Friend didn't like the dye permanently put on her eyebrows until it fades off. I also was hugely disappointed about my eyelashes because she refused to remove my mascara and eyeshadow. She said it would work better that way. (Call me naive, but this was first time.) The next morning my eyelashes were clumped to old mascara and were falling off my eyes. I had to remove a couple. I obeyed all of the rules about not getting them wet (very difficult in shower-had to use multiple wash cloths to protect my eyes) I was told these would last a couple of weeks. LIAR! Ended pulling them out because it looked weird when the others were gone. It was damaging to my eyelashes and I will NEVER go back to this establishment.

I don't normally leave reviews unless it's phenomenal. WOW - Erica's expertise is phenomenal! To…read moresay that I am beyond pleased is putting it mildly. She color-corrected and balanced out my brows to where they look completely natural and beautiful now. I have never been to an artist who is so attentive to this level of precision. She uses a very precise measuring technique. During the process, she remeasured and made adjustments several times, which I really appreciated. She also educated me on brow aftercare and what to expect. To give you an idea of where I came from, my brows are very sparse. I have had both microblading and powder. I ended up with brows that were an unnatural blue-gray color, very uneven, and had to use pencil and powder to fill them in daily. I've been to 3 other artists over the last 10 years (1 twice in the past year ). I was so unhappy and very skeptical about trying to get my brows fixed again, since none of the prior artists had fixed the issue, nor did any of them take the time to properly educate me on how to care for my brows after the procedure. Make your appointment with Erica. You'll be very glad you did.
