I've had my eyebrows threaded at Brow N' Brow at least a dozen times and they always do a fantastic job! The women working there are so kind and take the time to ask me exactly what I am looking for in terms of shaping. Prior to visiting Brow N' Brow, I would often have some acne appear around my brow and forehead a day or two after having my eyebrows waxed or threaded, but I have yet to experience this at Brow N' Brow and I think that is due to their hygiene practice of using hand sanitizer with each customer before threading. It's definitely appreciated. The eyebrow waxing is affordable at less than $15 a session and they have discount packages if you pay ahead for several visits at one time (no expiration date). read more

Got a set of lashes for the first time and I loved them however they didn't even last 24 hours. Great customer service and very welcoming. They did clean up my eyebrows and did amazing at that, but just not with my lashes. read more

Amazing amazing amazing!!!!! I have been putting off coming here for months. I finally decided to stop in to get my eyebrows done. Eyebrows were $12 but definitely worth it. I ended up getting them threaded. The owner here is awesome and great. She was very welcoming and explained everything with a smile. My eyebrows look absolutely amazing!!!!!! I was excited to try this place out. I got eyelash extensions and I was told they would last up to 2 maybe 3 weeks if i took proper care of them. A few hours later, I noticed one of the lashes were poking my eye. I tried to ease the pain and gently rubbing them caused them to fall off. I was completely shocked. I called to discuss a refund and was told they can't do anything except give me another eyelash set. No signs indicated that they had a no refund policy. I'm definitely not going back to get ANY services done. The customer service here is awful. Please save your money. read more

Amazing threading experience, my eyebrows were in shambles after a visit to another place. The designer at brow n brow ( Wisam ) not just fixed my brows but shaped them in a pretty way. During my visit I witnessed another client getting lashes added and it was a unique transformation and decided to get mine done as well, and I absolutely love it!! Looking to get my eyebrows waxed, I scheduled an appointment at Brow N Brow. Wisam, the owner, was SO sweet and trustworthy that she convinced me to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I am INCREDIBLY intolerant to pain, so I was hesitant. She told me if I didn't like it after doing the middle of my eyebrows, she'd switch to waxing. Wisam's threading was PAINLESS!!! I couldn't believe it!!! She was so gentle and precise, and her presence made me incredibly confident and comfortable with her trying a new technique on my eyebrows. Afterward, she filled in my eyebrows with some powder - it looked so good that I bought it! She's been open for 7 months now and will DEFINITELY take care of you! Been a happy customer for almost two years now, and my eyebrows have never looked better. Both Wisam & Preeti are lovely, and always make sure I look good before I leave. I'm pretty low-maintenance, but I've seen some of the results from eyelash extensions and they look incredible! This was my second time visiting Brow N' Brow. The first time I got my eyebrows waxed and was pleased. I've been wanting to try threading, and finally mustered up the courage to try it. The owner made me feel very comfortable! While I'm not tolerant of pain, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. They have some good memberships if you plan to get your brows done frequently, that will help you save, but not required. I hate that I didn't get the employee name, but I believe she is the owner.
