Very nice nail salon. Chill and fair pricing in the services. They use hot towel and stones on pedicure. My nail tech did a very nice job with my paint. The atmosphere is more chill than other salons. No wine offered and i would have liked some even if i pay a little extra. read more

I've been a customer for a little over a year. This salon feels more cozy and laid back than some of the newer "fancy" nail salons where people are lined up side by side or back to back getting nails done. Revive nails is family owned, and I appreciate being able to see the small business I'm supporting. Mary is phenomenal, talented, very attentive, focused, and I've never had any issues with her work. Just like everything else, the prices have gone up slightly, but the quality is worth it, and from what I've heard, the prices are comparable, if not better than others in the area. The brochures haven't been updated yet with the new prices, but they've been taken off the shelf to avoid confusion. I was going to another nail shop until the lady that always does my nails starting working somewhere else so I've been looking for a new local go to spot near my home. I saw the other reviews on this place and took a chance. I came in the Saturday before Mother's Day early, which I was glad they opened up so early. I was a walk in and didn't take me long to get taken care of. Everything was great and my nails turned out exactly how I like them. Anthony did my nails, gel matte. I got a fill in and needed to get three nails replaced it came out to $60 so a bit expensive but it was worth it, I love my nails! read more

Excellent place to get a pedicure! I am in town visiting and decided to stop in for a pedicure. My phone was nearly dead so I wasn't able to take pics but they had a wonderful polish selection and I peaked at the countless SNS and dip selections which were amazing! The staff is so friendly and polite. They really take their time with each customer to ensure a wonderful visit. The salon was clean!!!! I love how they use pedicure bowl liners to each customer gets their own utensil kit. They offer water, wine or soda which is a nice touch. The pedicure menu was extensive! Their base pedicure comes with all the fixings but I opted for the cucumber cool and soothe I believe it was called. I needed some extra TLC on my heels as they were really cracked and dry. I would highly recommend this option at $45! My heels are baby smooth and so soft. You would never have known they were in such need for help after I had this pedicure! It included hot stones, exfoliation, a mask, a wonderful long massage and of course polish! When I come back into town to visit family I am definitely stopping here to get a touch up!! read more

Love this place, it has become be go to salon! I recently got a gel manicure. I didn't have an appointment and was still seated and my service started within 15 minutes! My nail tech had added small gems on my nails which fell off in less than 24 hours and when I called, they told me to come back in so it could be fixed and they were more than happy to do so! read more

5/20/19 Original review: Revive is my go-to salon! Anthony and Mary create an atmosphere that's both welcoming and relaxing. I've returned back several times since my first visit during their grand opening. The salon is brand new with all new equipment and colors. They have a wide selection of regular, sns, and gel polishes and lots of different services to choose from. They also use pedicure liners; I know that's something I definitely look for in a salon! I love that they really pay attention to detail in their service. They will make sure that you're happy with your nail shape and color before you walk out the door. You're also offered your choice of drink and even a brief massage! It really doesn't get any better than Revive. I thought I may have found my new "go-to" nail salon but sadly, I was very wrong. I have been to this salon about 5 different times and I liked the work done each time. I always requested Mary because she is very patient, nice, and pays attention to details. I am very particular about my nails because if I am paying money for something then it should be to my liking, in my opinion. She always listened and had patience with me. I would recommend Mary over any other nail tech in the salon(I had to go to a different nail tech once because Mary was busy and I did not like the work she did at all. In fact, Mary had to come and fix what she had done.) Mary is a common name in the review section for a reason! The reason for me never returning to this establishment again is at the cause of the manager/owner(not sure which one he is). His name is Anthony and he is absolutely rude. When it comes to regular customers that visit for several months as opposed to only 5 visits, he is very nice. I have seen him interact with other "regular" customers in a pleasant way. However, for new customers he seems to be more rude, having a shorter temper. He likes to micro-manage every situation in the salon, constantly putting his input that no one asked for. I picked out 2 different colors for my nails and could not decide between the two. Anthony told me that I was being "too picky" (his exact words) and that I should find another salon to go to if I will continue to be "too picky". He said I need to "pick one color and stick with it". Anthony has NEVER done my nails, not even once. So why he felt the need to talk to me in such a way, in front of other customers, really baffles me. Mary was the one doing my nails, not him. So I do not see how me being "too picky" even effected him at all. I felt embarrassed and upset. He doesn't know what other people go through and he needs to watch his attitude and tone. I come to the nail salon to RELAX, not to feel embarrassed and certainly not to get "called out" by someone who IS NOT EVEN DOING MY NAILS. Completely unprofessional. The last time I checked, picking out two different colors and deciding between the two shouldn't be an issue at a NAIL SALON. Yes, I am indecisive but as a nail tech you should be patient with customers. I will NEVER return to this nail salon ever again. Mary was a good nail tech but she is not the only good nail tech in the area. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. And Anthony, if you are reading this, you're rude and I decided to keep my composure in the salon. I'm happy that I did because you are not worth my energy. You have given me bad vibes since I first stepped foot into the salon. I dealt with it because I liked Mary and I never really had to deal with you directly, until today. I decided to come to Yelp to let everyone know about you. You play favoritism to certain customers(even though we ALL pay money). You should treat customers with EQUAL respect. Even though losing me as a customer likely won't hurt your small business, it's the about principle. You have a VERY poor attitude, I hope you work on that. It's important to have a positive attitude in customer service and remain respectful. Today, you displayed unprofessional behavior and I'm truly disgusted. Mary is the highlight of your salon, she seems to be bringing a lot of business to you. While I loved her work, it's not worth it to put myself into a hostile environment just to get a mani/pedi. I had a good experience at this salon. I was a walk in for a gel manicure. I waited while picking out a color for an available nail tech and offered a beverage, very hospitable! The manicure experience was pleasant. A quiet salon with a lively young boy who I played a round of Jenga with. The only issue was being over charged $5, which didn't take too much away from the experience. All in all, I'd return. My gel manicure has lasted 14days with only one nail chipped, and some lifting at the base of a few others. read more

The worst experience ever. I honestly have never experienced this type of blatant discrimination outside of corporate America. I walked in for a pedicure just ahead of three white clients. We requested the same top tier premium service. The service that I received was absolutely and intentionally degrading compared to the service of the white clients. I kindly request 3 times to receive the same level of service. I did not receive the same amount of time with my feet in the water that they did. I did not receive the same level of care spent scrubbing, exfoliating, massaging, and focus that they received. It was VERY noticeable and I just requested that they stop the service. They will never receive my money again. After talking to another regular client of theirs that I have a relationship with, she told me that she watched the same type of discrimination happen to other African America customers and subsequently stopped visiting this nail salon because the owner told her that it was intentional and that he did not want black clients in his salon. His goal was successful for this black client that always tips well. Never again will I patronize this business. read more

When I visited GSO, I needed my nails done for a wedding the next day. I'm a huge fan of dip powder so that's the first thing I confirm when calling any location. I called Revive to confirm they could do dip powder. I received the dip powder & peppermint pedicure service. Dony provided such an amazing pedicure! I almost fell asleep because of how relaxing it was along with the soothing music. My feet are so smooth! For my dip powder, I wanted to try a new design that I've seen on Pinterest & that would match my dress. I recommend searching abstract nails because the designs are beautiful! I really appreciate the time and effort they put into their work. I can go 3-4 weeks with SNS and no chipping or issues. This was a huge improvement from 2 weeks tops with cracking. I can really tell Revive takes great pride in their work and customer service. Some people may prefer a quick experience getting their nails done but I prefer quality in both products and customer service! I am an RN and many of my coworkers go here as well as family members. Anthony and his team are great at customer satisfaction. His business is extremely clean and unlike other nail places ;he use liners in their pedicure stations for complete sanitary safety. Over 10 years I have witnessed customers who try to get free services by complaining even though their nails looked perfect in other salons. I usually bite my tongue.I am writing this due to a customer coming in with cuticles she obviously chewed on to the point of bleeding. Her nails had grown out from her SNS she had done 3 weeks prior and wanted to imply that caused her issue. She removed the picture which showed her chewed up cuticles after a non customer grabbed the image and decided her life was so boring she needed to slam a business she never had nails done in. The woman looked familiar in some way to me like possibly a woman in the past I saw abuse another business. She obviously chose not to get a dr's opinion because he would have stated saliva from her mouth and chewing on cuticles causes infections. The owner was smart not to offer to remove her 3 week old SNS nails because that would have burned the open cuticles like a mother f'er. Then she would have had good reason to complain. Medical students and RNs and other medical professionals recommend this place because of the extraordinary measures to prevent infection.Please make your own opinions by visiting before taking the review of an obvious scammer who most likely frequents nail salons for free services with complaints. Shame on anyone copying a bad review and pics to stir up drama when they themselves have never even walked into the establishment. read more
