I use to love going there because they were reliable, service was great, and there was always a warm welcome. Now I still get a warm welcome and the girls are sweet but appointments have been cancelled more than once same day and quality of services are plummeting. I have very dry skin so it can be a challenge getting what I call my "toe jam" cleaned up lol LAVI did her thing my feet look brand new lol and no trauma reported. I've been to places where they rush and cut cuticles down aggressively and leaves me with scabs for days not LAVI. I found the prices very reasonable and I'm thinking this might be my new spot.
