I let my brows just grow completely out for over 3 months...and looked awful but wanted the technician to have a blank slate to start from. After reading reviews, I decided to give Jill's a try. I carefully explained everything to the technician. After she finished, I pointed out that the right one was noticeably thicker than the left. She said no. Then, for the tinting, I said I didn't want them too dark, but she did them VERY dark. In the car, looking in the mirror, I wanted to cry but decided to go home and get a really good look in a better mirror and in better light. Nope, not any better...they are CLEARLY not the same thickness, not even the same shape, and are VERY dark! On the plus side, the technician was proficient, the establishment was clean, and the price was fair.

Over time, I started realizing I was losing my arch, my hairs at the end of my brow were sparse, and that one arch was higher than the other. Yikes. Although I loved going there, I needed a change. Her store is in a house right next to Cookout. So easy to find. Her studio is located at the back of her house. It is very clean and professional. She is very accommodating to your schedule and is as sweet as can be! Her prices are so reasonable. Just make sure you bring cash! I had a bad experience in the past with eyebrow threading in California.. HOWEVER, after one session with Alpa, she has forever changed my views about threading. Alpa made sure I was comfortable and kept checking to see if I was okay. I did not have any problems during the session! She listened to what I wanted and restored my beautiful arched brows. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded countless times before but have never been this disappoint in them. My eyebrows are in 2 completely different places, and she trimmed them so short. Every other person who have done mine check to make sure they're even but she was in such a rush to get me out of there. Prior to visiting Brow N' Brow, I would often have some acne appear around my brow and forehead a day or two after having my eyebrows waxed or threaded, but I have yet to experience this at Brow N' Brow and I think that is due to their hygiene practice of using hand sanitizer with each customer before threading. It's definitely appreciated. The eyebrow waxing is affordable at less than $15 a session and they have discount packages if you pay ahead for several visits at one time (no expiration date).
