They didn't remove the tools from packaging and they placed them back dirty. I'm not sure if that is just a certain nail salon thing but it gives me reassurance that they are using clean nail clippers, sanders, etc. I will definitely be back. They have SO many colors.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The nail technician seemed rushed throughout the entire service, as though she was trying to finish as quickly as possible. She failed to remove the dust and debris from my nails before applying the clear coat, which resulted in visible bubbles and areas where the product did not fully cover the sides of my nails. The design I requested looked nothing like the inspiration I provided and appeared poorly executed. When I checked out, I explained to the receptionist that I was unhappy with the quality of the service. I even told her that I had come to the salon to relax but left so upset that I ended up crying. She apologized and told me to return so they could correct the issues. I scheduled an appointment to have my nails fixed, but when I arrived, I was asked who had originally done my nails and was told that the same technician would be the one making the corrections. I clearly stated that I was not comfortable with that and did not want her working on my nails again. After arriving for my appointment, I sat waiting for over 15 minutes while the receptionist and staff repeatedly looked in my direction and spoke among themselves. I finally asked if there was a problem and said that if there was, I would simply go elsewhere. The receptionist responded by saying they would call me back and have me return another day. At that point, I told her not to worry about it. All I wanted was for the salon to correct the mistakes that had been made, but instead I was made to feel like an inconvenience. As a result, you have lost my business.
