This place has gone downhill. They have raised their prices which is understandable, but the service has gotten bad. I got sns, and my polish chipped on one of my fingers. I went back for them to fix it, and the older lady took the polish off and sat me in a chair to get someone to re do it. I waited about 10 minutes and decided to ask her what's taking so long. She goes oh no we have to take care of the new customers first. I ended up just walking out. Not my fault that it was done incorrectly, and I shouldn't be disregarded just because they already took my money. Never going back. read more

I took my friend there for the first time and the person who did her pedi made her bleed. I was totally embarrassed since I invited her to go with me. Also, my pedi wasn't that good so I called 3 days later and instead of saying I can come back I was told I should be coming more frequently for pedis! Worst experience ever! I've regularly used this salon since it opened. Today I was there for a pedi and dip nails -my first time. The guy was on his phone every free minute he had, and was told by other employees to get off his phone. He nicked me twice removing my old gel, causing two pinkie cuticles to bleed. And used his nails to rip off the chunk of skin he'd cut. And did not clean my wounds or anything. He also dipped into the main jar vs using the small individual jars which I thought is proper method to dip especially with two bleeding cuticles. The entire process was rushed and very sloppy. And the results show that. My cuticles are a mess between the dip product coating them and the nicks. The nail tips and sides are very sharp and ragged. I will never go back. In photos, both pinkies have the nicked cuticles, dip product all over cuticles and jagged tips and edges. read more

It was my first time at this nail salon and I witnessed one of the employees displaying unprofessional behavior by screaming in broken English/Mandarin Chinese at a customer for what seemed to no apparent reason. She appeared to be harassing the customer arguing that she should leave if the customer was unhappy. I quickly became extremely uncomfortable by the yelling; this was anything but relaxing experience for me. I will not be returning. read more

The service was terrible. It's apparent they don't get much service. They try to charge you for every single thing. I brought my own polish and asked for three coats. They said they only do two coats and the extra coat is $5 extra. I've never heard of anything like that in my life. This was my first and last time in this establishment. Tiffany did an amazing job! I was getting these done as a test nail for my wedding and saw something like these nails online but didn't know if they could do the ombré with the sns dipping powder but she did fabulous!! The technique she used was Incredible. They look fake (I mean that in the best way) because they look so good. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it was quite expensive it was $71. I guess I understand why considering how long it took and the technique she had to use but I didn't expect my total to be that high and wish I had been informed beforehand. Nevertheless I will be getting these done again here for my wedding! Also this may be weird to add but she didn't try to make small talk, which I appreciate because I'm awkward. read more

I was looking for a nail salon to visit often since I just moved to the area, and Lucky Nail is perfect! They are very welcoming, do a great job of making sure you're comfortable, and do a great nail job. I don't have anything bad to say...if you have an issue while you're there, just tell them and they'll fix it and make sure you're happy. It's fairly simple. I asked for my four year old granddaughter to have her nails and toenails gel polished. They charged me $55 for her saying it was the gel polish. They did nothing else for her except put polish on!!! My daughter, who came with us also received pedicure that she said she could barely feel the massage and they could not do any design that she requested. In 48 hours her and my granddaughters paint is chipping. I will NEVER return and don't schedule a girls day and think it'll be a fun time because the cost and treatment will make your time end sadly!! read more

I just wanted to clarify that they wanted me to pay for a full set at first. I flatly refused to pay for a full set manicure but walk out with my nails exactly as they were when I walked in. Quality of service and work has recently dropped off. This has been my salon for over 5 years and have LOVED the owners and have always had fantastic nails from anyone I was seated with. However...in my he last 6 months i have listened to new staff members disrespect owners to other staff members while I'm in seat, (several times) have had amature fills with rude techs and honestly do not feel confident to expect a good experience. Went to have my SNS removed and nails cut short since I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and need low maintenance. Was told to sit in a manicure chair and then waited 45 minutes while multiple people came in behind me and were seated and immediately began getting their manicures/pedicures done. About 15 minutes into my wait, I was given a bowl with acetone. About 30 minutes later, an employee asked if the polish was off my nails yet and I told him no and I needed to leave. He then sat down and very quickly removed the top later of nail polish and cut, filed and buffed my nails. My nails still very obviously have the base coat still on them. read more

My mother and I love this shop. Staff are extremely Friendly and professional. My mother has health issues and they are very careful with her and assist her in every way. Lee does a great job on my nails and they have lots of colors to choose from. The place is very clean and neat. I would recommend them to anyone and that says a lot because I am very particular about my nails. read more

My mother and I were out running errands and she suggested we go to this salon. When we arrived it was extremely busy but one of the young ladies immediately acknowledged our presence and informed us of the long wait. She took it a step further by offering an appointment so we wouldn't have to sit around for an hour. We agreed to the appointment and we are really glad we did. Tammy did my pedicure and Tu (not sure if I spelled that correctly) did my SNS mani. Even though the salon was busy, they didn't cut any corners and ensured they properly serviced each customer. I'm giving Lucky Nail Spa one star because it won't let me give zero. I came in to get a manicure- I sat down and the guy who was working on my nails got up and went outside to take a personal phone call. Another person came and started working on my nails, who also got up after a few minutes and had someone else take over from him. After about 15 minutes, the original guy finally came back and reeked of cigarette smoke and did a terrible job. I will never come back here and don't recommend anyone trying them out. Honestly will not be back. Only got a pedi and the girl that did mine seemed to be rushing and was beyond rough. May as well just called it an express pedi given how fast she went thru it all. The water was scalding and I said something but she walked off dealing with another customer. Then add in the slapping on my shins and putting a HOT stone under my food and just leaving it there. It was not relaxing at all. Would not recommend. Really disappointed I spent my money here. For now on I'll drive to one that I know has quality service and not one out of convenience. read more

This is a review on "Timmie". Everything started out great I thought! I hadn't been back to this nail salon since the pandemic started, also advised Timmie about it. I advise her what I want done and she understood. Until then I suggested something regarding MY NAILS and her answer was like she was annoyed. (like I'm supposed to know the process??) Then I see other people commenting on my nails because they're obviously looking at it in their language. & I kindly ask her what did they say, and she ignored my question. I ask her again and her response was "something about the nails". Wow at this point I knew I didn't want to tip her. And she didn't get any tips because there was no need to be rude. & FOR EVERY BUSINESS OWNER OUT THERE! Doesn't matter how good of a job you are doing if your "customer service" is shitty expect bad feedback. I will continue to look for other nail salons from now on. The only person that I've seen has been friendly, professional is "#2" but he wasn't available today. Usually they do a wonderful job. However, do NOT go when they are busy! I'm about ready to chew these acrylics off, because they are uneven and not properly filed (they are catching on EVERYTHING). I'm going to a different salon tomorrow to have them corrected. There is NO excuse for poor quality work; if you can't handle the influx of customers on a holiday weekend (Mother's Day), start turning people away! read more
