You guys... I usually don't like to leave negative reviews because I feel bad but I must warn the girlies. I will say everyone that works here is super nice and I have had good experiences here but not this last time. During my pedicure the lady forgot to turn the water off and it literally over flowed onto the floor... all over my birks and my coach purse - thank goodness I didn't bring my LV that day! Anyway, she did wipe my shoes and the purse but the damage was already done. My shoes were soaked and my was purse soggy. If you come here for a pedi you may just want to bring a towel and pair of crocs. Also just to end it all off, my toenails were practically filed to the cuticle and it hurt but she kept filing them. Over my three years of getting my nails done, this has been the worst place ever. I was surprised how bad the customer service was there. First off they say that the price is 55$, which I was fine with that price. The lady I hawas talking and keep putting the price up. The second price she said was 65$. I just "okay". Because was getting chrome I thought he costed 65. Then she proceeds to change the price again to 70$. I finish with my nails and go to check out. I see the bill is 70.00$. I have never heard of a nail place charging that much for DIPING WITH NO TIPS. The most outrageous part is them saying that they're costing for the length that I don't even have tips, and they charge for the shape of a nail. This did not happen to me. This happened to three other of my friends. I do not recommend even going there. It was not worth the money. The nails look horrible. I asked several times, for I'm not sure if she was the owner, to fix the shape & was asked to pull up a picture of an almond shape. Acrylic was laid on way to thick and shape was still off. SO EACH TIME YOU GO, it's a different price, even for the same service. I guess if you're not a regular, they think they can get away with it. First visit 2 weeks ago was decent yet overpriced! I went for my second time tonight and last time. I got the same service as my first time but they told me it was 10 more than I paid the first time. SNS nails come out super thick, chunky and uneven and they do not care if you don't like it! They also do not speak enough English to when you ask them to fix it, they seem confused and Laugh. They do it all and have a wide selection of colors to choose from with SNS and gel with a large option of designs as well. I saw how poorly managed this place was. I went in for a simple gel change and had to wait about 45 minutes to get seated and an extra hour for them to even put acetone on my nails to soak off the polish. They took so long I just decided to ask them to remove my gel polish (they charged me 15 dollars just for that while other places charge me no more than 5-10 dollars) because I saw other customers that had appointments arrive that were also waiting ridiculously long to even get attended. I went in for a regular pedicure but when I saw all the other options that they had for gel nails I decided to go for one of the rose designs. I really enjoyed the experience and they gave me the option to not do the hot stone and it would be $5 less. The gel nails was $15 extra which did not seem bad to me and the design was only $5 extra. My total was $55 and I felt like it was really worth it. I came in around lunch time and there was no wait time and I thoroughly enjoyed the service and experience. My only but about this place is that they did not have brand new tools for each customer. The lady grabbed some nail clippers from a makeup bag and some other things she used and so they do not have new tools with each customer. I would have preferred that but the nail design was something that really drew me in. Overall it is a wonderful nail salon. I will be back! read more

I went in on Wednesday, September 8 got just a pink fill in and One broken thumbnail replaced and had one lifting thumbnail. Rosa put on a nail tip but left the other nail loose and just filled in over it! Then she charged $50, when I questioned it she said that was with a fix nail?? The thumbnail she put a tip on then used a darker pink powder that looks totally different than my other nails. She left some black debris from her file on several of the fingers, when I showed her she said it will be OK and I can live with it till my next fill-in??Not very happy with the fact that she would not do the white fill- in either! I was not impressed with Paris Nails & Spa. I was excited to try a new nail place in Mooresville but there was nothing special about it. It took forever to complete my SNS manicure and gel pedicure. The color selection was nice. However, it was overwhelming with so many colors and lack of organization. It was also really hard to find a matching gel and SNS. The chairs were not comfortable and by the end of my manicure my back started to hurt. They weren't helpful. My nails were wrapped before my pedicure and I had to carry my purse, phone and water and was not offered any form of help. The workers did not try to talk to you. I don't think I will be back to this place. My nails look nothing like the sample shows and the top is bumpy. The sides of my nails don't even have the color on them. You can see my nail UNDER the glitter. I arrive at home and realized the GLITTER IS COMING OFF!!!! I do not think they knew how to do the nails I requested from their samples. I wanted nice looking nails for my wedding since the recommended salon was closed due to moving. I decided to give this place a try. Made an appointment on the phone and still had to wait. Explained what I wanted and a sport length. Wanted acrylic nails in the beginning but decided to go with sns powder with tips. NEVER again!! I felt it was a rush job. My nail tech glued the tips on with the last of the glue before getting out a new tube. Which is probably why not even a week and half later they fell all off BUT the last three she used the new tube on!. I have never had nails pop off like this set did after a week and a half. Then used the last of gloss before getting out a new bottle . My nails where not matched very well. I noticed this after I left.
