Sometimes you just have to go with the flow in there. Somedays they are so busy that they have people waiting and other days they are not busy at all. It's best for you to get in there and start working with someone and start making an appointment so that way you are not waiting forever to get your nails done. read more

My daughter went today, and the woman who did her pedicure made her feel bad about her feet and her toes telling her " how am I supposed to file or paint these toe" she obviously did cause my daughter came out with painted files toes.... My daughter left feeling self conscious and does not ever want to get a pedicure again due to this experience! We have never had an issue with Ann's before this, but making a child feel bad about herself in anyway is uncalled for especially when we are paying for a service and she was trying to relax! For the service, the cost is appropriate. I've only ever got a pedicure from here. I love the options available from the degree of pedi to the numerous color choices. I've done an appointment and a walk-in. They stay busy and the staff is nice. read more

It's okay. Definitely not my favorite nail salon to go to. The chairs are old and weren't very comfortable. They did a good job on my pedicure though, but it wasn't anything special. Most places I go to offer me a cold drink or a bottle of water The nice salons offer you a glass of wine. Not here though. I wasn't offered anything to drink at all. Please save your money!!! They do not care about their work. Multiple people came in to say their nails chipped/ broke. Their nails do not last! I came in for a nail fix only a few days after I paid for a full service. She did my nails completely opposite from what I originally got. They do not care about their work. Been here twice first time was OK second time was awful the girl cut my foot cut my toe I told her it hurt did it again my foot my toenail has been infected and has been in pain now for over three weeks still not healed I will never ever ever go to this place again took for ever to get my nails done worst service and will never go back. read more

Expect a wait even if you have an appointment. All in all they do a quality job. The place could be cleaner with a bit more ventilation. Prices are more than reasonable and most of the staff seems fairly well trained. Most of the staff speaks very good English which is an added bonus. read more

I was told that I would have to wait 20 mins. What is the purpose of me making an appointment if it won't be honored? I made an appointment for a reason. DO NOT COME HERE. I made an appointment for SNS nails and instead of soaking off my previous SNS nails she ripped them all off with a fake nail tip prying underneath them. Ripping and tearing 5 out of 10 of my real nails tips off which were long and strong. Then while putting on the SNS dip powder I felt the most pain in my finger tips I have ever felt in my life. One by one each of my fingers hurt for a good painful minute as she went along doing each nail. I have a high tolerance for pain and this was just excruciating. After she noticed how quiet and red faced I was she did not charge me for the tips she had to put on due to tearing off most of my natural nails tips off. I paid and tipped and I will never ever return. If you go here please make sure they soak your nails off correctly. read more

Cheap shellac manicure with friendly service. They do get somewhat busy so having an appointment is helpful, but not always necessary.

This is is horrible. Was there 2.5 hours for a pedicure that was still bad. I had to do my own feet yes I took the tools and did my own feet. The pregnant woman didn't know what she was doing. She clipped me 10× plus and it hurt than kept putting alcohol on the cuts she was making. She didn't know how to remove a hang nail. She repeated the step over 10x to do nothing. The water was cold. They so rude they didn't even cut the massage chair on for you. This is a club nail salon. No one really helped the girl out and seen her struggling till the end yea 20 min out of the 2.5 hours I was there. The place is dirty. They have favorites that they just let cut in front of you. This place really is one of the most unprofessional place I have been too. I just moved here last week and will not be returning there. I couldn't believe I had to do my own feet and they still wanted 20.00. I told them and they didnt care. They do not clean their chairs correctly the health department needs to shut the down. read more
