to accommodate the business that was pouring in for Mother's Day and told us that they were busy and to try another day/time but they did NOT... A nail attendant finally arrived to my chair, started removing old polish, made an insulting remark about my toenails and the several colors I had picked out and walked away to her previous client. Again, I waited for another who knows how long, [probably 10+ minutes] getting increasingly more annoyed/frustrated with the lack of an business operation, I got up out of the chair, put my shoes on and left. A gentleman came up to me as I was getting up from my chair and said he was coming to do my pedi. I told him it was TOO late! He ONLY came over at that time because I got up and was leaving. My daughter couldn't leave with me because she was in the middle of getting her pedicure. Whomever the owner of this establishment is should really read this review, think about the consequences of this disastrous experience and make this RIGHT to us your consumer. I got a dip mani and gel pedicure. I feel terrible I don't remember the lady's name who did my pedicure but she was so sweet and awesome. My manicurist, Na, seemed really annoyed at the fact that I wanted her to fix a couple of my nails that were shaped crooked. I felt too scared of annoying her to ask about getting a matte finish with shiny "drops" on one of my nails too. My nails look ok but I will be "finishing" them.. The nail tech double dipped my nails several times in the original container which isn't hygienic, especially because they didn't have me wash my hands beforehand or anything. The vibe was nice between all the coworkers and you could tell they enjoyed working together. Rating a two because I have a few good experiences in the past here. The last time I was there in the late Spring for a pedicure, everything was great at first. Then about a week later I noticed one side of my big toe under the gel polish had a bubble. It was very itchy as well. I removed the gel polish myself and once I did realized my toenail was infected. It ended up being both of my big toenails had some kind of fungal infection. Very difficult to get rid of. Needless to say I kept my feet pretty much covered the entire summer, am still treating the infection and it is now Fall. Several prescriptions and foot soaking every week trying to keep my nails attached. Finally it looks as though it is growing out so maybe by Spring I will be able to actually paint my toenails again MYSELF and feel good about wearing sandals. It's not worth the risk of going through this ever again. read more

I had 2 pretty decent experiences even though they took longer than expected. My 3rd trip was not great. It took 40 minutes to get started even though I had a scheduled appointment. I was going to get a mani and a pedi but had to cancel the mani after waiting so long and having an appointment later that I would be late for if I did both. Nice staff, clean and bright facility. I usually don't leave reviews however, what I witnessed and experienced during my two hour visit warrants a review. I got there only waited maybe five minutes and was told to sit at a pedicure chair. there I waited 45mins for the nail tech to come over. Maria did my pedicure and was sweet and did a great job. however I got acrylic on my big toe and Zy came over to do it, upon her completing the acrylic I asked if she could cut them down to match because on toe was visibly longer. For whatever reason she did so aggressively and proceeded to roll her eyes in annoyance. while all of this was happening to me another nail tech is yelling at a guest in the middle of the salon telling the guest it's not her fault the nail is messed up because the guest didn't get gel polish. all in all the customer service sucks and they couldn't pay me to come back. read more

I've been here a total of three times. Once around Christmas and it felt quite rushed. I went in a second time and got the highest expensive pedicure, which I was really excited about overall things went well. However, today was the third time that I've gone I have never met such a lazy employee she barely Did anything she also got lotion all over my shirt and I said you have to be more careful because it's stained my shirt. I won't be returning unfortunately! After she did my toes and nails, she went and sat down on her phone like, what were you rushing for? On more than one occasion I've walked in to get a mani/pedi only to wait 30 minutes to get served without being told of the wait time. Today, I waited an hour (I know because I went through 3 cycles of the massage chair and got my stand reminder from my Apple Watch). The water was room temperature and my toes were like raisins by the time a nail tech came by. Then I was told a gel pedicure wouldn't work because my nails were so thin it was more like skin than nails. I asked them to do the best they could even if it wasn't gel. I perceived an expression of skepticism and decided to leave at that point. I walked out the same as when I walked in, except for the soggy feet. I have told myself before to not come here based on previous experiences, but always like to give the benefit of the doubt. That is no longer the case. I have been to this location numerous times, It used to be very well managed and I always had a positive experience. Within the past few months, each visit has progressively gotten worse. Their prices always seem to be inconsistent, I also suggest posting prices on a website of some sort because unless you ask for a "pamphlet" you won't be told the price. My last visit, I had an appointment for 1:30, I got there 5 minutes early and had to wait until 1:40 to be sat. My 76 year old mother in law went to this nail salon on 10-12-2020 at 1pm. She paid 55 dollars for a pedicure only. She has been here before with my wife and she has paid this "55$"for a mani and pedi. This makes me sick that my mother in law is telling me this and I feel like she was taken advantage of. She also said that it was horrible service as well. 15 minutes and out. Plus one person was working on her feet and she leaves and another finishes. This person then puts on her shoes without the shit being dry. Screwed up man. The kicker of this freaking story is that they accept cash tip only. My mother in law had no cash, they made her use the atm that's on site to take cash out to give her a 7 dollar tip. She had to take 20 dollars out of the atm and the atm charged her a 2 dollar fee so she basically paid 55$ plus 7$ tip plus her 2$ fee= 64 bucks for a freaking pedicure. I did tell her why would you tip then, she said I felt I had to even know the service sucked. She said I felt uncomfortable and nervous. She told me, I was taken advantage of because of my age. She said she will never go back to this place ever again on top of that, my wife and kids will never be back to this place again. These places are a dime a dozen In this area. Fancy salons don't mean better. I've been to magnolia many times over the years but my last visit was such a bad experience I will not return. The owner yells to the door when someone arrives, then yelling to each other across the salon. Not a relaxing environment at all. I had a scheduled appt with a tech I came to like, was having SNS and a pedicure done. The tech told me she didn't have time to do the pedicure, ever thought I had the appt. She proceeded to do my SNS but I was sent to a new tech for my pedicure. It was awful. No scrubbing done to my feet, the polish job was terrible. The business has become too busy. They don't turn anyone away, instead they rush and cut corners so they can get to the next client. I have now found a quiet, relaxing nail salon down the road and they do a wonderful job. read more

The factory I mean salon- doesn't give the relax vibes. Yes, they are very busy so I get that. It's a hurry get it done next person. The second nail tech also informed me of the price after she applied the tips to my nails. A beautiful salon. Was able to walk in and get immediate service. Middle aged technician did a hurried pedicure and said it would be $10 extra added on to their "custom pedicure $37" to remove dry skin from the sides of my feet. Isn't that what a pedicure is for, to remove dead and dry skin?!?! Since I was going to have to pay the $10 extra I down graded to the basic pedicure, $28, plus the $10 extra. This is ridiculous! I've been here several times for a pedicure and SNS (powder) manicure. I've learned that not every nail tech is created equally. I LOVED Cindy and will probably start making an appointment with her for SNS. She was very thorough and took her time to produce a great set. However, having been a patron for several months now (including four different SNS sets), I was disappointed for the first time this weekend. I understand it is back to school time so they were abnormally slammed for a Sunday afternoon, but I'm still a paying customer and would have appreciated my tech to take a little more time and be a little more friendly especially given that I was paying $50 for the SNS set. Everything about the experience felt rushed and I pretty much took off my own old SNS (soaking in a bowl and scrubbing with a paper). Then the tech cut me with a nail file which I didn't even know was possible and made it sound like it was my fault because my nail was too short (even after she put on tips on two of my fingers). Needless to say, I was a raving, pleased patron, but now I'm not so sure. Like I said Cindy is great so if you find someone you like, it might be worth it to make an appointment. read more
