I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman and asked me what I wanted, I smiled at the lady next to him and she did not smile back. This lady was rude and spoke about me in her language and I have proof. She offered me a drink and listed the sodas and then said they have tequila and I asked what kind then yelled "TEQUILA" and I heard laughter. First timer here but decided to try it out after having a friend of mine rave about this salon. Was greeted by friendly staff and it had nice atmosphere. I appreciate how clean and comfortable it felt with each station having their own clear "cubicle" covering so there wouldn't be any way to be exposed to the person next door. My skin is glued to my nails, there's chunks of acrylic still left under my nails, and I felt that although I asked multiple times for the tech to fix it, she got frustrated and gave up. The total came out to $70 before tip, which I don't feel reflects the quality of the nails. I'm expecting to have to go back within the next few days once they inevitably begin to lift. Went a second time last night after my wonderful experience a few weeks ago. Yet again, a wonderful experience! Was seated for a pedi right away. Tee was so sweet and took her time giving me an amazing leg/foot massage. I was greeted by Johnny with a complimentary drink again. Then Brian did my nails. He was friendly and funny. My nail tech was very rough and unprofessional. She was rude and didn't listen to my concerns. I asked for a specific design and she said the salon doesn't carry any of the shades of brown I asked for. I asked for the complimentary drinks and she basically threw it at me. Towards the end I was asking if she could shape it down a bit more because they were bulky and she started yelling in her native tongue and spitting at me. I am new to the pedicure scene but I really like it. I have almost no idea what I am doing and this place was most accomodating. They have many different versions of pedicure for the same price (different scrubs and infused creams). This was a pain free experience (some places have hurt my tootsies). The scrub is hard but just the right amount of hard. Also they needed more creams for my legs because I think hairy legs need more cream, but they got more without my even asking. This place has by far the most rigorous safety procedures of any place. They check your temperature. Screening questions. You are required to wash your hands with soap and water. They wear gloves. There are plastic shields everywhere between the chairs and between you and the technician. read more

This was my first and last time here. It took them an hour to even start on my nails even through I had an appointment. The lady that did my nails cut me 6 times and continued to cut and file the wounds, making them bleed more. In the process, she physically broke 2 nails in half and didn't even fix them, just put more dip powder over them, now they're thick and clumpy. I also wanted a design on my nails and I told her this in the beginning. She put the base coat on and after, put the top coat on and never even asked me about the design. This process ended up taking 3 hours. When I was checking out, she showed another nail tech that she broke 2 of my nails. They charged me full price as well. This was the worst manicure i've ever received. it took 2 HOURS, and my friend was not seen for over an hour, despite the fact that we had appointments. My tech used the wrong color, did not ask me about length and told me i was wrong when i said they were uneven(they are). I got SNS with tips and paid $50 for the worst nails. They also used the LED lamps which isn't necessary with SNS which makes me concerned about the salon quality. My nails have already began cracking, my cuticles are ruined, and the nails look grown out from where he stopped applying product. and then the sealant was expired so they used what seemed like eye drops to thin it out. This was the BEST manicure I have ever gotten anywhere from anyone. It was perfect, zero flaws. It also lasted 3-1/2 weeks!!! This is unheard of in my past experiences! I can barely make it 1-1/2 to 2 weeks normally. If I lived in WS, NC I'd only go here. I should note that my manicure was done by the one of the owners (married couple, the wife did my nails) so I'm not sure how the other techs do. Made an appointment for 6:15. 7 pm and we finally got started. Had to ask to move chairs because the massage function was really noisy and I felt like I would be disturbing everyone around me. They seemed irritated that I asked but obliged. They also left me with plastic parts from the tub floating in the water with me, which was weird. Photo attached. They had also known that the chair was noisy and didn't work properly before seating me there, so I'm not sure why they did. Anyway, after that all was fine. Can i give negative stars? Let's start with nails. My nails were already short so that's on me. This is supposed to be a gel manicure and none of the nails have the same coats on them. My pinky has 1 coat. Cuticles? Atmosphere: pleasant until the girl passed out and management didn't call 911!!! They didn't seem phased by the girl turning grey and her feet turning purple. LUCKILY my friend was a nurse who had to ask them to call 911 after loosing her pulse. She asked them not once, but twice. They refused to help move her flat to get her heart moving again until she got angry with them. Ive had some really pretty manicures here. But last time I went, five of my fingers were bleeding around my cuticles. That is half of my fingers. They started to bleed while they were being filed. I always get my nails done and this never happens -so they must have been filing really aggressively. My fingers were fully bleeding, and the nail tech continued to proceed with the manicure and ignored my bleeding. I didn't even get lotion on my fingers because they were avoiding touching my blood. I wouldn't recommend going here because this can lead to infection, and this was not a relaxing experience. read more

Made an appointment for a weekday afternoon with a good friend of mine who comes here pretty frequently. It was surprisingly busy! We were greeted a bit brusquely, when we walked in there was no hello just a lady in the front who told us go wash our hands. We picked out colors and were led to the back. Because of COVID there are plastic barriers between each chair so it made talking to my friend a bit hard. They gave us bottles of water which was nice. I got the simplest option, the classic pedicure for $40 + tip since it was my first time here. They did a good job. I told them I have sensitive feet so they didn't go too hard on cutting my nails down or the cuticles. The water was nice and warm and I particularly like the hot stone massage. Came here yesterday for my sisters birthday. There were four of us. We got there around 9:40 and I'm pretty sure they had just opened at 9:30 and when we walked in there were already 5 people getting their nails and toes done. With us being a bigger group for a salon I was surprised we were able to get chairs all beside each other at the pedicure seats but we did. I got the pomegranate foot scrub and it felt so good, I love any type of massage so it felt really good on my feet plus with the hot stones just made it 10x better. Left with three bleeding fingers and looking as if I hadn't even gotten my nails done. I selected a light pink SNS shade manicure. The lady barely put any on it and didn't cover all the way to the edge of my nail. She also only did one coat so you can see the white edge of my nail through the paint. She blamed me for making my hands bleed even though I sat still the entire time. She was not at all friendly. She never introduced herself and, rather than give instructions, she would aggressively maneuver my hands and huff. I also made an appointment in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen.
