They truly go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your nails and your experience every single time. With my wedding coming up, I reached out about bringing my bridal party in to get our nails done together, and they were immediately so excited and willing to work with us to make it happen. It means so much to have people who genuinely care about their clients and are willing to make such a special season even more fun and memorable! She then turned me over to someone else. After 2 1/2 hours, my nails are 75% completed my nails are pink rather than white and I remind her that was not what I asked for. English was not her first language so conversation went back-and-forth between my Manicurist and the owner, problem enough.... I don't understand what is being said... the possible solution when a lovely patron decides to inform me that it wasn't nice to inform the manicurist that I wasn't happy with what was being done to my nails.. I had been rude in bringing the color issue to the manicurist attention (it's unchristian) and as her daughter was in the shop, she was using me as an example for her daughter of the kind of behavior not to exhibit in that situation. All the while .... the owner has apparently decided the original manicurist should continue trying to fix the nail color which I eventually point out remains pink. The owner eventually steps in again and corrects the situation and I leave with my nails completed, but nothing else, but please. I bet you're thinking it's the end, oh no. Before I go my oh so gracious teaching mother loudly states as I'm washing my hands that she is willing to pay for my services. I'm thinking... Oh!!! Really!! She's a regular so I thanked her and said no but I did bless her for pointing out my unchristian like behavior today and left. I don't think this salon and I are a good match. Once I find a good match... I follow them. These people are your friends and environment is important along with how well they do their job.

I said gel mani/pedi and they asked me to pick out color and have a seat When they called me back, I asked them to do light filing/buffing on my fingernails because I have thin nails. This apparently made the girl mad because she started acting passive aggressive. She did my pedicure first and I wanted nails short. She was about to paint them when I asked her if she could cut my right big toenail a little bit more and she said No. It short enough. Also, for the drying light, she didn't use it the whole time When done, she said "get your phone and put shoes on ". She went to her table so I followed. She filed my nails and then was going to paint them. I said aren't you going to soak them and trim dead skin? She said what you want? I said gel manicure. She said you have to tell me that. So again, she was sassy to me and disrespectful. I told her I didn't think I would come back to their business and she said "That's fine". Bora was the tech.
