I completely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails done well and nicely!! I went here back in December, and just came back today to get my nails done for my sister's wedding. Once again, I love the atmosphere and the people here. Today, my nails were done by an amazing lady named Jennifer. She was very friendly and fun to talk to, she made sure to be detailed and intricate with my nails, and she was careful to make sure she didn't hurt me. New Years Eve day walked in about 1030 they were very busy. I checked in and they immediately seated me and offered a drink. A young man did my nails, he was very quick and did a great job. This was my second or third trip here and it was once again amazing! I was a walk-in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was immediately taken to my pedicure chair and selected a service. I got the Vinci and was given the chance to pick a scent for the soak so I went with a citrus one. It smelled amazing! The pedicure was spectacular! My stylist was super fun to talk to and just a really sweet person. I've never had a manicure here before today but it won't be my last! A different lady did my fingers and I like them short. I don't know why but most places won't cut them actually short. Thankfully they did here and I'm so happy! Every time I've been the place has been spotlessly clean and is very easy to maneuver around. They're very professional and I will willingly drive 40 minutes every 3 weeks if my nails always turn out how I like them. read more

This was my first time here. They took me as a walk-in around 9:30. Their door was open and the signage said they open at 10. I walked in and asked if they were open yet and the young lady said yes. I created an account in their system and was assigned to Lele. LOVE HER!!!!!! She's very thorough and sweet. The leg and foot massage with the oil & hot stone was great!!! It reminded me I need that all over! ‍ I was SOOO relaxed. Another girl walked in behind me and we were sat beside each other. It was so peaceful (until 2 others, who like to chat,came in around 10:30. By then were were finishing up. The atmosphere also helps with the nice chill music and waterfall in the center. I came in the middle of January and got my nails done, acrylics. I had a new person I've never had before. She did not pull my skin away from the nails after putting on the glue so whenever I took them off by Valentine's day, I had what I thought was hangnails embedded under each finger nail. After going to the doctors almost a whole 8 weeks after getting them done, I have a fungus infection under my nails. So the lady also does not clean her UV light. Waiting on results to make sure she didn't give me a Hepatitis disease. My friend also came with me, and she got 3rd degree burns from acetone misuse. I think because these two ladies wanted to get out of the building at 7pm sharp, they rushed our nail process and had further extended healing time. I have been to this place two other times over the last year and did not have this issue with the other lady who did my nails there and she's not there anymore. I will not support this business any longer. read more

Walking into this business - just WOW!!!! The decor felt like I was in Vegas !! I was impressed by the number of employees that were working. I was immediately seated into the pedicure chair. The worker used gloves for sanitation purposes - and provided a great experience included a Bottle of water. In the end I sat in cooling station and prior to be checking I had a small smudge on my right toe. They immediately fixed it right there. I didn't like how they rushed me into leaving - my mail want dry. Coming home - the nail polish wasn't smooth on the toe they fixed. Pedicure was $35. It was great but not worth it. read more

Very spa like feel. Service- I wanted SNS and a pedicure. My pedicure was Ah Mazing. She was careful and attentive. My feet feel great! My nails... the guy was so confusing. I decided to go with acrylic. As I look at my nails more intently, I notice they do not look like they were just done. I was even asked... "Did you get your nails done today?" Went to visit the salon last Saturday 3/8 and got a gel mani/pedi. I made it home and my nails started to pop off. I've never had that happen with gel before. I sent message to the business page to find a solution and no response. Very disappointed as I love the cleanliness of the salon and close to home but not if $30 gel nails fall off an hour after application. read more

My husband surprised me on FATHER'S DAY with a spa day, and it was incredible! This man is one of kind! First off, Vin, my nail technician, was incredible!! When I walked in my mouth dropped! I didn't recognize the lions on the walls at first, but with my husband brought it to my attention, I knew I recognize them from somewhere and come to find out. They are an extension of the Grandover Resort... which by the way, is my other favorite spot to go if you ever want to receive the best hot stone massage ever!! Anyways... I finally found a nail salon where the atmosphere is relaxing, AND the service is outstanding! No TVs or loud music; just soft, relaxing music being played. I have been coming here for my pedicures since they opened a couple years back or so. I came in today with gel polish on my toes and asked for the royale pedicure ($49 with a 10 minute leg massage) and black gel polish which is a $16 up charge. It was the worst leg massage I have got during a pedicure.. ever. I wouldn't even go as far to say it was a minute long. Like genuinely when I was told I was good to go I was confused. The polish that is on my toes looks horrible. Left with wax in between my toes, black polish everywhere all over my cuticle, and not even covering the entire toenail. I have never left a negative review before. Last time I got a pedicure here I was held up by who I assume is the owner to leave a google review (all while being in front of her). I could have just done a better job myself, but I enjoy to pay for the experience every couple of months because of how I typically feel after. I'm not sure, just upset about paying $70+ for a shitty massage and ugly polished toenails. Not to mention writing this in my car as I just walked out the door and the polish is already lifting up on one of my toes. read more

I called this morning to let them know that the guy that did my service was digging for Ingrown toe nails and I do not suffer from them. Left big toe is clearly infected now. The guy also used the drill to remove gel polish and clipped my cuticles no less than three times. The person I spoke to wanted me to come in this morning so he could see my toe, and when I said "no", he asked what I wanted and I said "a refund", to which he relied , "no". I won't be back and caution ANYONE thinking of going to rethink that decision. read more

I got acrylic tips with gel on my fingers and a base pedicure with white normal nail polish. Appointment was at noon, I was seated at 1:11. My finger nails were rushed through and done poorly. Helen was my nail tech. She was not very nice and did not ask for any feedback throughout my service. I will attach photos of my nails... both what I asked for and what I got. My toe nails were done much better by a different nail tech. It felt like she actually cared about doing them a little more. I have nail supplies at home, but wanted to go with my friends to get them done for graduation weekend. I wish I had just done them myself at home. I would have saved a lot of money. Let me start by saying that the staff is very polite and tried to give me a good experience. I got a gel finger nail manicure. I was coming off Halloween, and the polish on my nails was orange and black. The nail technician who removed my polish totally wrecked my nails. I'm having to grow them out (without changing the polish) because she filed them so thin while trying to get the nail polish off of them. She used some acetone to get the polish off as well, but it was really ineffective. Even after filing my nails into oblivion, there were still specks of black that she left on that showed through the polish painted over it. She also did the weirdest thing. She took a tool and scraped layers off my nails, to make them even thinner. I should have stopped her. I don't know why I didn't. Maybe it was the very nice back massage she gave mid-treatment made me trust her. Silver lining? The gel polish is still not on and not chipped 6-weeks later. Like I said, I'm growing my nails out completely and then going to another place to get a fresh coat of polish. read more

Bad experience! I asked for an SNS manicure and I was in and out of my chair within 25 minutes. Insanely fast! I have never received such a rushed and inadequate manicure in my life. The shape on several nails is not symmetrical and the cuticles and surrounding nail beds were left unfinished and not manicured. There were no elements of a manicure. No cuticle care, no trimming the hang nails, no lotion. I was charged $41 for work that was rushed and done poorly. I have frequented this nail salon but I will not be returning. read more

My nail technician that I see at this salon is great. However management has decided to not let you tip with your debit card. You can only tip in cash. The inconvenience of having to make sure you have cash on hand is ridiculous. Oh but they have conveniently placed an ATM machine for customers to use to get said cash. So the salon is making money off the ATM fees as well. The nerve of this makes me want to stop going here completely. read more

I do not recommend this location. This location and the Grandover location are not the same despite the similar name. We decided to give this location another try since it's close to home. The first time left a lot to be desired and the lady literally about jerked my foot off my leg in her overly aggressive massage. Not spa like. The final product however was satisfactory. Today, I'm still upset and it's been hours. I told the lady I want a square French tip gel nail pedicure. At first she made them so thick it was ridiculous. When I told her thinner tip and square she then wanted to explain why thinner would not look better. I showed her a picture of what I had expected and her response was that thinner and more square would not look better again. She then said she could cut the nail shorter which I told her it was already too short and I prefer she not. She then sawed with the file until I moved my foot because it was hurting. Meanwhile the person I arrived with was only a quarter done with pedicure despite them saying they could take us upon arrival. She told her lady that she wanted a light pink nail, but the nail was just clear with a white tip. When finished she was taken to a station and forgotten about for her gel nail manicure. Finally, after her questioning the man, someone came and did her nails and this was the only thing done well. When checking out the man quickly gave us the cost. I let him know that I was not pleased with my visit. When he showed no concern I then I asked him if he desired to know why I was upset. He didn't. He tried to come up with an excuse for every noticeable complaint I made. I told him that they should change their name as to not ruin the reputation of the other location. After ruining our morning and sending me off with lackluster service and a sore to from being sawed down too low, he wished me a good day.
