Went there after work to get a waxing for my face. I told her I was going to my niece's wedding and she rushed thru. She did not wipe off the leftover wax as it is always done and applied an enormous amount of aloe. Now I know why she applied such a generous amount of aloe on my face, because I have a swollen place under my lip and an abrasion to my skin. Awful and I am so upset. NEVER AGAIN! I'm currently get a pedicure done but this isn't my first time here. I decided to give them a try a week or so ago out of convenience to my after work errands. Let me tell you, I am not disappointed at all. They have great walk in specials and they greet you with a smile. The gentleman who has done my nails these last two times is extremely polite and does a fantastic, careful job. The Petra pedicure chairs are lovely. They massage just right, no more feeling like you're getting your lumbar dropped kicked by a husky toddler The decor is simple and aesthetically pleasing. Let me stop and say this leg massage is on point! I have tried many salons around GSO and have been pretty underwhelmed. But if you're in/around the battleground area I'd definitely suggest giving them a try. read more

Great little salon. Not super busy, which I value, but still attentive and thorough. I don't like waiting for more than 10 minutes. Who does? I had a pedicure and it was great. Employees were very pleasant and talkative. Great selection of colors and brands- not just your normal OPI colors. I'll definitely go back. read more

I have been to many nail salons around Greensboro, stoneville, Eden and this is by FAR the worst one I've been to yet. I came in for a fill in and the lady jacked my nails up so bad. The paint was lumpy, the lines on the side of my nails with the polish wasn't clean cut looking. Completely sloppy. My nails were all different lengths. But wait...the worse was yet to come. I get home and my gel set starts to crumble. I've NEVER experienced this before in my life. The gel polish peels after only a day or two. I come back within 6 days because my whole gel set is completely ruined and not in tact. I asked her to please fix this horrible mess. She proceeded to do so with a nasty attitude and made rude comments to me. She was so rough on my nails and hands and I even screamed out it pain at one point she was taking the nail file and actually filing my SKIN! I walked out of there still un satisfied. They were slightly better but my nails are still uneven and the gel polish still sloppy. I woke up this morning and my fingers are throbbing and sore. Worse experience of my life. I will make sure no one has to endure this same treatment I went through and will be telling everyone I know not to go there. In the meantime I will be praying for the owner there. She's RUTHLESS. read more

The only reason I'm giving it a 3 is that one of the very young ladys made my foot bleed. I have very little feeling in my feet so I was surprised at the sight of blood. The older lady was very nice and assisted in fixing my foot. If that one thing didn't happen I would be going back. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. Yes, I still paid full price for pedi and mani. read more

The service is exceptional and the environment and physical appearance is inviting, clean and pleasant. For manicures, pedicures and waxing, this is the only place to go in Greensboro. read more

If I could give zero stars I would.... HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went in to get SNS and it isn't the first time I've gotten it done. So he puts it on and it's reallyyyy chunky and uneven and so I keep asking if he can file them down so the guy and the woman in there starts yelling at me and giving me a hard time. Telling me I'm a waste of time and then proceeds to tell my friend she only has to pay half price and so I finally get pissed and ask to take it off and she starts yelling at me again and starts complimenting my friend about how kind and nice she is. which is very weird and the lady seemed like a psycho, but anyways they half took the SNS off my nails and filed my skin to the point where it was raw after I kept saying it hurt. Other then that as I was waiting I look down on the floor to see roaches everywhere!!!!! And the tiles were covered in mold!!! Ew!!!!!!!!!! Very unsanitary DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more
