I had some family in town so we decided to try this place. I called ahead to see if they took appointments but they don't. However, the nice young lady who answered the phone took my name and what services I wanted and my eta. When we arrived, she remembered that I called and had three technicians ready for my party of three. They asked if we wanted drinks but we declined. We each received deep cleansing pedicures which were really nice. My only one complaint (which I know is a part of sales) is that my technician asked if I wanted my nails done and eyebrows (on separate occasions). I only requested a pedicure so I didn't want to be asked about anything else. Overall, it was a great experience. read more

I have experienced two really great acrylic fills here with two different staff members. They are kind, thorough and efficient.

Went for the first time today, I was worried that they wouldn't be able to do the design I wanted because I know not everyone is good w acrylic and designs. They did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was comfortable and provided complementary beverages. I used to come here all the time for my nails, no where else, but NO MORE. AWFUL SERVICE!!!! CINDY IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! She stereotyped me and asks if i'm doing drugs (mind you I am a black woman with tattoos & do not do drugs at all) I guess because she was not trying to do her job since I was waiting for 30 mins to be seated so stayed later. I stated that I would've liked to be told that I was unable to be taken instead of rushing my nails. So I assume her anger for being there after closing made her decide to be rude and unprofessional. Cindy was very rude and disrespectful to my friend. She was being discriminative and stereotyped her as she was just being a polite customer the whole time. I GOT A WATER FUNGUS FROM THIS NAIL SALON !!! I came to this salon for acrylic set. At first I thought the slain was beautiful. They give clients their own pouches with files and I thought that was wonderful due to COVID. My nails were getting old so I took them off on my own. 4 of my nails on my fingers had little green spots on them. I've never caught a fungus from a nail salon EVER!! So I went to a different nail salon and the nail tech told me this was a water fungus. Which is common, she then explained to me that it usually appears on 1 nail but this was on 4. So she believed it was due to unsanitized tools! YUCCKKKK never going here again. read more

One day after I got my nails done from this place, my nails look like I've had them on for almost 2 weeks. The nail polish is starting to come off and the nail are so chunky. First of all they took to long. I arrived around 5pm and was not done till 7:30pm. The shop was not busy when I walked in. They did not listen to me at all. I have been here on multiple occasions and each time worse than the last time. Once they gave me design I didn't ask for. Once the SNS was too thick. Another time I got SNS which cracked after a few days. Today I walked in asked for sage green SNS and to get my natural nails cut down and filled. They tried to rush me out of there. I was only shown bright green colors. Come to find out they had a sage green the whole time. I normally get charge 45$ for the SNS manicure. But today I was charged a extra $5 for my nails to be cut down. Which make no sense since the were not long and only needed to be filed. When asked about the additional charge they had 3 different responses that did not apply to the service I received. I will not be coming back. If I could give it zero stars I would. Would not recommend this place to my biggest hater. Please go somewhere else. read more

Def won't be returning! I asked for a specific length and shape and didn't like how she was doing them so I asked for a minute so I could see if I wanted to do something else. But before I even asked for a minute, I asked if she could fix the length and she said she couldn't. Then got upset because I asked about holding on before she did anything else because I didn't want to pay for something I didn't like. She then went and got another lady to come over and tell me that she couldn't fix it and that the lady that was doing my nails is only charging me $28 (since I didn't want them finished) and she proceeded to say that they should charge me $35. They are rude and clearly not professional. It should've been a simple fix but no, "they couldn't do it". This is my first and last time ever going there. read more

TERRIBLE! I do not mind paying for quality! The people are very nice but the work that we are paying top dollar for is NOT quality. The finish is very bumpy, not smooth, the polish job is the worst. The filling material is unevenly applied. We all have bad days but geez when paying almost 80.00 for a service you at least expect to get what you paid for or at least remotely close to it. read more
