My sister made appointments yesterday for two pedicures. When we arrived the salon was busy and we waited a good 15 minutes. This is the reason for the 4.5 stars. We expected to be taken care of relatively quickly upon arriving since we had a reservation. We both selected the classic pedicures and were very satisfied. Our nail technicians were attentive and gentle. I have sensitive nails and feet and appreciated the gentleness of the pedicure. The salon is new, clean, and well-organized. The chairs are outstanding. They are extremely comfortable and inviting. The built-in massager option with the chair is probably the best chair massage I've ever experienced. I would return just for that alone! All in all, this is a fine nail salon and for a weekday afternoon, it was very busy which is a good thing for a business. The reception was very nice upon arriving checking in for my appointment and they made sure I was satisfied with the service I received before I left. Cherry did my nails and Cherry is AMAZING! Wonderful attention to detail!! They even offer water or wine !! I came in to have my nails fixed from the not so good job from the day before at a different salon! Cherry made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. The transformation is amazing. It looks like a brand new set of acrylic nails were put on! Melissa Falcone was a wonderful nail tech I met at another shop in Mooresville, and when I went back, she was gone, or the new owners said she was on vacation. Probably the best thing that happened to me was finding this upscale salon and finding Melissa. The best pedicure I have ever had, so far in the last 4 years of me getting pedicures, has been by this sweet and humble young lady. I've been having professional manicures and pedicures for over 40 years, and I can honestly say that Lilly's salon is the best, most beautiful, most hospitable, and most professional salon I've been to in any state in the United States in which I have lived or traveled. Everything is very clean. The color selection is amazing. The type of services are varied, the technicians are all skillful. The hospitality is delightful. The technology they use to support all your appointments and appointment changes is easy to use. It's in a lovely place where you can walk down and get something at the bakery and do some boutique shopping. I've been here for gel pedicures, gel manicures, eyebrow waxing. Almost all of the employees are great! I did get an ingrown toenail because the gel was too thick. I've recommended this place to others. My ONLY reason for 4 stars is that appointment times are rarely honored. The waxing appointments do happen closer to the appointed time but manicures and pedicures are almost always at least a 30 minute wait. So allow lots of time when you come here. read more

It is fairly new, so it's super clean very classy atmosphere. I did a walk in Saturday morning, did not have to wait and there was over 15 people being served! So service was on point! Third strike and they are out. Last 3 times I went to get a mani and pedi I have had a bad experience. I did not receive a manicure. Just a polish change. First time I didn't say anything. Second I said something and lady said she didn't know it was a manicure. Third time today I specifically asked the owner for a mani pedi and received a great pedicure but still just a polish change. When I asked again why I didn't get a manicure she said oh she didn't know. Was charged 45 for and polish a 5 for polish removal. These prices have gotten out of control. I don't mind paying for a good service. Just want what I ask for read more

I am usually an occurring customer here. I always wait to come home from college to come and get my nails done here. the past 2 visits I have been very upset with the service I have received. the first time I went to get a pedi. I called a week ahead and made an appointment. I got there and waited 50 min and no one ever took me. they were taking people before me too with chipped nails and people who needed gel taken off and then I was called back just to be told they weren't ready for me. This past visit I went to get a gel mani. Again I waited 20 min. Someone then came and rushed to take off my polish. I then sat another 30 min for someone to start. Usually my gel lasts 2 weeks at least. it has been 3 days and they are already peeling off and chipped. I am very upset and will not be coming back. read more
