The staff is super-super friendly, warm, and professional. The receptionist was very accommodating, the X-ray tech was friendly and meticulous, and the hygienist was likewise thorough and sociable. The equipment seems like the latest technology. As Christina D. mentions, the dental chairs have massaging backs (a pleasant surprise). Dr. Keider also used a laser imaging tool on my molars to see if there were any crevices that could harbor bacteria out of sight. They offer bottled water and sodas in the waiting area, and have a whole little refreshment section. The goodie bag was chock full, too, which, though unnecessary, is much appreciated by a tooth-obsessive like me. Toothbrush, toothpaste, Listerine, dental floss, dental picks - it's like a miniature drugstore! But the best things I can say are about Dr. Keider himself. His exam was very thorough. He checked my TMJ, lymph nodes, thyroid, and tongue in addition to my teeth. He told me exactly what he was doing during the examination, and genuinely and thoroughly answered all my questions. As Christine mentioned, no one tried to sell me anything; he basically said that my teeth look great and there wasn't anything he'd want to do to them. (They didn't even try to get me to do teeth whitening, which I know they offer, and which is practically requisite in dental practices. I appreciated that.) The only little picky complaints I'd have, aside from the booking error, would be that having Fox "News" playing in the waiting area was a real turnoff and that the hours of operation are pretty limited. (However, he's there at 7:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, so it's easy to get an appointment outside normal business hours.) I'd highly, HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Keider took X-rays, examined all my teeth and came up with two plans, the most affordable and the one that was as expensive as my car. It all came down to needing five root canals in additions to the missing smile teeth. I had to go with the least expensive options with possibility of implants in the future. Even though I chose the least expensive option, I was treated no differently. I explained my cPTSD and every effort was made to accommodate me. Apparently, everything is easy with nitrous oxide (great stuff!) It's taken a few months, extractions, fillings and a gentle cleaning but I am smiling again. I have two partials but my husband can't tell the 'new' teeth from my own -they are perfectly matched! It's a great comfort knowing that I can strike dental fear out of my life. I enthusiastically recommend Dr Keider and his staff to anyone regardless of what you need, this is a guy you have no regrets trusting.

I was initially disappointed that Dr. Russell was not the dentist I was seeing but Dr. Reynolds was simply wonderful. He explained my treatment plan and how they collaborated with specialists to design my care plan. He even broke down how to best target brushing and flossing to optimize the best results. He was even abreast of how inflammation and chronic conditions affect dental health and showed genuine concern with my care. He did not rush out of the room and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this office.

The medicine that gave me I could not even take. The pain Medicine I was allergic to. I'll call back up there several times For several days. 7 days. I was told the clinical staff would give me a call back. No One ever called me back until seven days later When I mention getting an attorney. Diaz calls me back from her cell trying to cover he butt. She even offered me free inplants. The girls that answered the phone was so rude. One phone call the girl said. What do you need. They did not return my calls. How can you do surgery on somebody and don't even answer their calls or call them back. I had to go to the er twice and my doctor's office once. I went to the er that thursday and that friday. they had to give me a pain shot and a steroid shot because I was swollen and it was so bad. When I went back all she did was Re line my dentures that did not even fit. I went back the next time and there was a different dentist there with Doctor Kelly. I think Diaz was not there. He said my whole case needs to be started over because everything was wrong and the denture's was not even made right. I have several knots in my mouth My gums are still swollen.I had four ulcers in my mouth. I can't even wear my teeth or eat proper . Doctor kelly told them to put me on the schedule for may fifteenth for my surgery. They said they have to go in and fix everything she did wrong. That would have to cut both of my gums all the way open remove the pieces She left in there which its a lot. Then fix my bone Stitch me up and then make me some new teeth. Now his license is revoked and the office is closed. They sent me a text message to Cancel my surgery knowing the way she left my mouth. Doctor Kelly, put me on the schedule for the may 15th After his court date he knew he wouldn't gonna be there no more. I wrote them messages on their website And they have not responded says it takes six hours or less to respond. I called the emergency after number and left a message and asked them how they can leave my mouth like this. Still no answer. They billed both of my insurances and now I can't get my mouth fixed. I called up to the office today and was told was the office was closed. That the manager will give me a call back. Right now I had to go to my Doctor to get some antibiotics because there's an infection in my mouth because of where she left these pieces in there. I don't think nobody at this place really cares about anything. How can you lay somebody like this knowing how yall left me? If I knew this dennist was like this I would never went to them. Everybody I talk to has nothing good to say about this dental office. I was out of work seven days and in pain waiting for these people to call me back. The first 2. Days after my surgery my mouth was leaking like a water fountain. I filled 4 whole bath towels up. And all they was worried about was taking my review down. I went to this dentist's office.I trusted this dentist office and now my mouth is Horrible. I can't eat nothing hardly. I cant wear my teeth because they were made wrong. Pieces of bone or parts of the tooth pieces sticking out of my gum. And now there's an infection in my gum. And they still don't care. how can you cancel surgery through text? You couldn't even pick up the phone and call somebody Especially after the way they did. Mouth infections is nothing to play with! I don't deserve to be treated like this of left like this. My pain is still here.I'm emotionally drained for what they did to me. Now they won't void the payment they did, so I can get my mouth fixed or get new teeth when they butchered me
