My first experience here was nothing but positive and I am very pleased with my SNS manicure! It's clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day. My old SNS had been on my nails for over a month as I was moving across the country and ran out of time to get them redone before the journey. By the time I found myself with TaTa (I believe that was her name), one of the technicians at Lotus, I had a few nails already peeling. TaTa made sure to take great care of my nails as she was removing the SNS, being gentle and thorough with the removal of 100% of the SNS. This surprised me as 1. I have extremely brittle, sensitive nails and I ALWAYS have to remind technicians to be careful. Not once did I have to ask this of TaTa. And 2. I had never been to a nail salon that completely removed the SNS instead of applying on top of the existing layer. They definitely know what they're doing here. TaTa was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure throughout the entire experience I was getting exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back! read more

I wish I could say I had a positive experience. Nail tech was super nice and sweet but these nails were done so poorly. I wish nail techs would just tell you up front that they can't do the design you're requesting. $80 of a persons hard earned money for nails this bad is very upsetting. The vibe was also very frustrating due to kids walking around and being loud. I want to go to a salon where I can relax and be pampered after a long and stressful day at work and the kids made that impossible. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I've had a pedicure here once before that was incredible. Today, 7/1/21, I had an appointment for a pedicure and SNS manicure, as my WEDDING is this Saturday. The total was over $100. My nails are thick and poorly done, and the polish on my toes is bumpy as it was done in a rush. I started coming to WS frequently to visit family and each time I have tried to find "my salon". Lotus is it. Very clean and professional. Friendly without being overly chatty. My acrylic fill included a top coat, two Applications of color and two more applications of top coat. So many salons have gone to just one application of top coat, period. It was my first time here. The girl Mya was really sweet and it was a pleasant experience. I love the atmosphere, from the decor to location, which is tucked in a corner plaza. For the most part I got the notion that it's mostly by appointment but they do accept walk-ins. They have different choices to choose from pedicures to manicure spas. It's clean, welcoming and wasn't crowded. My only concern is that it was expensive. Expect to spend a little over $100 for a mani-pedi. They do have the basic plan choice but with their menu choices of things to add the $$ goes up. read more

The workers are seriously the nicest nail technicians I've ever met. Everytime I go in there they are super sweet and personable, along with the other customers. They seem to have a lot of regulars and remember the usuals they gewhich i thought was pretty neat. It has a really nice small town feel to it which I love. But then, BAM their skills are on point!!! I have never left there disappointed once, they go above and beyond to make your nails what you want and also give advice about how to achieve the best look. I am so disappointed after my second visit to this salon. First of all I had an appointment, yet still had to wait on the technician for at least ten minutes. I got an acrylic nail fill in with a simple one color paint job. She did such a rush job that my nails aren't even. My thumb nails are two completely different lengths, not to mention shapes. I can't believe she even let me walk out of there like that. I'm wondering now if she even looked at them after go see if they were even. I would be embarrassed if that was my work. I'm trying to stop biting my nails so I need them to look at least okay so I won't mess with them. I honestly want my money back after this. I will not be back. I would have said something yesterday when I was there, but I didn't notice myself and had a million things left on my to do list. Now I have to go spend more money at another salon to fix the mess you made. Attached are side by side pics of my thumb nails and then a couple others on one hand are just uneven. Update: Talked to them on the phone and of course they don't issue refunds. They did say they could schedule me to fix them but I am not interested. Why would I want them fixed by the same people that messed them up. It was made to out to be my fault because I didn't say something that day. Well guess what I was busy! I have a toddler at home! And next week is Christmas, I have $18 to my name. I paid these people $28 including tip so I could do an audition Monday night (same day I got my nails done). It was my first time at this location. I previously has shellac done and the tech assigned to me didn't seem to know what she was doing or achieve the oval shaped I had asked for. I didn't want to cause a scene at the salon but I wish I spoke up as she used a drummel and honestly shaved my nails too much and used it to removed the shellac off my nails. My nails are weak and brittle and it did more harm than good. I went today for the second time and, unfortunately, will not be returning. Similar to my first experience, an Express Pedicure and Manicure took nearly and hour and a half and the polish smudged off as soon as I left after letting it 'dry' for at least half an hour if not more. I'm not sure if they later the polish on too thick or if it's old but it never seems to harden. Both my fingers and toes are ruined and I don't have the time or patience to go back and ask them to redo it. They are otherwise very kind and do a nice job but if it's ruined ten minutes after leaving it's not worth my time or money. read more

In response to recent owner reply: Your shop is quaint and cute. It was not a diss to comment it has a "do it yourself decor" feel. My last shop was professionally decorated elaborately with huge mirrors and had mostly Z gallerie furnishings,which I also have plenty of in my house as well. (What can I say I love mirrors and IKEA & z gallerie has plenty of them and cute ones too! :) My prior nail salon was also spacious and properly staffed for their clientele caseload. Not a "mill" but a place you could actually relax & get quality work performed. If it wasn't so crowded maybe your shop would've seemed bigger, but that wasn't the case unfortunately during my visit as there were kids & people everywhere. As far as elaborate nail designs not being scheduled?? I'm not responsible for what is or is not written down on your end when my appointment was made. Clearly my gel pedicure wasn't written down either as neither my nail tech or yourself had any idea I was there for one. If you take a look at my past nail pictures I have posted on yelp, I've never had "plain" nails. I'm 100% positive when I booked I stated quite clearly " gel mani & pedi w/ designs." I'm not new to getting my nails done and know how to make an appointment for what I want. So a little advice:maybe in the future you may want to be more proactive for YOUR own time management, ask the client what type of designs they are seeking, NOT assume a basic flower/swirl design, & actually write all the information down. I was 6 minutes late entering your establishment (due to a pizza delivery truck blocking your parking lot entrance which I stated in my 1st review) How that justifies a 4 1/2 hour gel mani & pedi w/rhinestone application is just not acceptable. No matter how you try to justify it ma'am. Just an FYI my rhinestones have already started to fall off and that's never happened in the past. My nails have always lasted 3weeks or longer. It's only been 4days since I left your salon. I won't await any accountability for that either. It doesn't seem like that's something that one can find in your salon.
