Went in for a facial and lip,chin, and brow threading. The threading technician did a lovely job! I think her name was Savita. She gave a wonderful massage with the facial, asking several times what amount of pressure I preferred and explaining what she was doing as she cleansed, exfoliated, applied serum, etc. read more

Went today, only had to wait 8 minutes but very disappointed in my service here. Was in Greensboro so decided to try this place and super disappoint in it. The woman who did my eyebrows didn't ask me what I wanted, only took 5-7 minutes tops on me, didn't clean the area before or after nor did she apply lotion. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded countless times before but have never been this disappoint in them. My eyebrows are in 2 completely different places, and she trimmed them so short. Every other person who have done mine check to make sure they're even but she was in such a rush to get me out of there. After she finished, she gave me the mirror for one second before taking it away and walking to the cash register. Will not be returning. read more

I don't recommend going here at all unless you want super Thin/ crooked eyebrows that doesn't even look like the original shape! The lady doing it must have been new cause it was the worst pain of my life, typically they go fast, this last was so slow and pinched my skin so many times. read more

I love my experience here every time I go. Now I'm COVID-times, I definitely feel safe there. They have you sign in with your phone number and then you wait outside or in your car until you get a text saying that they're ready for you. Always quick, always satisfied! Even when there is a wait on the weekends, it is usually no longer than 10 minutes. Service is quick once you are in the chair, just don't get someone who is new and wants to practice on you. That happened to me once and it was a painful long experience! I had been meaning to try this place out ever since moving here 8 months ago, but went once and the wait was pretty long, so I didn't stick around. Finally went (on the Monday afternoon after New Year's Day, when most people were off work), and the wait was minimal. When you enter, there is an iPad that you use to sign-in, and when they are ready for you, they will call your name. *I thought maybe I would get a text when it was my turn because it said my estimated wait time was 16 minutes (that was not accurate - I probably waited 8-10 minutes), but you do need to wait inside for your name to be called. The woman who did my threading (name started with a D), was great! She was quick, although it was less painful than other times I have been threaded (over the past 10 years, I have gone every 4-6 weeks). Pricing: seems to align with other threading places I have tried in NC (the other two are in Burlington). Recommend: yes! I plan to return and use this as my go-to threading place in Greensboro. read more

I was thrilled to find this place as I'm from California and I'm used to doing threading. I tried a waxing place previous to here and they ruined my eyebrows. I told Johana to do the best she could as I know they were pretty uneven and she wowed me. You can barely tell the spots that still need growing back and she was so quick I barely felt anything. I was around the battleground area with my friend and I've heard that this place does eyebrow threading, filling, henna tattoos and more! The staff are really friendly and helpful. When I was getting my henna tattoo, one of the staff asked me every inch of the way if I like it and if it was what I desired and I figured it would take around 20-30 minutes for it to be finished but it only took about 10 minutes! Went in today for upper lip waxing. My technician spilled hot wax all over my hair while attempting to wax my upper lip. She only informed me that she had spilled hot wax on my hair, after she waxed my lip. At this point, the wax already melted into multiple strands of my hair. She claimed she is not used to the waxing and prefers threading. This is a very unprofessional service, and I suggest you do not visit this establishment. I needed to find a place ASAP to go and get my eyebrows cleaned. I went to this place and the ladies were extremely nice! I loved the way they did my eyebrows. I go here all the time now and I have also recommended some of my friends to go to this place! I love that they not only do eyebrows, but also do henna tattoos! Whenever you walk in, I liked how you have to sign in and put what you want to get done. I also noticed that this place is very clean and the workers honestly take their time when they are working on your eyebrows. Worst place EVER!! Went in to just get my brows threaded but instead I came out with my brows looking messed up. Before she even started I told her that I wanted to leave my brows think, just shape it up a little. But she trim the front of one of brows and made it look like a little hill. Then one of the other employee she try to fix it, but I told her don't even because I'm not trying to leave with no brows. She have the nerve to tell me that it's going to grow back in a few days. So now I have to grow it out again. Will NEVER be going there again. read more
