The man claimed he followed the picture that she provided, yet each nail had a different shape. Some were round and some were square and they all way too thick. I have been going to this shop for almost eight years and have never been unhappy. The technicians are very helpful and pleasant. A few don't speak much English but there is usually someone there who can communicate. The shop is clean and is updated. I have been using Evan. He is friendly, helpful and experienced. I strongly recommend him. My sister uses Tina, also friendly helpful and talented. They do gels, S and S, and all of the newest styles in fingers and toes. read more

No other customers were there when I came in and now I know why. It seemed like I was a complete inconvenience to the employees but they took me anyway. I selected my dip color and sat down. I had my cuticle clipped too short so it bled. The technician tried to work so quickly that the side of my nails were not fully covered. There was a child running around the whole time playing games on a tablet with wild, loud noise. I won't be back and I recommend that you skip it altogether. read more

I needed to get a pedi @ have my nails done @ wanted to try a new place close to home, so o figured I'd give this place a try. I saw all the great reviews & saw they took walk ins & took my chance. The waiting area is nice , they immediately greeted me, asked me what I would like to have done, asked me to sign in & take a seat. I was going to the back to start on my pedi within I'd say a loud 10 mins or less & this was on a Saturday. Massage chair, and they brought out a sort of price menu for the pedi & I chose a $43 because I wanted to treat myself. Now, to my surprise.... I like to do gel, because it lasts longer, however... I never expected to pay an additional $20 for that. Lesson learned. I've been to other places & they don't charge that much. I had SNS done, with an hombre & 1st one girl started & then all a sudden another girl sat down. Well apparently the 1st one must not have known what she was doing, because the nails (3 of them) popped off as she( the next girl) started working on them & she had to redo them. ‍ Part of me wanted to stop & walk out, but I was on a time crunch & it was Just too far in. At the end the second girl did a really good job, they came out really nice. However, they were very expensive! I've gotten similar for way less elsewhere. However, if you don't try you will never know. Next time, I must question prices before proceeding. read more

After reading other reviews, it looks like this business is RUDE & OBNOXIOUS to other black women, myself included! Now that I know that, Ill definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Honestly, my first visit was very pleasant. However, my second was rude and uncomfortable. I arrived to my appointment first and my friend told me she was on her way. A gentlemen started prepping for my pedicure. My friend texted me that she wouldn't be coming because she got lost and is closer to her home. I was getting situated when she texted me this so I didn't see it immediately. Then the gentleman asks me if she's still coming. I check my phone and tell him "no". At this point, the gentleman says something in his native tongue. The younger woman replies then him, an older woman in the front, and the younger woman all three start laughing immediately. Clearly, they're laughing about me. I politely ask "Is it a problem she can't come?" The gentleman said yes! Then the younger woman rudely replies "You should've told us." As if I didn't as soon as I knew. How in the world was I to know? Was i to read my friends mind? The fact that they found is appropriate to speak about me in their native tongue is incredibly obnoxious and rude. Then the rude comment from the younger woman truly set it off. I enjoyed coming here initially, with another gentleman who did my pedicure. However I won't be coming back. read more

I was trying this place out for the first time- I got a fill in with gel, and Evan did a great job! He was very gentle (this is my first manicure I didn't walk out bleeding from my cuticles!) and he took his time to be sure everything looked good. I had a band-aid on my thumb from a cut at work, and he was very considerate while working on that thumb. All in all I will definitely return here for my future nail needs! read more

I have given this salon several chances to do better. I am always happy with my manicures and pedicures. But the techs only speak vietnamese to one another and chatter amonsgst themselves constantly. It appears they are talking about customers , but we will never since they refuse to speak in english to one another. If its not meant to be heard by us - you shouldnt say it at all. its very RUDE. So I brought my girlfriend to the salon because we were getting her a full set and y'all they are pretty racist lol because I'm Vietnamese myself but I never said anything in viet the whole interaction and just listened to what they said. To every person of color just understand that they do talk shit about you and your race. It was really funny because they talked a lot about hispanic people being fat and dumb and I like to be with my girlfriend so I sat next to her the whole experience but she didn't really get it because there was no interaction with talking and the work they did on her nails weren't the best so take it from me and just keep in mind that you'll be ridiculed for nothing and they got tipped good money but we're still rude. I decided to come in today because a friend of mine recommended that I give this place a try. Unfortunately I ended up leaving because someone that came in after I did was acknowledged and serviced before I was, and I was told that I had to wait to get serviced. I only requested a fill-in, and there were other employees available which is why I didn't understand the reason for the wait. Long story short, I ended up going to another shop - and I actually changed my mind and got more than a fill-in - I ended up getting a toenail polish, eyebrow and chin wax as well. I could have gotten these services at this shop but I wasn't acknowledged so unfortunately I will not be back. read more

Awesome service, very polite, clean n organized ‍ space. Also staff wears mask and have glass separators between customer and tech due to COVID! First off they didn't greet us when we walked in, definitely rude. I went with my 2 daughters, we got a pedicure and a full set. They scrubbed my daughters legs and feet for a minute but they bs mine. When it was time for my full set, I had to tell him to file my nails down THREE TIMES because they were so thick, the man cut me and my fingernails were burning. When he was done he told me $90 for NAILS AND FEET. So I went to the car while my last daughter was getting her eyebrows done. She came to the car to get her payment and the man comes out and tell me that I didn't pay for my feet. So I went inside and explained and showed receipts that I paid for my nails and feet, he argued with me that he didn't charge for my feet so it was $90 for regular nails with some glitter that was HORRIBLY done. I asked him why would you charge me $90 and then say thank you and LET ME LEAVE?? It didn't make sense and when I was explaining to him, the other worker were laughing after they seen I was CLEARLY upset. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER bring my daughters back to this place!
