I had my nails done yesterday. I paid $40 for a gel polish manicure and $10 tip. Now my polish is already chipping off. They do not answer the phone and want you to text them and have. No response!!!!! This is unacceptable & terrible customer service!!!! read more

This was an experience. I came from out of town and needed to get my nails done. I don't normally trust other people with my nails; pedicure at best, but not my nails. I needed to get them done early too. I looked this place up and they were close by so I took a chance. I am more than satisfied because I tried something new, Dip and I was glad. I am not ashamed to dress up and sing tomorrow. They did a great job and people were piling in. I won't be afraid to come back. Great experience. Thank you. read more

Dream Nails - Great nail job - Nail Salons Near Me - Gastonia, North Carolina

Let's talk about it. I've NEVER had my nails look this good in my life. The shape. The cuticles. The shine. Michelle was SUPER quick and she has done the best manicure I've ever had this far. I made an apt online that required a deposit and got seen quickly. The salon itself is nice and put together. 10/10 would recommend!!!! read more

Dream Nails did a great job on my gel fill in, not only was my nail tech talented and attentive but the whole atmosphere of the place was positive. Everyone was so friendly with each other and the customers. They have a huge array of gel colors to choose from and they have extensive SNS stuff too but I've never had that done. read more

This is the worst nail salons there is in Gastonia- charlotte area, go here if you want to get your nails ruined and your cuticles bleeding, I talked to the owner and she said that she was sorry several times but didn't do anything about it just act like she didn't know what's going on, not refund was made and nothing was offered yo repare the damage to my nails, the nail tech that did my nails was the most horrible rough and mean person I have ever met! Never coming back here!! read more

Dream Nails - You can see how they even made a while in my nail after taking the SNS perder off, what a terrible experience - Nail Salons Near Me - Gastonia, North Carolina

I am a traveling nurse from Cleveland, I was referred by one of the nurses that lives in Charlotte I got a dip mani and gel pedi the service was amazing my nail tech was the owner Michelle she is phenomenal I highly recommend. I would leave 10 stars if there was an option. I was in and out as well please visit this nail salon if you are in town you won't be disappointed. read more

I have been getting my nails done for a very long time, and I have been to a lot of nail salons in my day, but this one is by far the BEST!! Michelle and her talented team of technicians will take care of you from start to finish. They work really hard to make sure you are satisfied and they want you to always leave with a smile. Professional, kind, caring, and always pleasant! I love you, Dream Nails!!! read more

Heard nothing but great things and have been only one time before. I chose a pedi color and they couldn't locate the color (I chose it after they gave me the wrong palette and picked something from there first). So, I chose a third color and it's not even close to what's on the palette samples. I'm guessing it was the owner but she said those were gel colors. I told her I specifically asked for non gel pedi palette and was given that one. She walks off in a huff, my opinion is she could ask the lady who did my pedi for some customer service tips. Won't be back after waiting 30 minutes in a wait area, another 40 in the chair and then finally getting a pedi. Would not recommend this place. read more

Dream Nails is a great place to go! I love getting my nails done by Michelle. She's not only a great nail tech but she also has a good heart a spirit. Even if there is a wait sometimes, I don't mind because I know I will be satisfied with the work. read more

So I went here based on reviews that I read here in yelp thinking that it would be an awesome experience. However it really wasn't. The young man who did my nails was unprofessional and never interacted with me the entire time but instead chose to speak in his native tongue to his coworkers in a laughing and joking manner leading me to believe that the conversation in jest was about me. I picked a color that stated it was cream. Sidenote this salon only gives you dip powder choices however my fingers were not dipped in the powder but the powder rather poured over my fingers. The male technician Applied the powder too thickly and some of my nails were crooked. The whole job turned out to be $58. I paid reluctantly and without argument but found later that night that my nails glowed in the dark. Apparently the nail technician use the wrong powder and put glow in the dark powder on my nails instead. This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done in any salon in any state that I've ever visited here in the Americas. I'm sure there are technicians there that are awesome I just happened to have received one that was horrible. I will never go back and don't suggest you going either. read more

It was just ok and too expensive! Their prices g up every time. No consistency. However, my nail tech, young girl, did an ok job!

Michelle did awesome on my nails and the service was great!! Very COVID friendly as soon as you walk in they ask you to wash your hands and mask are required! I would recommend this place to someone else!:) read more

The piggies are very happy! This by far, is the best pedicure I've ever had! I forgot to get her name but I'll request her every time I go back. This is your standard strip mall nail salon but there are two certified reflexologists who work here so the leg massage you get is the bomb! Prices are very reasonable and the shop is super clean. I'd suggest bringing your own personal music if you're not into conservative Christian rock. Just sayin'~ read more

The nail technician was extremely rough with the drill and tore into my cuticles in several spots. They barely talked to their customers that I saw, only to ask about what they wanted, but the staff talked and laughed with each other in their native language the whole time. Rather rude if you ask me. The prices are great, just remember you get what you pay for. read more

Deplorable service and they lie about products they use. They took short cuts in doing my nails. They did not soak nails for a nail take off. They do not care about your natural nail state. They lack professionalism and I would not recommend anyone go here for service . read more

My daughter and I had been going to Dream Nails every 3-4 weeks for the past year. It is hit or miss with quality work. Yesterday we went for a gel polish for myself and the SNS powder for my daughter's first time getting that service. My daughter chose a very pale pink for the SNS. The lady who did my gel polish kept yanking my arm across the table to the point I had to tell her that my arm did not stretch any further! She was too busy looking at herself in the mirror, which was very strange, to notice that she left my naturally long nails very jagged and rough. They used to soak off gel polish but instead she used the dremmel to remove my old polish. I said "you don't soak off gel polish anymore?" and she said no. I was just there 3 weeks ago and they had always soaked off my old polish. This left my nails very thin and are still sore over 24 hours later. My daughter showed me her nails midway through and they were pumpkin orange! I made a comment to her about that not being light pink. My daughter then asked the nail tech if that was going to be the final color and the nail tech started speaking in her native language to the manager. She received no response! At the end my daughter was very upset with her pumpkin nails. When we went to check out I spoke with Michele, the manager about my daughter not getting the color she chose. She apologized and offered to fix it but my daughter had some place to be an hour later so we declined. I was appreciative of the offer to fix her nails however we were unable to stay an additional hour to get them fixed. We were charged full price with no offer of a discount. My daughter went home to polish over her SNS in the pale pink she had requested and file them into shape since her nails were uneven. Michele does a great job on nails. She is very friendly. However some of the other techs are extremely rough, yank your arm and smack your hands, and are in a rush to get the job done. At this point I doubt we will return. read more
