Great clean shop with friendly staff! Loved my pedi and experience! I had a broken nail and nail tech was super amazing at repairing!!

I took my baby sister to my favorite nail salon, Diva Nails & Spa. The shop was sold to another family of beautiful, kind, and talented people. A Christian nail salon with the most peaceful, gentle vibe. Sunny did my sister's nails (her hand to the right). Emily has been my favorite artist at this salon and I waited specifically for her. She is incredibly gifted at nail design and brought magic to my life through perfect nails! We had a wonderful time sitting with Sunny and Emily, and couldn't be more pleased with how our nails turned out! Emily will always be my girl and has taken the best care of me on several occasions, both pedicures and nail design/maintenance. We are life long customers! I had an appointment at 1 pm to get a deluxe pedicure. A girl walked in from our street and wanted to have her nails removed so the lady that was going to do my pedicure asked me to give her 10 minutes.. I told her that was not a problem. 30 minutes later I'm still sitting and waiting and in the meantime another girl walked in and wanted her nails removed also so she proceeds to work on her too. I got up and got ready to leave because I didn't have time to keep sitting there.. she came over and was apologetic and wanted to do my nails and I told her no that was okay that I was done. She kept telling me it was OK she would do my nails. I told her there was no point in having an appointment if she was going to do people that walked in off the street over those that had the appointment.. it makes me sad because dana always does such a good job. I won't go back and I will find some other place just as good to get my pedicures from here now.. read more

Got the basic Pedi and my Tech gave me the best most detailed pedi I have had in a long time. Everyone was so nice

I can usually walk in at any time and get my nails done but occasionally I have to return when traffic has lowered. My opinion for appointments is they are a "turkey shoot." Meaning that you may get lucky. Rachel is the sweetest owner I have ever met. She will try to take care of everyone who walks away n the door unless they are slammed which does happen. Called ahead to make a reservation and got in within 2 hours! Fine for me because it was a Saturday. Waited like 10 mins to start the dip manicure but they were quick and did a decent job. My thumb was cut with their machine though and it bled but it's happened before to me One of the nails was messed up and I appreciate he took the time to fix it. My dip was $40 for 3 different colors... it's $35 for 1-2 colors. I will be back! read more

I went there today when I walked in they asked what services I needed. I told them gel pedi , gel mani and eyebrow. i had to wait which was no problem cuz they were busy. i finally get in the chair for my pedicure and wait an additional time. my waters got cold waiting for them to start. finally my tech comes and the bowl did something weird and spit out a bunch of water that needed to be cleanup for safety. again no problem I understand that she finally begins it does take her a long time but I didn't mind because I waited so long I appreciateE's her taking her time and not rushing. then out of nowhere she stops my service and begins to service someone else who had just walked in and not waited very long and says her boss will finish. I then had to wait for him to finish who he was working on to come and paint my nails. he stated which I feel was a bs excuse that she doesn't do gel polish to try and placate my feelings. meanwhile I'm looking to see that they sat 3 people down for a nail service when I still had not gotten a manicure. it was a horrible experience. very unprofessional. read more

Tried this place for the first time today and will not go back. I got a pedicure and he made my big toe nail bleed by digging under the side of it with some pointy tool and my toe is still sore. I do not have ingrown toenails and I don't know what he was doing but I had to tell him to stop and then stop him when he tried to do it to my other big toe. I've never had anybody do that to my foot, ever. I've been applying antibiotic ointment hoping I don't get an infection. The whole place was dirty and greasy so I didn't even want to put my arms on the arm rests. The massage part of the chair wouldn't ever come on... and they're charging $30 minimum for that kind of service...smh. All the furniture is worn out and mismatched with logos from other businesses. The air was hot and humid and it felt stuffy. The staff seemed nice enough though. At least nobody was rude. The place really needs to be cleaned more though. I was in there at like 1pm on a Wednesday, not a Friday or Saturday when it would be too busy to clean. read more

Omgosh!! I've been there a number of times, mostly it's been ok, not fabulous, but it works. It's just frustrating when the staff can't communicate & talk in English, or they don't understand what you are saying. I just got off the phone, going in circles with the girl on the phone. If you don't know how to effectively listen & respond to someone, you probably shouldn't be the point person answering the phone. It's not good for business. I finally said, I'll call back another time, said no one ever! If you have patience, maybe go, if you don't speak English good, maybe go, the price isn't cheap, it's the same as most nail salons around the area, so I'm going to keep trying to find a salon where it's no so hard to schedule an appt & be understood, and believe that my money & business count more for me. I gave a 2 star rating cause she seemed to be trying but just didn't understand! read more

They have friendly and efficient service but my only concern is when it comes to the shape of my nails they can never get it right I asked for coffin and I got squared. It was ok this time, but next time I get them done the shape better be right or I will be forced to go somewhere else. read more

just went into this place today i got a full set of acrylics and my friend got sns without tips and these were the worst manicures we've ever received. the colors we picked were great but not the nails techs. didn't even greet us at the door. all i gotta say is dont come here. the women hurt me and made my skin peel on my fingers. and then she looked displeased when i didn't tip her. read more
