I'm new to the area & was unhappy with the prior 2 salons I tried. Called several on a Friday afternoon on 4th of July weekend. I know, an impossible task. But they took me though I had to wait about 45 minutes after my appt time. It was so worth it! The SNS nails I had on were so thick & took forever to remove. Miss T was patient and didn't harm my nails underneath. The SNS job she did was thin & beautiful. She even helped me pick out the right colors (we did multiple) to get best together. She's hilarious & sweet. My nails are thin & beautiful. I receive compliments on them at least twice a day, even after a week! Here's a pic, a week later. read more

Not completely content with my experience! Domonique wasnt even my tech but made me feel very welcome owner T did my sns and did gel over with I liked but also very confusing nails ended up dull. I just moved to moorseville and was in need of a mani and pedi, after reading reviews on several places I decided to try this nail salon. I made an appointment, and when I arrived i was greeted with a smile by the owner(I think), I was asked what I was getting done, and was instructed to pick a color, I picked my color and waited for about 5-7minutes; then I was told that the water for my pedi was ready!! Yeyeye I though I'm finally fixing this tiger claws lol, I waited for about 10-15 minutes, the pedi stations are comfortable you can get a massage while you wait(massage chair), and even the water changes color, I noticed they were busy so I told myself, just seat back and relax- waiting a bit .. No big deal. They have a separate section for the pedicures, it's in the back, it has a wall with running water -relaxing, there was no music, and it was dark, the only lighting came from the light fixtures pointing to your feet. Ok, it was game time, the lady who worked with me was very friendly, she did my pedi and it looked really good, I was happy, then she moved next to me to do my mani, very little light, I noticed that she was rushing (they were busy as I mentioned, she was pretty much slapping the shinny code on my nails, I was concerned how it was going to look but for what I could see it was fine, again I was happy. I paid for the service, I was asked by the owner(I think) if everything was fine, I said yes, everybody very friendly said good bye :). I'm a little disappointed to say this but when I got home and was showing off my beautiful mani and pedi to my husband on day light omg! It was not good looking lol it looks nice from far but it was a sloppy job, I was ready to give them 5 stars, because of she was so nice, but it comes down to the quality of the service, I'm going to blame it on the fact that it was very dark and the fact that she was very busy, still I'm contemplating if giving them another chance will be worth it. So this is my plan, I will come back and give them another chance, I will update you on how that goes, fingers crossed they will update the lighting on that room, definitely need LED read more

Got ombré acrylic nails done here and I don't think I've ever had fake nails this nice! Used to then being too thick and uneven but these are amazing! The woman in charge is also super sweet and friendly read more

Getting my nails done is not something I do often. I went on a trip to Disney World so I wanted to have nice nails. I asked for regular polish on my nails. They put acrylic on my nails.. then painted over top of the acrylic. I've gotten gel polish before and I know they sanded my nails with like a nail file so I thought they wer was just going to give me gel polish not put full blown acrylic on my natural nail. Everything was so rushed just for the person to just go sit in the massage chairs in the back to watch TV on their phone. I didn't even want them to fix them. I went and got them fixed and ask them for my money back and they refused. Took an hour to get the super thick acrylic off at the new salon. read more

I am visiting for a few days and needed a pedi. So I called NC nails and they were able to take me immediately. My nail technician was Dominque (sp?). She is a sweet young lady who did a great job on my toes! Even dug out my ingrown toenail. Don't know if our travels will take us to Lake Norman again, but if they do, I will definitely ask for Dominque. read more

I had to go somewhere else to get my nails redone after getting my SNS here. They put a gel top coat on which chipped the next day, they looked so chunky and my cuticles are a wreck. The pedicure was fine, but I do not recommend getting SNS here read more

Today I had my Nails & pedicure done. Strict COVID-19 regulations in place I.e., masks required, you wash your hands as soon as you come in & plexiglass is @ every station including pedicure chairs. My wife decided to try out NC Nails & Spa when we got back from our Christmas vacation in the West Texas area where we had some problems at a nail salon in Andrews, Texas went and got gel manicures and a pedicure and removing the crooked and rough nail that the nail salon in Andrews failed to do. They have a very friendly staff and they did an amazing job. My wife will keep coming back to this place that is better managed than the one we went to during Christmas vacation. read more

The best nail salon. You're greeted by the sweetest nail techs as soon as you walk in. They have such a wide selection of colors and can do basically anything you want. I've been a loyal customer for years and they treat me like family everytime I come in. They cater to your every need, and are so kind about everything. They're not like other nail salons where sometimes you feel uncomfortable with asking them to fix something, they are more than happy to do it here. They have the BEST eyebrow waxing, I don't trust anyone else to do my eyebrows but here. Overall such a welcoming nail salon with such good techs, love this place! read more

I have been coming to this location since 2012. I moved from Mooresville to Salisbury 4 years ago and I make the travel to get my fill-in's and pedicures here. T and Peter are amazing technicians and owners. T is especially welcoming, remembers the finest details and is always chipper. This is the only place I go for my medi/pedi. The owners are very friendly and they remember your name.

I walked in for a basic pedi and was told to pick a color while they prepped my water. It was early right after they opened so there was only one other customer there. My water was way too hot to soak but the nail tech fixed it right away. She spoke maybe half a dozen words to me the whole time I was there but frankly, I prefer that so I can relax and decompress. She was rough with my nails - from filing them down, buffing, scrubbing - to massaging my legs. She didn't know the meaning of a gentle touch. I had to ask her to use a lighter touch on my calves because she was really hurting me but she continued to be rough. Overall it wasn't a relaxing or pleasant experience. The quality of the work was good, though. My nails look great. But it's now the day after and my calves and legs are sore. Then when I paid, the owner asked a few rapid fire personal questions in a row - "Where you live?", "What your name?", "How come you're here?", "What you do?" and a few more, all of which I ignored and didn't answer. It was an annoying end to an overall unpleasant pedi. The star is for the quality of the pedi. Not gonna return to this place, tho. I know there are plenty of other places in town to get a good walk-in pedi. read more

This is by far the best walk-in nail spa I've been to! I've been a couple times now and I always get the exact same service no matter which nail tech ends up working on me. And the service I get for the price far exceeds anything I've ever received at any other walk-in spa. All the techs are very personable and remembered my name and my story after only one visit.
