This place is hit or miss if you are a walk in. If you find a tech you like, book with them. My last visit was disappointing. I have better appointments here. I got gel nails a week before a trip. By the time I got in the plane like four days later, the gel was bubbling and I was able to peel the nail polish off. I had to get my nails done during my trip because they were that bad. They take walk ins and I haven't waited for a service, but you gamble doing that. When you get a pedicure, you are facing other people. I would rather not. I prefer the salons where you are in a row. You sit very close to people while getting your nails done. The techs are friendly and the manager definitely ensures everyone gets their drinks and are getting served properly. I got a pedicure, when I stood up from the chair the nail tech (Niki) took my "toe separator" and put it back in her box to REUSE. I walk up to the dryers and then realize a toe smudged. I spoke to the guy who works the front desk (Lucky) and mentioned the smudge as well as her putting the separator back in her bin. He didn't seem to care. When she came to fix the smudge I said it happened because I didn't have the separator. So then she PULLS A USED ONE AND ASKED ME TO USE IT I told her no. I'm disgusted. Call in to schedule! If I would've reviewed this place a couple of months ago my review would've been extremely different and is the only reason I'm keeping my star rating at 4 and not 5. My first experience was as a walk in and I just wanted to remove the dip on my long natural nails and replace with regular clear polish. It was a Friday morning and it was packed. I ended up having to trim my nails down short and with visible damage on my nail beds from the worker shaving down too much. He also didn't put the clear polish on like I had repeatedly asked. This second time I decided to give it a second chance as my mom was in town and we needed a pampered day at the nail salon. We both got mani pedi and the girls were super nice. I did call ahead this time to schedule us in. The place is beautiful and the guests bathrooms are very clean. Definitely call ahead and schedule. Even if they tell you to come as a walk in... that's what they had said the first time and my experience was awful. read more

Went to this salon for 5 years every two weeks. First of all I found the perfect nail tech, Christina, so when she left so did I. If you are going to have a fancy nail salon and charge high prices, you should treat people respectfully. Tina is rude! The prices change constantly. Up of course! I got Sophie and she started out not so bad, until...I attempted to tell her that the right lower side of my foot still had some dead skin that needed to be removed. She commenced to tell me that there was no problem there, it was just like the patch of skin on my leg ( which was an entire lie) so I literally took my nail and scratched some of the dead skin off and showed her and she then said "oh" and picked up her stone and completed the removal. Although she initially dismissed my concern, I let that slide and did not get angry. So when she completed my French pedicure I noticed that one of the French lines on my toe was uneven and I mentioned it to her. She tried to say that it was uneven because of my toe, which was bogus because I have had French pedicures there before and no problem. I do not have any deformities to my toes, she just made a mistake, which happens right. However, she gets an entire attitude about it and I told her that she no longer needed to do anything else but apply the oil. Again, no elevation of my voice nor anger. I Looked around their establishment and I noticed how black women bring in about 85% of their revenue. We need to stop spending our money there with them because they do not care about us. I paid for a basic pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish , the lady nila doing my pedicure rushed though it and I let her know that the water was cold and she continued to add more cold water to the pedicure bowl , and she did not remove my value and she rushed through it. This is a nails spa unlike the ones we're use to. Between the Venetian architecture and renaissance aesthetic when you walk in it feels like you're in Europe! The initial greet is very prompt! But the nail techs are hit or miss unfortunately. Thankfully I have found the golden one and her name is Eday. Eday only does pedicures and manicures but you will not be disappointed! Her work is impeccable and she has a great sense of humor that will keep you laughing through! If it weren't for the hit or miss inconsistency with staff experience I would've gave it a 5 star, if it weren't for Eday it would've been a 3.5. Eday saves the day! read more

I was at Anthony Vince on Friday, 10/27 for a classic manicure & pedicure. While undergoing a manicure, the operator Linda cut my finger, and I was bleeding. Linda did not apologize and accepted a tip for the service. I informed the manager about this incident, and he offered me a 10% off coupon. The first time it happened I received a $25 gift card. An oasis For good mani pedis in NC. I am a regular at the branch of this salon in Wellington, FL. They had dip - unfortunately not Nexgen like almost all of NC- but they different varieties of dip for nails. They know how to new and modern techniques. Others in NC do not know how to do a color French dip or ombré. The salon is beautiful just like the one in Wellington. It is large. Gorgeous blue sky and clouds on ceiling. I've been to this location 3 or 4 times now. I usually have a good experience, although it is fairly expensive. However, the quality of the work today was sub-par. I've got nails that are asymmetrically shaped, polish pooling at my cuticles and polish on my skin in multiple various places. My cuticles aren't even evenly trimmed, the tips don't feel smooth, and some nails have square edges and some are round. I guess I need to pay more attention to the person who serves me, so I can ask for them again or avoid them. read more

We came in on the Sunday before memorial day so it was super crowded. The greeter told us the amount of time it would take to get seen and that we could go ship around. He was correct with his estimate! 20 mins later my friend and I were seated. I was with Rose who was so sweet! She worked hard to get my nails the exact style and color I wanted. For an SNS manicure it was 50 bucks I thought I would get a hand massage with that too but that's ok! I had a good experience overall. No. Just no. I do not recommend this place. It is nice looks wise but the service was awful! My heels aren't bad but they still didn't feel smooth. I had previous glitter polish on that the nail tech didn't even care to remove fully. So you know what she just polished over it and I was so upset. I couldn't believe that actually happened. I will never support this establishment anymore. They talked about us the entire time. And once I was on to them I used google translator and I determined they were talking about my daughters toes because this was her first pedicure in a while and had some extra cuticle skin around her toe, something I'm sure they have seen many times before. I never get my nails done and was sort of nervous, especially since my nails were in such atrocious shape, but I wanted to try this place out since they were new and already had such great reviews. I called first to see if they would be able to get me in for a full set SNS and the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful and it gave me hope that I would like this place. And I absolutely LOVED it! From the second I walked in until I walked out, I was treated well and I was very satisfied with my nails! After getting a manicure at my regular place of several years my nails began to crack break and crumble. SnS mani. It was a Sunday and my girlfriend from out of town and I had reservations at a nice restaurant for dinner. There was no way I was going in with my nails looking the way they did. Anthony Vince was the only salon I could find open on a Sunday. Everyone was very friendly and I got a good manicure that has lasted over a week so far. The only thing I don't like that kept me from rating them a five is it's an add on fee for trimming your cuticles, removing your previous SnS etc. The salon is clean, they were honoring wearing masks and social distancing. Queen and Bin did a wonderful job. Their customer service was top notch, courteous and super friendly. If they keep it up they will always have my recommendation to friends and colleagues. This is the last time I will ever try this place for a manicure. I cannot even believe that I spent $299 PLUS tips today on 3 manicures and 3 pedicures and came away with what you see in these pics. My friend and daughter were ok with their manicures however what I received is horrid! Tina, who I think is either an owner or manager, said she couldn't do a French manicure, so I went with what just polish on all nails. I did have to get tips added as my nails were too short. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Pedicures were great so there's that but this manicure is the absolute worst and I will never go back there again.
