The staff was very attentive to my previous concerns and reassigned me with a lovely provider! Each visit, from the front desk to the services with my tech Morgan, has been great so far! The aftercare and product suggestions given by Morgan are always helpful and informative. She makes sure that I'm comfortable and receiving services that I am happy with. Lastly, during my last visit they appeared to be renovating the lobby area. But these renovations did not appear to interfere with the services being provided. I'm usually in and out for my appointments without any issues or feeling rushed. I can appreciate the staff and services provided.

Here I am at the beginning of the year to update my review as promised!…read more I am scheduled for my second round for the oxygen facial in a couple of weeks. I have been a fan of Brow Lounge for quite a while now! I…read morelove that they recommend appointments but will take walk-ins for that unexpected service you didn't realize you needed. My favorite and only clinician I use is Sonya! She is super professional, always on point and will have you laughing (to distract you from the pain of course)! LOL. They require masks at all times, you only enter at your scheduled appointment time and your enter and exit are at opposite ends of the establishment so you don't run the risk of being near anyone for potential exposure. Highly recommend this business and Sonya!!

Therefore,…read moreI've always had difficulty trying to get my eyebrows to look right and to try to make my face look a little balanced. SO, I finally decided it was time to see a pro! I let my brows just grow completely out for over 3 months...and looked awful but wanted the technician to have a blank slate to start from. After reading reviews, I decided to give Jill's a try. I carefully explained everything to the technician. After she finished, I pointed out that the right one was noticeably thicker than the left. She said no. Then, for the tinting, I said I didn't want them too dark, but she did them VERY dark. In the car, looking in the mirror, I wanted to cry but decided to go home and get a really good look in a better mirror and in better light. Nope, not any better...they are CLEARLY not the same thickness, not even the same shape, and are VERY dark! On the plus side, the technician was proficient, the establishment was clean, and the price was fair.
