I had two ladies taking turns to do my facial because they kept taking customers before me due to a shortage in staff. Every-time someone new came in they would stop my service to take care of a waxing or threading customer. A 45 minute facial took about 1.5 hours. I ended up falling asleep thanks to the music and facial mist they left on. When I woke up I felt like I had been forgotten and even ventured into the hallway to remind them. I would probably try again to see if I get a different experience but for now it's a 4 star because of my experience.
