I feel like she just makes up prices by the day. I never complain about prices because it's a business but i know she's the only one who charges the way she does. I was super happy with my gel manicure the day I got it done and almost reviewed the place because everyone was very friendly there as well, but I figured I'd wait and see how it lasted. Well... it hasn't been too good. 5 of my nails were cracking/chipping after only 7 days! I've had gel nails that last 3 weeks! It should be a minimum of 2 weeks. It wasn't too expensive, but not cheap enough for it to last only one week :( disappointed. read more

I've passed by this shop so many times and never stopped in. My original nail spot was full and couldn't take me! So I went here and OMG I am so glad I did! I received a pedi and fill. My pedi was done by John! He was so good to me. Beside the great pedi he had good conversation and made my time there more than just "another appointment"!!! Definitely the best pedi I've had in NC! Now my nails.... Sandy hooked me up! I told her what I wanted and she delivered exactly that. She's cool as hell too so that's always a plus!!! I have no idea how this place has such a high rating and no idea how their line was out the door on the Sunday I went. The long wait was a complete waste of my time as the service I had done was poorly performed. I got on the list for a full set. Finally it was my turn. My set was thick, sloppy, and one of my nails chipped on the side literally later that same day. My nail tech took no time to actually perfect the coffin shape I wanted. I repeatedly had to ask her to go back and fix nails she left crooked. The paint job was thick and lumpy and streaky. It was all bad. There were people in the back getting pedicures and I don't know who in their right mind would get a pedicure at this spot. It looked filthy. No plastic covers for the tubs. Reusing tools. Worst pedicure on my husband ever. They didn't cut his toe nails. The scrubber she used was old despite checking and brushing multiple times so when I touched his feet when we got home and they were still rough I was pissed. Not to mention she threw it away when she was done with him knowing that it did not perform well. The suite itself is dirty. Management did nothing to accommodate after speaking with them. read more

Good place for basic manicures and pedicures--mani is $12 and pedi is $20. They take credit cards and you can tip with your card too. Making an appointment was easy. I messaged them on Yelp and they responded quickly. 2pm on Friday was not too busy/crowded, which was good. The massage chairs for pedis could be improved. My chair was making a loud noise the whole time. They could also be cleaner with the tub where you soak your feet in, like using disposable plastic wrappers to line the tub, which is much more sanitary. read more

She did a great job, also got my toes done and the lady who did that was superb, I'm going on two weeks and my toe nail polish HAS NOT chipped the slightest. Now my number one place to go get my nails done, point, blank, PERIOD!!! Went in last Tuesday to get a manicure with gel polish but sadly the gel started chipping and lifting within a couple of days. Today I go in and showed Tina what happened and was seated immediately! I had the pleasure of having Jimmy work on my nails and introducing me to my new favorite color. I don't think they are as clean as the should be. There's an area in the back where it looks like they throw the nail care items they use on everybody, dont know if they actually wash them. The lady next to me, who had a pedicure, got up and left, I never saw them wash the tub her feet soaked in. Other than that the people are nice and they have good prices. read more

I get my nails done every 2 weeks. This is the first time I've been disappointed in my service. My nails aren't even and I was left with nail polish on the side of my nail on my finger. Not to mention how bad it hurt. She was just too rough. Needless to say now I have to go somewhere else and pay more to have them fixed so I'm not too happy. read more

Love the gel color and crackled design (she selected for me). The technician also noticed discoloration in one nail (yup, fungus). She removed the old acrylic and filed it down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, my gel mani didn't last 24 hours. Bubbles under the surface of the nail which caused the polish to crumple and peel right off due to not being cured properly and applied way too thick. Once again, the staff were very kind however the service was meh. Will not be returning. read more

Went to get SNS nails today same color, black with glitter, and light sprinkle of glitter, paid $35.00 last time because of color change, I was told this was ombre and would be charged $45, I was a regular customer NOT ANYMORE, Your customer service SUCK TODAY , will take my money some where else, nail shops are a dime a dozen. These people need to learn you don't treat regular clients like this, I don't mine paying for what I like but don't try to screw me because you need money for your family back home!! read more

Mediocre pedicures, maybe they fear cutting you or just don't know what they're doing but I've definitely had better experiences. Overpriced for quality of service, gel full set not worth the cost and they don't paint your full nails. The sides of all my nails were missing paint in addition to the nail part closest to my cuticles, making it look like I need a fill again. Having a hard time finding a reliable nail shop to go to. read more

They assisted me and my friend Fast but I got my colors they were four colors it was a pedicure by the way I sit down everything is fine the water is nice and my friends water is nice we get a little massage with the seat then the lady assist me and says "Four colors"! I say yes she charges me 40 I'm like wtf cause I only had 35 cause i was only trying to get gel so she tells me to choose which number cause there's different pedicure types I choose gel and she says that will be 35 I'm just thinking like didn't she just say 40 now it's 35 I'm confused at this point and she does everything nice everything feels good until she cut my toe until today it kind of hurts and she messed up kind of on my toe nails so right now it looks okay but my friends nail artist was a whole lot better and more relaxing toward my friend and when I finish I finish before my friend and my friend tells me that she did quicker on me then on my friend cause when the lady was painting my toe nails my friend was still getting her feet massaged so idk if the lady made me think that the place was bad or if it was just the lady read more

Just an average salon. I went with two of my friends to get a mani-pedi, and all of our results were varied. My one friend finished about an hour and a half before me, which was a little annoying. Very quick service, but the service and quality itself was horrible. The man who did my nails was very rude. He ignored my questions, did a half ass job and acted as though he was inconvenienced to even be servicing me. When I was dissatisfied with my nails he made me feel like it was my fault. It was the worst experience I ever had anywhere. I was so unhappy and upset that I had to go somewhere different to have them fixed. Very stressful experience. Do not go here. read more
