They told me my nails needed a whole new set and i politely asked them not to because i felt it was fine. It took almost 2 hours. The tech did not buffer my nails nor did she really seem to know what she was doing, the lady next to her kept reminding her of things she forgot and showing her. A week later the nail that they redid had fully fallen off again and the nails were chunky and not done well. I understand everyone has to learn but this was not a great experience especially because when I called they were not very kind about it.

The pedicure chair is a nightmare, and if you turn it on (most regular customers don't) you might be in need of chiropractic services. Let's face it after 10 years maybe 15 they need to be replaced. I no longer see the regular customers that I have seen before. They are slowly one by one leaving. There used to be people waiting (walk-ins) today I am not seeing it. There is a greasy spoon (restaurant) next which attracts flies by the hundreds. I left my car window down one day last month while at the salon for 2 hours, upon my return my dog had been snacking on flies and of course there were flies in the car. I was told today when I told Tracy I wanted the same thing I had the other week. I had her use a base polish for a french manicure with was not pink but a translucent beige with the normal white tip. She told me she couldn't use that because you can't mix regular polish with gel. THAT WAS A LIE according to Google. You can't mix the two in a bottle but You can put the polish on and let it dry then use the gel product and put your hand in the UV light machine. I will go back tomorrow and get this fixed. I am a little fed up at this point. Did she misplace the polish I brought in? And how much longer should I put up with those pedicure chairs. Heart broken, and fed up in Clemmons.

With a wedding this upcoming weekend, I was in prep mode and desperately needed a pedicure, so I popped in on a Wednesday afternoon at 5:30pm. It's super easy to check in with your phone number, and I did not have to wait before I was seated for my pedicure. There's tons of pedicure chairs and manicure tables, so this would be a great option for a place to take your friends for some communal self-care. After perusing the pedicure menu, I decided on getting a Deluxe pedicure with regular polish in a dark forest green color to match my dress. I always find that gel polish destroys my nails, so I tend to avoid it. My skin is also very dry, so I treat myself to a parrafin foot wax when it's an option. For $60 I felt like the service was outstanding. Where I have felt at other places I'm usually rushed through the service in an hour, my nail tech definitely took great care of me at Revamp. It seemed like the most amount of time anyone has ever spent on massaging my feet and legs. There was also a complimentary drink included if you felt so inclined. On the drink menu, they had all the typical wine options, but they also had a cocktail list which is unusual. I kicked back with a generous pour of white wine and chuckled that it was served in a margarita glass. Another unique thing I wanted to note is that the massage chair didn't have any timer options, which I actually liked. It seemed like it lasted much longer than chairs at other salons that cut off after 30 minutes and have to be turned back on. After my service was done, I put my feet under the drying lights for 10 minutes as instructed. I appreciated that my nail tech told me a specific time because I never know how long is long enough. I could have stayed longer for my toes to dry a little bit more, but I had a tennis match to get to! I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time I'm looking for a more relaxed pace for a pedicure.

Once I arrived I was greeted, when I told the lady at the front it was my first time there she showed me the check-in process which was a simple phone number check-in. The woman who did my pedicure sat me down right away. I got their jelly pedicure. I'm not a talker when I get pedicures so I appreciate the quiet comfortable atmosphere of the woman who did my toes. She clipped my toes to a perfect length scrubbed and massaged them my feet feel like heaven now compared to how they were left from the last shop (less than two weeks from my last appointment). I like the vibe of this shop a lot I will probably make an appointment for my nails to test them out but I will definitely be a regular for pedicures here.

I don't understand what is being said... the possible solution when a lovely patron decides to inform me that it wasn't nice to inform the manicurist that I wasn't happy with what was being done to my nails.. I had been rude in bringing the color issue to the manicurist attention (it's unchristian) and as her daughter was in the shop, she was using me as an example for her daughter of the kind of behavior not to exhibit in that situation. All the while .... the owner has apparently decided the original manicurist should continue trying to fix the nail color which I eventually point out remains pink. The owner eventually steps in again and corrects the situation and I leave with my nails completed, but nothing else, but please. I bet you're thinking it's the end, oh no.
