I use to love going there because they were reliable, service was great, and there was always a warm welcome. Now I still get a warm welcome and the girls are sweet but appointments have been cancelled more than once same day and quality of services are plummeting. If you can get in with a nail tech that had been there for a while you stand the chance of getting better services. Currently looking for another salon. Really disappointed in this salon. SO nice and well worth the price. There were about 6-7 technicians working, so they're clearly equipped to handle walk-ins, and they take appointments as well. My appointment was with Lavi and she was 5 star plus - very friendly, thorough and key for me is gentle! I have very dry skin so it can be a challenge getting what I call my "toe jam" cleaned up lol LAVI did her thing my feet look brand new lol and no trauma reported. I've been to places where they rush and cut cuticles down aggressively and leaves me with scabs for days not LAVI. I found the prices very reasonable and I'm thinking this might be my new spot. It was very clean and Instead of putting towels in microwave as does my other spot they keep them in a warmer oven and they use the latest technology to sanitize their instruments that I can see!
