Okay, our usual place was closed so we needed to find a place that was quick as we had a busy schedule. After reading the reviews we were a lil apprehensive but figured, let's give them a shot. Hubby and I got basic pedicures, no polish no add-ons. The decor is very nice. They try to look high end on a budget and it looks nice. When I sat down somehow I cracked my iced coffee drink and it was running all over the floor and seat. They were quick with towels and another cup to absorb the rest. Super great. I was a lil embarrassed, but they made me feel very comfortable. They got us started and my gal was quick and thorough. She cleaned up my toe nails better than I've had in a long time! She was a bit aggressive but dang... my toes look and feel great!!! I guess since we did not do a polish they massaged us longer. It was wonderful. My gal was a bit strong on the massage so I asked her to soften up and she did, the rest of the time was perfect pressure. Between the massage chair and leg/foot massage I am a happy customer. They were quick and got us in and out in 45 minutes. That's what we needed so kudos for being super thorough and super quick. We will visit here again. read more

We had a really bad experience today; temperatures ran too hot, then too cold, and techs would walk away and weren't super attentive. The scrape portion was hit or miss and parts of my foot and hers was incomplete and massage of legs felt phoned in... I would've left this at a 2, but it was my friends birthday and the tech working on her sloshed water and the jelly bath substance all into her leather/suede Birkenstocks, completely destroying a nearly $200 pair of shoes. We understand that accidents happen, but there was no sincerity or offer to reduce price or make it better. Wasn't looking for a handout, but we tried working with tech and manager and they just stared at us as we left with this poor memory. Will not be returning. read more

My favorite nail salon is no longer. Since redesign of the salon, they are always packed. There's no sense of customer service. I feel like a burden rather than a customer. I have long natural nails and like lots of colors and designs but lately that seems impossible. This was my favorite nail salon but I'm on the hunt for a new one. read more

Triad Nail spa has been my go to nail place for the past year or so! I drive from Greensboro to come here because I'm always happy with my nails and they're so fast. I always get gel polish over acrylic here - I've noticed some nail salons no longer offer acrylic so I'm happy to find a place that still offers it. I'm usually done within 30-40 minutes which is extremely fast for a fill. I usually don't make an appointment & they're still able to take me within a few minutes. They have a ton of color options for gel polish & the employees are always nice. I've only gotten a pedicure here once but it was also really enjoyable and my feet felt great. Definitely glad I found this nail salon! read more

I've visited Triad a few times the past 2 years. They play calming music and provide a variety of beverages. The first time I went was incredible. Ruby did a beautiful set of clear acrylics with white and gold marble. I walked in at about 5:30pm not knowing that they closed at 6. I felt terrible, but she assured me that it was okay and she valued my business. For that alone, I recommend this establishment. The set lasted around a month with no signs of breakage or even chipping. Only one nail began lifting in that time. After that set I have been disappointed. After spending $160+ on a short acrylic set and simple gel pedicure, my acrylic set broke within a week. I stopped coming here for nails, but I stick around for pedicures. Worse pedi ever! Painting my nails, they did good but everything else not so good. The whole pedi was 25 minutes. No massaging my feet or legs unless I got the 50.00 package! The sides and under my feet were scrubbed for less than a minute each. My heels were dry and needed a good scrubbing. My toe nails were cut very very short. My friend was with me and she had the same horrible experince. There was no one waiting, the place was not busy so there was no reason out pedi was rushed. I will not go back there again read more

I must say my pedicure and nails was done excellent but the price for my nails was made up because they had no price list and as per the woman at the desk they had to call management to get the prices, well they charged more for different lengths. I've been getting my nails done over 35 years and in different states and I never heard that before. As I told them I believe they were bullshiting me. That's bad business if I'm right. Stopped by Triad Day Spa for a mani and pedi the day before leaving NC and heading to O'ahu. I don't live in the area any more, but my friend recommended making an appointment here! I don't remember which pedi package I chose, but it was relaxing and they did a good job with the gel polish. The only negative thing I would say is that I wish I chose a different color. There are always too many options for me to just pick one! As for the manicure, I was in LOVE. I don't often get my nails done... and by that I mean the last time I had a manicure was in 2012 or 2013 for prom. So, it's been a while. I decided to go with a trendy style I saw on TikTok (go figure). The woman who did them, made sure to help me pick colors as close to the ones in my reference photo and did a great job recreating the style - which she admitted she had never done before. The salon seemed very clean and everyone was wearing masks properly. Pricing was fair and I enjoyed my experience here. I'd definitely come back! read more

I've been frequenting Triad Day Spa since they first opened. I've always been happy and pleased whether it's been a pedicure, manicure or both. I'm a special education teacher and pedicures are an amazing way to relieve tension and pamper myself. Triad Day Spa has not disappointed me. The women have been so very attentive. I don't get them often, but when I do, I expect to get what I have ordered. My last 2 times I've ordered a number 4 and have only received a partial 4. Yes, the rose salt scrub salt was applied but was immediately washed off.. ive also com expected to my toes being massaged which is the main reason I choose a pedicure. It's funny, my visit today was my worst experience ever at Triad Day Spa. The fellow couldn't wait to be threw with me. I'm typically over the moon thrilled with my experience that I tip over and beyond. But. ,, my last 2 experiences have me looking for somewhere else. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. When coming to the day spa I called to see if there's any openings and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and polite. Upon coming into the nail salon I got paired with a male to take off my SNS nails and then receive a manicure. He did not greet me he did not say anything to me the entire time, even when I would ask a question her wouldn't respond. He started by sticking both of my hands in a bowl of acetone and slowly chipping away the SNS nails not putting it in foil like I am typically used to. My skin slowly started to get very cracked and the SNS started to leak onto my skin in the bowl. So now I have a sticky substance all over my fingers as well. I came in an hour and a half ago and it has taken that long for this whole awful experience. He did not clean my nails until I had to ask him three times and then when I asked for a paint of coat another lady came and switched to do my nails. They were not cut or curved correctly they are not even across all nails. They are still jagged and the underlayer is still not smooth. The regular polish was applied very thick and after 20 minutes it still was not dried and it had rippled. I finally decided to have her just take off the nails and let me go home I was still charged $20 total, for what I'm not sure, as I wasn't even offered any lotion. I'm extremely upset and disappointed. If I wasn't almost in tears out of frustration I would have asked for more compensation or explanation. What a waste of almost 2 hours of my life. I would've been better off googling it on my own at home. read more

I will say I haven't been to many nail salons that will seat you as soon as you walk in on a Saturday at 11 but surprisingly I was able to. Most are slammed or understaffed for the day, but this place has it going on! Everyone is super friendly and will get you in and out quickly. Triad Day Spa is my favorite nail salon by far. It's best to go weekdays because nights and weekends are always a busy time. Another perk for going weekdays is you get longer pedicures because staff is not rushing to the next customer. I always opt for pedicure #6, sea salt scrub, paraffin wax with a lotion rub down and the grand finally of a hot stone massage. Well worth the $33. I finish with a fill in with French tips. My total is usually around $50-60 depending on how many nails I have broken. If you haven't tried Triad Day Spa, it's well worth your relaxation money. read more

There isn't really anything negative to say about Triad Day Spa, other than they're always busy! But hey, that's great for their business. I don't often get my nails done, but when I decide to, this is my spot. They offer a wide range of nail and pedicure treatments. They also provide wine, and other beverages to sip on while you're getting pampered. I usually get the SNS treatment. It looks a lot like acrylic nails, but there is no crazy odor or putting on the plastic nail. It's basically a powder overlay that they do multiple layers of. It's much more sensible for me, because I'm always washing dishes or cleaning and painting my nails just simply doesn't work. The look is quite nice and it lasts for 3-4 weeks! I'm not lying, I promise! It ranges from $25-$35 and costs extra for designs. It's been a week and my nails still look great. The staff at Triad Day Spa are all very talented. I have never been disappointed here. They offer a free back massage in the process of getting a manicure or treatment of the like. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone looking for a nice looking nail shop that provides a multitude of services, for an honest price. read more

They started on people that walked in after me (all white) & when they saw I was preparing to leave the guy ran over & asked me if I was ok. Recently went to try this place out, I'm new to the area and any female knows how hard it is to find a GREAT nail place to call their own. With that being said I think I found MY NEW NAIL PLACE! The prices are very reasonable, I got regular Mani/Pedi done for $33! I called other nail salons around the area and this place was actually the cheapest. The staff was very friendly and surprisingly enough...a man did my nails. He was AMAZING! I believe his name was Hoau or How. Not sure how it's spelled, but he was great! My experience with men manicurists haven't been the best, but he was amazing! If you decide to come here, which I really recommend you do, you should definitely give yourself the time to come here and not in a time crunch. They definitely take their time on their services, and as far as I could see they treat their customers all the same...GREAT! I came in on a Thursday around almost 3 and the place was pretty full...and that usually is a good indicator that they have great customer service. RANDOM: The paraffin wax on my feet was my favorite part. I'm from California, and any nail salon would charge you extra for that, at Triad, this was one of your pedicure options they had among many others! I have been here twice and had a bad experience both times. the first time, a friend and I went here for pedicures. The lady who was doing my pedicure was obviously sick. she kept sniffling and wiping her nose on her sleeve. then in the middle of the pedicure she would suddenly get up and go blow her nose outside, and try to come back to finish my pedicure without washing her hands. I asked for someone else to finish my pedicure as I was seriously grossed out. The second time I went there, I did a gel polish manicure, which usually lasts a week and a half for me. After four days, the manicure was peeling off. I went back to ask for a refund and the manager yelled and me and my friend, saying they did not give refunds. I ended up going to Tiffany Nails in High Point instead, where they fixed my manicure perfectly. I will NOT be going back to Triad Day Spa. read more

This is my go to for manicures and pedicures. I think prices have increased by $1-2 since the time I started going here but still worth it. I always get the hot stone pedicure which is fabulous and the technician always spends plenty of time massaging my feel and calves with the hot stones. Their gel manicures are great and even the regular manicures last a good week before chipping. Prices are fair and they always squeeze me in even during busy hours. read more
