Today was my first time and the service was okay. The person who did my eyebrows suggested products and I told her perhaps another time. When it was time to pay I said the on line price was different and she kind of shrugged me off and said well this is the price; I didn't get into a discussion and I paid and left. She never said we haven't updated our website, etc. According to her receptionist they have been in that location 18 years. Do not go here especially for eyebrow henna. To have light hair and they made it way too dark even after I asked for it to be done a light color. The shape is horrible and very uneven. Didn't like the quality of service that was provided. The tech seemed very rushed and I could swear she wasn't washing her hands between clients because by the end of the day, I had breakouts on my face that were not there prior to going there. Now, I never had a problem with paying the almost $300 she charged for the service except the service wasn't at all what I hoped for. She over-threaded my eyebrows (and told me the following day she never threaded them...liar) and they're still not grown back in places and the lash lift was beyond unflattering. My lashes wound up being straight without any curl and the tint faded off within hours; my brows were very uneven and she took the top part of my right brow completely off, making it look dented. I wouldn't recommend them because even after they told me to come back and apologized for everything, I was gaslighted by being told the brow she thinned too much was already thinner than the other and she did it that way to match the other. Right there she contradicted herself because she had said she never removed any brow hairs by threading--and she stated that there was nothing wrong with the service. She kept brushing my brows and lashes to have them look like they were actually properly and professionally done but they were not. I kept pointing out to her the issues I had and you can clearly tell by the pic my brows and lashes look a mess. She kept telling me to give it 48 hours but I have yet to know when the 48 hours are up because nothing settled--it just all fell flat. Aside from this, she asked me after going around in circles what I wanted her to do. I just got up and walked out to keep from cursing this lady out. Sadly, I actually had to fill in my brows with a brow pencil for weeks and use a lash curler to curl my lashes because they were not curled and I couldn't see for seeing my lashes. They were literally straight and laying flat and downwards and I am a nail tech who sits and looks downwards all day; I am still disappointed and disgusted. To add salt to the wound, they texted me around 11:30 the following night telling me I actually scratched off my eyebrows with my long, pointy nails (which I have never worn, by the way. My nails were actually oval at the time and short--not long). Just went around and around to other best at releasing themselves of any responsibility for the poor service I received. NONSENSE! Although I was somewhat intimidated by doing my own lashes and brows, I bought a lash and brow kit online and the results were so much better than the shoddy workmanship I received at "Perfact Brow Art by Threading". And I won't say anything in this review that I didn't say to them--I should've know better than to try this place after I saw half the service menu misspelled. I'm very leery about giving business to people who cannot spell because for me personally, that's a red flag for dishonesty. Fortunately enough, I'm a business owner and would NEVER give this type of unprofessional service to anyone and I most certainly would never gaslight a client into thinking she did something wrong when I was at fault all along. If I rush and take shortcuts doing client's nails, i guarantee you I will find flaws at the next service. Everything in this world seems to be going down in flames. Nobody and nothing seems to be honest and worthwhile. SMH read more

I wanted to try this place since I always see it while im in the shopping center. Also google. I waited about 5 minutes and got my eyebrows threaded in less than 3 minutes. I haven't done my eyebrows in about 1-1.5 months so they were rough (but not bad) I got charged $18! Their normal threading is $15 which i already found it to be expensive (per their flier) but she said it was because she had to shape them and I was new. I will say she did my eyebrows good, but I wont be returning. Just felt she could have been a bit more gentle, and she only focused on hurrying up. Also she seemed upset about a previous customer -so not a best start. Ive had my eyebrows threaded for years now, so pain and speed has never been a problem. I haven't had my brows done in probably a couple years and they were not in any sort of shape and a bit overgrown. I've been coming here for almost 4-5 years and never have I gotten these nasty, PAINFUL bumps under my eyebrows from how HARD and HARSH she pulled on my skin. This is the THIRD time this has happened, and I only kept coming back because this was my trusted place for years! They went up on their prices from 12-$15 and she didn't even spray, lotion, nor cleaned my eyebrows like she usually does after threading so I basically paid $3 extra dollars for a very crappy & painful experience. This place was absolutely horrible. I've been getting my lashes done for about six years now and recently my regular girl quit doing them. So I decided to try this place out. The lash tech was absolutely brutal in removing the ones that were coming off. They were so clumpy and heavy and just did not look good at all. Told me it was going to be 85 and then charged me 100. I recently just got them redone in my new lady, was shocked at the condition of the lash extensions. How like several of my lashes were stuck together in clumps. read more

This company is not about customer service. They just want your money without providing a service. Horrible customer service and lied about the services they provide. They are not licensed to remove tattoo so if you are looking to have tattoo removed, DO NOT CALL. They will take your money schedule appointment but according to research you have to be licensed in laser therapy for tattoo removal and they are not. When I stated this the manager Bobbie stated that they were going to use saline to remove tattoo which was never shared with me during consultation. Trying to get refund of the deposit they refused stating that there was no way to refund the deposit as the money did not go to them. The merchant is out of the UK They obviously got one over on us with there sale tactic do not let them do this to you. read more

This place is amazing! There's a room for each customer, and the environment is so comfortable. I wanted to try a new salon that specializes in threading since my usual salon did not specialize in it and only 1 person does it. Here, they are so quick, yet accurate, and painless. The only problem I had was that they didn't clean the tiny hairs off my face after the threading. However, that wasn't too big of a problem since I can just brush them off myself in front of the large mirror they have. This is definitely my go-to threading salon while I'm here in Winston! read more

I was very disappointed in my recent experience. The woman threaded a portion of my eyebrow so that there is a gap! I barely looked when she was done and she didn't mention it. It was my first time there and I told her I wanted threading to be done to take off the peach fuzz on my upper lip and lower lip. I went there because my two friends brag about how good their service is. So I went to get my eyebrow fix. Bhavi who did my eyebrow did a good job and finished in 2 minutes. No wipe or prep she just directly started the threading. She nicked my lower brows, but not as bad. She showed me an eyebrow gel and brushed some on my eyebrow to look darker. She convinced me to buy it so I did. A small little tube cost $19.00 + tax. What she did was she added this product to the threading that cost $15.00 and totaled both. When I signed the receipt, there's a part where you can add your tip to the total. So when I gave a 20% tip, it added the $19.00 as well. I end up giving a 60% tip instead..... I returned the gel because I'm not sure what's in it and it was way to much for a small tube. It's another nightmare.....to make the long story short, I end up with a gift certificate of $20.34 that I will never use. I told my friends they are welcome to use it since I'm never going back to that place. My other friend who took me there was going to have a brazilian wax but instead she changed her mind because of this whole thing. read more

I Just moved from Arizona for fellowship in wake forest. At first I was hesitate to go to this place as I seen some bad reviews on yelp about particular person. I went this past Saturday to this place and get it done my brows. Initially I have requested somebody else than Miss Bhavi as everybody was mentioning her name so I thought I gave try to other person but there was only one lady working there so I had no choice than going to her. But I was so amazed by her energy knowledge and earth down personality. She has done amazing job on my brows in about less two mins. My eyebrows are naturally very light so she tinted my brows and I m in so much loved with her work and this place. I was so Surprised yo see the cleanliness they were following it with this pandemic. They social distancing in their reception area with only 4 people can stay as well they were Cleanning the each chair as soon as person moves and clean station. I used to pay $25 for my brows in scotsdale AZ. I trully was not getting that warmth and service what I got it at this place. She is so wonderful and impressive. 1/25/19 I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ANY PERMANENT MAKE UP OR TATOOiING FROM THIS PERSON! Check FB review My response to owner: You engage in unscrupulous business practices, and this will probably lead to an unsavory outcome for the future of your establishment. Individuals should not establish businesses until they educate themselves in business. Now with considering the facts, the appointment for the second phase of the micro blading procedure was well within the 60 day contractual time frame. The procedure was performed on 11/7/18 and phase 2 was scheduled and then rescheduled (by Bhavi the owner) for 1/1/19. Now if my math does not fail me, that was within the contract of 60 days. I checked FB reviews and found another former client with pretty much an identical experience last year. According to Bhavi she has never had an experience like this, not sure what she was referring to, other trying to con a customer out of money. I have now had this procedure repeated which costed me an additional $400 at a reputable establishment. So I discussed this with my Attorney and provided him a copy of the contract and he believe we do have a case. Thank God for reviews! Information is always assesssible to make more inform decisions and about previous business practices. 1/4/19 The most horrible unprofessional experience ever!!! SHE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! This business came highly recommended for eyebrows by a friend. I decided to give it a try although 30 miles from my home. When I walked in I notice there were lots of people sitting around like cattle waiting to be called. There was no quality customer service boutique salon feeling that I am accustomed to. But anyway I waited and had my eyebrows threaded by the owner Bhavi, she did a decent job. I went back again, and this time, she recommended MiCROBLADING. I am a healthcare professional so I had researched it prior to our discussion and I knew the process and price. She quoted $450 in which I thought was a bit high for her type of cattle farm, she explained this price included a 4-6 week touch up which is standard for most. So I had microblading done and was pleased with the results. Then I called and spoke with her we scheduled the post procedure touch up appointment, but when showed up for the appointment she told me we did not have an appointment scheduled on this day there must have been a misunderstanding, in which she clearly scheduled I placed the appointment on my calendar that was a RED FLAG!!! So we rescheduled, and the day before the appointment she texted me to confirm and asked me to bring CASH because her cc machine would be down. I was confused, so I asked cash for what? she told me it would be $75 for the touch up and that she told me that in the beginning. This was outrageous and a flat out mistruth! The discussion we had in the beginning that the touch up was included in the initial price $450. Again she came up with "there was a misunderstanding" This was it for me!!! But the sad issue here is that I may have referred others there despite the physical appearance of her business, but due to her untrustworthiness and greed she will lose potential customers. I have never had this kind of untrustworthy interactions from a so-call business owner. STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESSES THAT ARE RUN LIKE THIS!!! read more

THe space is an old tanning place so the atmosphere is far from relaxing and is pretty cheaply done BUT the Indian girl who does my eyebrows is amazing. She's quick and pretty painless. I wish I remembered her name so everyone could experience her. I've gotten threading in two other places in Winston (and in other cities) and this is by far the best. Four stars because it's good but not as good as my favorite spot in Raleigh. Fast, good shapes and fixed a mess up from a different spot in town.
