This may be the best my hands have ever looked/felt! 10 stars! -- UPDATE: was able to get through via phone! Excited to try this place out, hoping to report 5 star experience shortly! -- I made an appointment last night, can't find confirmation of appointment time. Logged back into the site - no appointments showing. I called them to try to see what's going on, no answer. Left a voicemail about an hour ago trying to figure out my appointment time and if I was even actually on the books. No call back. Tried to book it again, and the site was being glitchy. Tried to close out and book from the very beginning, and I get an error message that I've exceeded the maximum number of requests to try again in 12 hrs. About to call one more time, but I'm betting I'm not going to get through. I was really looking forward to trying this place :(

I appreciate it that they have washed my hands when I arrive. They also showed off the room where they sanitize all the equipment. You get to choose your scrub and lotion sent as well as your color. I was going to get the spa manicure but they were running late so I just got the basic one. The technician did a wonderful job on my nails. She made sure I was happy with the color before she painted them. She created a custom color based on what I was looking for. I would definitely come back the next time I need my nails done.

I would not go anywhere else. Appointments are readily available.

The massage chair is fire! The services were great and worth my trip. Did a great job on my toes. Pricing was a bit confusing cause I asked for a $48 service and was charged $63. Which did not include the tip. So I think they up-charge me. That is the only concern.

First time here, and I am very impressed with how appealing it is on first impression. Brightly lit, calm music, and most importantly for me, no smell! Most nail salons have a nauseating level of chemical smell when you walk in, and that was absent here. Eyes closed, I might not have guessed where I was at. They have a wide variety of services, and my wife was happy with the "Hard Gel" option as an alternative to SNS. We walked in without an appointment and were taken care of immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. Real surprising twist here: they served fresh fruit and drinks to the customers! (And even gave some fruit to me patiently waiting in the corner!) I would like to see a bit more hygiene focus. I didn't see much hand washing from staff, and work surfaces didn't seem to be getting cleaned between clients (concerning since there is so much nail dust from the filing.) Also, nail dust near fresh fruit seems like an oversight. Overall one of the best places I've been a bystander at!

This nail salon is basically the fast food chain of nail salons. If you're used to a pedicure being…read morerelaxing and enjoyable, this is definitely not the place for you. Everything felt extremely rushed from start to finish. They hurried through the entire pedicure, and honestly, most of it was painful rather than relaxing. There was no care taken to make the experience enjoyable. It felt more like the goal was to get us in and out as quickly as possible. The only reason we came here was because Nail Tech across the street is currently being remodeled. The prices here are comparable, but the experience absolutely is not. We definitely will not be back. I'd rather wait for Nail Tech to reopen than pay the same price for a rushed and painful pedicure.
