I came in for a free consultation with very clear hopes of decreasing my waist size. I spoke with Susan, and after filling out some paperwork and answering questions, she recommended their NuLipoEx treatments. She said it works for everyone, and I would get my desired results as long as I could afford what was needed. She recommended 12 treatments, which cost several thousand dollars, in order to reduce my belly 3-4 inches. Compared to traditional lipo or a tummy tuck, this seemed like a more reasonable choice for me- non surgical, no downtime, lower priced. I do not usually spend money on myself (such as with hair or nail appointments etc) so I felt real "mom guilt," but I decided, especially when I was told this also targets dangerous visceral fat, that I would allow myself this opportunity to care for myself. During the days around my treatments, I had increased my own attempts to help the process, with continuing my consistent workouts (and in some cases, increasing intensity), intermittent fasting, supplements etc, not to mention carefully following the described 24hr fat-free diet with water consumption following the appointments. To be clear, at my consultation, Susan told me this facility is partnered with, or under the guidance of, an actual physician, making this a legitimate med-spa, with FDA approved technology etc, so I had high hopes for success! As I stated, Susan said these treatments are effective for everyone (with possible varying degrees of success based on how well people follow the 24hr post-treatment plan). After several (4 or 5) treatments with their "NuLipoEx", I was not seeing results, so I started to express concern at my appointments. Susan kindly sat with me to discuss this. At this point, she told me that I may have a gut-health issue. I began taking apple cider vinegar as recommended, but on that particular day, I did not have time to further review other options (and to be honest, after the thousands of dollars I had already spent, plus gratuities, I was hesitant to spend more money on supplements or whatnot, after being very discouraged by the lack of results from over $4k I had already spent). After 6 treatments with their "NuLipoEx" I had lost ZERO inches around my waist, so I was recommended to switch to the "EndyMed" technology with hopes the skin tightening would be more helpful, having had pregnancies in my history. To date, I have had several of those treatments and thus far have still lost ZERO inches in my waist. To say I am disappointed is a serious understatement. I was told my pictures from my appointments suggest otherwise, with having lost size, but they also take my measurements and I, too, had been measuring my waist circumference. Regardless of the photos (which, let's be honest, lighting, typical PMS bloating, a conveniently-timed inhale, or slight difference in camera distance can ALL factor in a photo!) my waist has not been reduced in size. At this point, I have been told I need to find my own physician, to diagnose my gut health issues, or possible diabetes, and I was NOT offered any further tests or information by their affiliated physician. I was recommended several more supplements, which I took for more than a month, resulting in sluggishness, painful bloating, and actual gain in my waist and weight! I am still waiting for my ability to see my own physician, since sadly I actually do not have insurance at this time, so this process is time consuming. Susan said she would "freeze" my last few appointments until I have been able to test the gut health issues she suspects, or find an actual answer. She sounds confident that once my health issues are resolved, my waist will shrink quickly (at which point, I can't help but wonder what will I even need the last few treatments for? And do I really believe in wasting such time, when I had no good results at all the previous attempts? It became quite stressful to repeatedly experience such disappointment). My only genuinely positive side: All of the staff (Susan included, though she's clearly a gifted saleswoman) have been altogether courteous, friendly, and even fun. read more

I have been so impressed with Nu-body. When I went in for my consultation, the owner, Susan, was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and has a fun bubbly personality. She helped me find exactly what treatments I needed for my goals, and explained exactly how everything works. I have done cellusmooth and I did microneedling for my face and the stretch marks on my thighs. Both of the girls who did my treatments were amazing!!! They made me feel so comfortable. I went in for skin tightening and cellulite reduction. I was promised by Susan the owner that I would get the results we talked about and would be very happy.She even swiped her hand across the table and said, "Your stomach will be as flat as this table and it will also tighten your skin and get rid of the wrinkles." Maybe she really believed it, but the procedures did absolutely NOTHING for me. IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I have wrinkles on my stomach above my navel and and also wrinkles above my knees. This was my main reason for coming to Nu Body Solutions. Susan acted like what I needed done was so minimal and said that it would definitely tighten up my skin and get rid of what little cellulite I had. Instead I recieved broken spider veins and a few stretch marks on three different areas on my back side. The suction also caused a spider vein on my back! Who has spider veins on their back....My point is that the suction clearly caused the spinder vein. The suction also caused the stretch marks in this one particular spot on my hip/butt. I've never had a stretch mark anywhere on my body so it's interesting that after the procedure I noticed the ones in this particular spot. Several times on different visits...mainly when Heather performed the cellulite reduction, did I have to ask her to turn it down because it hurt and this is what caused the spider veins and stretch marks. I was not warned that this could happen or I would not have chosen to do it. They advertise it as being completely safe and non invasive. I was told you need a certain number of sessions for this to work and if you pay for all of them up front it is a lot cheaper....as in a couple of hundred dollars cheaper, so I paid a lot of money up front to get the savings. What a waste of my hard earned money! It does not work!!!! I also wanted the skin tightening on my face and she referred me to Dr. Best who told me that there isn't any technology yet that truly can tighten skin yet. Isn't that funny.....She even adverstises with him. They help each others business out by referring each others clients to and from. He offers botox, which I did not have done. I am a very health person and I am not overweight and never have been. I just simply wanted the skin tightening and cellulite reduction which is what I was promised. I came to the salon once a week for three months and paid a LOT of money. I received ZERO RESULTS. They also double dip in the lotion they spread on your skin, so I pray to GOD I don't get some type of skin disease. It's been a year so I think I'm okay and nothing has happened, but that is a serious health violation and should never happen. They also had me follow this no-fat diet for the entire three months and I complained to them that when I went for my walks/runs that my muscles in my legs hurt when I tried to run, so I only walked. I later learned from research that because of the diet, which had no red meat in it caused me to become anemic which caused toxic build up in my muscles. I was so anemic that the doctor said if I didn't get my numbers up that I would need a blood transfusion. I have no doubt that it is because of this diet they had me on. Again, I did not need to lose weight, but because of this one machine they used they said your body cannot process extra fat intake while it is trying to move fat out with that machine. I've never been on a diet before in my life, but the way they explained it made sense, so I thought not eating red meat was not a bad idea, but apparently it was. These cellu-smooth and laser lipo machines DO NOT WORK!!! Eat right and exercise is all you can do and I knew this, but for some reason I believed Susan when I talked with her twice for an hour each time. The biggest mistake I've ever made was trusting her and giving her my $$$ without some type of proof or contract. I am always very skeptical about everything, but for some reason I believed her. She's been advertising this service for years and she's still offering it, so I though it must work. BIG MISTAKE!!!! She had NO BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES because she knows there are no results to show. She was able to explain that one away, but I'm getting tired of typing, so I won't give all the details. There is also nothing in writing....just a little receipt. LOL! After I paid and showed up for my first session I noticed little signs in the rooms that read..."NO REFUNDS"...... Hmmmmm....why would any professional need to post these signs in every room. Oh....probably because people have asked for their money back. That was a RED FLAG for sure, but noticed too late. SUCH A SCAM. People are desperate though and do stupid things! Hopefully this will help someone else not make the same mistake.
