It's good for basic things. If you're like me, this wouldn't be a good nail salon. I like it only for plain Jane nails. So I send older friends here. They are quick as well. Now for pedicures, meh. I went, and my polish was bumpy as well as the language barrier can be a pain if they don't understand you. I'm picky because I get ingrown nails, so it's a little difficult if they don't really do what you tell them. Well I usually love this place but today bc I was helping my friend with a color on her nails they took someone after me after I waited outside for 15 minuets!! Then after I waited took two more people after me that came in. After me Then sitting here an hour and half later who I came with is done and the other person I'm with is getting hers done before me as well and I'm still sitting here waiting and two more women just walked in and they go before me I'll never come back!!!! This is ridiculous I have never seen service like this! It was the woman who attempted to do my nails then went through to the last layer of nail I have!! I made her stop she tried to give me every reason why that wasn't it!! I made her stop and Kevin will finish my nails eventually it's now almost 2 hours 15 mins she kept rushing I asked her why she wouldn't answer me. So Kevin processed to finish my nails charged me to much after I paid attention after arguing with him for thirty minutes I shouldn't have paid any ways I always get gel he didn't do gel! He said I didn't. Ask for it and I did he then told me that ten days ago I didn't get gel when the person I had with me was with me when I got them and I asked him so me putting my nails under uv light wasn't gel? And you didn't just have to file the gel off he said no!! He didn't apologize he said I'll do gel for 6 more dollars and never once apologized about her hurting my nail! We called ahead and they were able to get us right in. The ladies were very nice! Offered us a drink when we walked in. They did a good job with our gel manicures and had a large selection of colors. Terrible customer service. I went for a relaxing day after a stressful week, they were busy and understaffed. I totally understood and was patient. They sat me in a pedicure chair and soaked my feet for 45 minutes. Once they finally took care of me, the woman was incredibly rude, almost annoyed that I was even there. She rushed through the entire thing and even left halfway through to go start someone else's nails. I had to ask her to please trim my toenails because she wasn't going to. And then when she was about to paint them I had to ask her to file them straight and she argued with me telling me they were straight. She filed them and angrily shook her head while she did it. She then painted my toes the wrong color and then didn't use gel like I asked. When I asked her if that was gel she replied that gel was more expensive. I had already been there for an hour and a half. I decided to leave and not get the manicure and they couldn't have cared less. read more
