I always tell her not to make them any thinner but they have continued to make them worse every time. This last time was my final straw. Not only are they super thin, they are very uneven and just messy- she missed very obvious hairs, only cut down half of one, cut down the front of the other, & left stragglers. Not only that but she was clearly rushing and for the first time ever it HURT. Very disappointed with this place and will not be returning.

I have been having facials and especially microdermabrasions to manage my acne for 15+ years and relocating from NY, I needed to maintain all the progress I've made. I was bummed she did not do micros but what she did was better, she talked me through what she was doing/it's purpose. We discussed products used in the past, from recommendations from my previous aestheticians and what worked, I was impressed that she knew all of them, had used some and now created her own line. I slowly switched over to her line, product by product trying one out for a month and then adding another. But oh my that Mandelic serum!!! In the summer after using a washcloth on my face (as a gentle exfoliation) I put it in and boom instant glowy beautiful skin! I have brought my 2 sisters here and we buy the products on rotation and come at least 4x a year for maintenance, as seasons change and in between as stress and life stuff causes a breakout.
