I let my brows just grow completely out for over 3 months...and looked awful but wanted the technician to have a blank slate to start from. After reading reviews, I decided to give Jill's a try. I carefully explained everything to the technician. After she finished, I pointed out that the right one was noticeably thicker than the left. She said no. Then, for the tinting, I said I didn't want them too dark, but she did them VERY dark. In the car, looking in the mirror, I wanted to cry but decided to go home and get a really good look in a better mirror and in better light. Nope, not any better...they are CLEARLY not the same thickness, not even the same shape, and are VERY dark! I'm a regular at waxing but this was my first time with sugar waxing and it went really well. I enjoyed that it's not as hot on the skin as traditional waxing. I also enjoyed the vagacial after. Shon was able to move a number of ingrown hairs and within minutes of leaving I felt very comfortable. Further, Shon (the owner) is punctual, friendly, and professional. Not only is Shon great at customer service, she's quick with the wrist which is a great thing whenever receiving a this hair removal service. The service room is cute, always smelled clean and set to a comfortable temperature. Never did I think I'd say I can't wait to go back to a sugaring place, but Shon is great at what she does.
