I let my brows just grow completely out for over 3 months...and looked awful but wanted the technician to have a blank slate to start from. After reading reviews, I decided to give Jill's a try. I carefully explained everything to the technician. After she finished, I pointed out that the right one was noticeably thicker than the left. She said no. Then, for the tinting, I said I didn't want them too dark, but she did them VERY dark. In the car, looking in the mirror, I wanted to cry but decided to go home and get a really good look in a better mirror and in better light. Nope, not any better...they are CLEARLY not the same thickness, not even the same shape, and are VERY dark!
