Not very happy with my experience. The manicure service was rough hitting my cuticles so much it bled (see scab on thumb in photo). Nail polish piled in the cuticles so the bottom edge is sloppy. Nail tech didn't wait for gel top coat to cure before adding chrome so the final product was bubbling and not smooth. Middle finger was crooked. Will be redoing my nails this week somewhere else. read more

I got a pedicure for $30 with paraffin wax and it was very nice! The woman who helped me was very friendly and offered me something to drink (water, soda, wine). My cousin got SNS with tips for $50 and they look really good! Would definitely come back again! read more

I go to Diva Nail Spa regularly. I get Anna. She is excellent with S&S on nails and pedicure. I definately would recommend them.

I love this salon for the ambiance and their pedicures with parrafin wax. However, I've tried them twice for a manicure and it's been a solid fail. I got SNS on a Friday and it began chipping the very next day. By Wednesday I ended up taking it all off. REALLY disappointed with the quality and loss of my money on that. I should have known when the nail tech had to search for "fresh" top cost that wasn't gummy. Time to toss the old stuff and step up the game on the manicure side. I will continue to go for the pedicures which are well priced and relaxing, but I'll be looking elsewhere for a good manicure. I wish I could give a 5 star for pedicure and a one star for the manis. This is the worst place I have ever been..... I received pedi and sons. The pedi was terrible.... And they dip your feet in extremely hot wax, multiple times... Then my and was lumpy and also instead of being able to leave after the top cost application..... I had to wait under the hand dryer to dry.... Old school way! Piss poor service. I normally get my nails done every 10 days. I am looking for a new place, I am a loyal and consistent client.... When I find a good fit. This place is HORRIBLE ! read more

I have been to this salon several times and always have a good experience. Today was exceptional so I am taking the time to write a review. The wait was not that long and completely worth it to get Lindsay to do my gel manicure. She was sweet, gave a great hand massage, and most importantly, did an exceptional job with a pinkish-white color (OPI Let's Be Friends) that can look bad if not done perfectly. Can't say enough about my experience today. I will be back. They always offer you a drink, which is a nice touch. It is always super clean, too! read more

I tried this place out. The pedicure was absolutely amazing! Took there time and did my feet so well and the pain stays on. However, I play sports and have always gotten my nails done and they stay on and don't chip. I am at a tourney this weekend and 2 of my nails have already came up and others have chipped. This place does take a very long time but does not have many workers either. I recommend for toes but not for SNS. read more

Took a little under an hour for pedicure and gel manicure. The gel is uneven and doesn't look cleaned up. Pedicure also looks rushed and still have lingering nail polish on my skin. Well my friend had went here to get her nails done for her birthday, thought it looked pretty good and they were nice so she asked if I wanted to go with her the next day to get a pedicure. She made us an appointment and so we went. They were very pleasant and offered us wine. The owner (?) was walking around seeing if anyone needed anything, making sure everyone was satisfied. I had a great feeling. I don't get pedicures very often, I usually do at home ones, and consider it a treat. I got a basic pedicure, and my friend, since it was her birthday and wanted to feel/look great for her party, got the expensive one with the hot stones / mask etc. My feet weren't bad to begin with, just a bit rough on my big toe and heels from wearing sandals. I usually maintain them pretty well so I expected soft- ish feet at least when I left! Nopeeee. My feet looked and felt totally unchanged, except for the change of polish color. My boyfriend even picked on me that night saying I needed a pedicure because my feet looked a little rough on the heel lol well I got one! This is the first time I've ever had a pedi that didn't spruce up my feet at all. My friend who paid extraaaa... well, the lady gave up halfway through and got a guy to finish up painting. He was so nice! Her polish looked pretty and neat. But after they walked away, and our polish was drying we inspected our feet, excited to feel them all soft again! Nope. So rough. And her feet were even PEEEEELING like super bad. We looked around for someone to help us which felt like ages which felt like we were intentionally being ignored, even though it was relatively empty, and finally was able to tell the lady who did mine that our feet didn't look very great, subtly pointing out the spot on my big toe she didn't even file/pumice, and the extreme flakes all over my friends feet. I got ignored which is ok because I wasn't very confronting about it anyway, but she took a pair of tweezers to my friends feet for all of 10 seconds and sent us on our way. I was just kind of wow'd. The guy ended up ringing us up and acknowledged that my friend didn't get a good pedi, apologized, said the lady doesn't normally do pedicures, and was overall really nice. I ended up just taking a pumice to my own feet. At my friends birthday party people kept asking why her feet were peeling so bad and if she did one of those foot peels or something! This is right behind where both of us live so it's kind of sad we won't be coming here again. Again, they are nice, the place is cute, but for our first pedi experience there it definitely came up short and I felt like it was a waste of money. read more

Everyone was very nice, the place was very clean and relaxing. I got a gel manicure, and a regular pedicure. It has been 5 days and my gel is already peeling off, and toe polish chipping. I spent a total of $65 and didn't even get a week out of the polish. Very sad read more

Diva Nail Spa has the tranquility of a day spa with prices of a nail salon. It is now the only place in Greensboro I go to have a pedicure. I have had manicures there too but I only get them on special occasions. I suggest an appointment during 'sandal' months but walk ins are accepted. They are open 7 days a week. read more

It may look nice but the quality just isn't there. This is my second time here, the first time they were polite but the nail job was subpar. This time my nails look just plain horrible. The technician cut them uneven, the gel wasn't really dry so it's streaked now and there are lots of little bubbles in the polish. Umm what's with the negative reviews I've been going here for years not only is the environment totally nice and the staff.. Every 9 days u will find me there. I love my tech and my nails always come out great and my gel doesn't peel or chip or have bubbles. Very good experience today. I was walk in and waited 20 min. Salon was busy on Monday afternoon which is time normally not very busy anywhere. Lovely place and clean well maintained equipment. The atmosphere is really nice however the service was awful. I'm a busy mom and when I get a chance to get a pedicure this is my time to relax. I've never had a pedicure that took 25 minutes. I'm used to getting my dead skin off my feet in other salons this place they scrubbed it with a smooth sponge that didn't get anything off. I left with the same dead skin I came with. In addition, they barely massaged my feet and I had to sit in the chair to dry my toes since there was no dryers. read more

the staff is very polite. it is super clean and they are very cordial. even offer a soft drink while you have a pedicure.
