Lee gives the best pedicures ever! She's worth the wait! I really appreciate the time and attention she gives. Eli is the nail technician I've been looking for since moving to NC! He's so dang good. I just got my second set of hard gell and I love them. I've been getting my nails done for decades and I've tried just about everything that's come out. These are by far my favorite. This salon is always extremely clean and friendly environment. They can get super busy because their so good! Come with your patience and time! read more

Johnny did my nails. He complained that the previous salon did a poor job but I think my nails looked BETTER when I went there. This wasn't the shape nor color I originally wanted with the shape given, I settled for white to make it simple. Leaving with my cuticles BLEEDING and burning. He said it was because he had to fix the last person mistakes (it was a fill in, they were nowhere near my cuticles.). I did not tip this time and no, will NOT be back. EVER. read more

I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman and asked me what I wanted, I smiled at the lady next to him and she did not smile back. This lady was rude and spoke about me in her language and I have proof. She offered me a drink and listed the sodas and then said they have tequila and I asked what kind then yelled "TEQUILA" and I heard laughter. Then she says they have margaritas and I asked for strawberry then she says she's joking so I just declined the offer. She shows me the polish on the nail and I said that nice we can do another coat and then she said "I know". Her customer service is poor and she was very condescending. First timer here but decided to try it out after having a friend of mine rave about this salon. Was greeted by friendly staff and it had nice atmosphere. I appreciate how clean and comfortable it felt with each station having their own clear "cubicle" covering so there wouldn't be any way to be exposed to the person next door. My nail tech was very nice and did such a good job at my pedicure. They have a variety of options on their menu and very affordable for what you're getting. I will be back for sure. read more

Best Pedicure Ever Not from around here but came to this salon for pedicures on an anniversary trip and I'm so glad we chose this place! Staff is very friendly and attentive. Massage chairs work great. Longest most detail oriented pedicure I've ever had. Didn't feel rushed. The only thing I can say is that they didn't offer us a drink but I'm sure if we had asked for someththey would have brought us one! If we're ever in the area again we'll definitely come back! read more

New to town and got my nails done for the first time since getting here. I got a full set with gel, and am pretty disappointed in it. My skin is glued to my nails, there's chunks of acrylic still left under my nails, and I felt that although I asked multiple times for the tech to fix it, she got frustrated and gave up. The total came out to $70 before tip, which I don't feel reflects the quality of the nails. I'm expecting to have to go back within the next few days once they inevitably begin to lift. Overall, the staff was incredibly nice and the salon was clean. I just don't think they're the most comfortable doing acrylic sets read more

The staff was very friendly and spent quality time doing our nails. It was my first experience with them and I will definitely return!

Went a second time last night after my wonderful experience a few weeks ago. Yet again, a wonderful experience! Was seated for a pedi right away. Tee was so sweet and took her time giving me an amazing leg/foot massage. I was greeted by Johnny with a complimentary drink again. Then Brian did my nails. He was friendly and funny. My nails look fantastic. They take their time so I make sure to go when I don't have other plans. I appreciate that as I'd rather not have a rushed, sloppy experience. I love this salon!!! read more

NEVER GO BACK AGAIN First positives- nice place, decent and clean. Appointment was made easily and was available with short notice. NEGATIVES- I went for pedicure/acrylic fill/eyebrows waxing yesterday. My pedicure was done my Le. She was very nice but kept leaving me to attend someone leaving ne waiting with my foot up. Either it's nail polish quality or it was too mich, my toes didn't dry even after 5 hours after I came home. She already messed my toes while inserting my foot into my sandals. My acrylic fill was done by Tammie. She did ok with shaping and filing etc. but when she applied polish she left a big gap between nails making it look like my nails grew out. Looks bad. I spent lots of money and walked out with disappointment. Didn't have time to go back since I left town for thanksgiving. read more

My nail tech was very rough and unprofessional. She was rude and didn't listen to my concerns. I asked for a specific design and she said the salon doesn't carry any of the shades of brown I asked for. I asked for the complimentary drinks and she basically threw it at me. Towards the end I was asking if she could shape it down a bit more because they were bulky and she started yelling in her native tongue and spitting at me. I left very unhappy and disappointed. read more

First time visit. Had an appointment for 1:30 pm. Girl at counter did not acknowledge me. I said hello she said "Go wash your hands". Had me fill out a health questionnaire told me to "go sit in chair" Sat in the pedicure chair. Waited 10 minutes. No one approached me, acknowledged me or started the water in the bowl for me. Waited 3 more minutes and left. What an abysmal waste of time! Needless to say, won't go back. read more

This was my first and last time here. It took them an hour to even start on my nails even through I had an appointment. The lady that did my nails cut me 6 times and continued to cut and file the wounds, making them bleed more. In the process, she physically broke 2 nails in half and didn't even fix them, just put more dip powder over them, now they're thick and clumpy. I also wanted a design on my nails and I told her this in the beginning. She put the base coat on and after, put the top coat on and never even asked me about the design. This process ended up taking 3 hours. When I was checking out, she showed another nail tech that she broke 2 of my nails. They charged me full price as well. I will never be coming here again. read more

I am new to the pedicure scene but I really like it. I have almost no idea what I am doing and this place was most accomodating. They have many different versions of pedicure for the same price (different scrubs and infused creams). This was a pain free experience (some places have hurt my tootsies). The scrub is hard but just the right amount of hard. Also they needed more creams for my legs because I think hairy legs need more cream, but they got more without my even asking. This place has by far the most rigorous safety procedures of any place. They check your temperature. Screening questions. You are required to wash your hands with soap and water. They wear gloves. There are plastic shields everywhere between the chairs and between you and the technician. read more

As a man, I waited till both my big toe nails were ingrown and hurting. All my worrying was for nothing. No appointment. Walked in, greeted warmly, and was sat down on the massaging chairs. This was the BEST manicure I have ever gotten anywhere from anyone. It was perfect, zero flaws. It also lasted 3-1/2 weeks!!! This is unheard of in my past experiences! I can barely make it 1-1/2 to 2 weeks normally. If I lived in WS, NC I'd only go here. I should note that my manicure was done by the one of the owners (married couple, the wife did my nails) so I'm not sure how the other techs do. But, I would only get my nails done by her if I were a regular! Simply amazing, way above anything else after a hundred + times of getting my nails done at places. read more

I did go back to Nails Tech, this time for a manicure and pedicure. I had a much better experience the second time around. My nails looked great, the polish was even unlike my first visit. I also enjoyed my pedicure, they have great massage chairs. Although I didn't realize it until my friend pointed it out you can just get a standard pedicure here, you do not have to go with the fancy ones. I had the standard pedicure and it was great and I did not feel like they rushed it or anything like that since it wasn't one of their spa versions! I will be back! read more

This was the worst manicure i've ever received. it took 2 HOURS, and my friend was not seen for over an hour, despite the fact that we had appointments. My tech used the wrong color, did not ask me about length and told me i was wrong when i said they were uneven(they are). I got SNS with tips and paid $50 for the worst nails. They also used the LED lamps which isn't necessary with SNS which makes me concerned about the salon quality. My nails have already began cracking, my cuticles are ruined, and the nails look grown out from where he stopped applying product. and then the sealant was expired so they used what seemed like eye drops to thin it out. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Made an appointment for 6:15. 7 pm and we finally got started. Had to ask to move chairs because the massage function was really noisy and I felt like I would be disturbing everyone around me. They seemed irritated that I asked but obliged. They also left me with plastic parts from the tub floating in the water with me, which was weird. Photo attached. They had also known that the chair was noisy and didn't work properly before seating me there, so I'm not sure why they did. Anyway, after that all was fine. The girl doing my pedicure was thorough and gave a great massage. They gave me a (very very small) glass of wine which was nice. Massage chair (second one anyway!) was also very good. I don't think I'll be back here because if I make an appointment I don't want to sit for 45 min before I'm seen, and treated like a nuisance. read more

Can i give negative stars? Let's start with nails. My nails were already short so that's on me. This is supposed to be a gel manicure and none of the nails have the same coats on them. My pinky has 1 coat. Cuticles? Atmosphere: pleasant until the girl passed out and management didn't call 911!!! They didn't seem phased by the girl turning grey and her feet turning purple. LUCKILY my friend was a nurse who had to ask them to call 911 after loosing her pulse. She asked them not once, but twice. They refused to help move her flat to get her heart moving again until she got angry with them. They also wouldn't let me take a pictures video of what was happening The manager said that had never happened and then my nail tech told me FOUR people had passed out there recently and one was out for 6-8 minutes on a table before they revived her. SHADY. So yeah, i won't be returning. EVER. read more

First time here, I asked for acrylics, but the guy at the front talked me out of it and into SNS dip powder. (My fault I should've said no.) I asked the tech for Medium Length almond shape, but she cut them VERY short. After I left I notice there was fuzz and specs of something stuck to my nails and just painted over. Got them done yesterday and they're already staring to crack. Was very hopeful because of the good reviews but am disappointed. read more

Ive had some really pretty manicures here. But last time I went, five of my fingers were bleeding around my cuticles. That is half of my fingers. They started to bleed while they were being filed. I always get my nails done and this never happens -so they must have been filing really aggressively. My fingers were fully bleeding, and the nail tech continued to proceed with the manicure and ignored my bleeding. I didn't even get lotion on my fingers because they were avoiding touching my blood. I wouldn't recommend going here because this can lead to infection, and this was not a relaxing experience. read more

Made an appointment for a weekday afternoon with a good friend of mine who comes here pretty frequently. It was surprisingly busy! We were greeted a bit brusquely, when we walked in there was no hello just a lady in the front who told us go wash our hands. We picked out colors and were led to the back. Because of COVID there are plastic barriers between each chair so it made talking to my friend a bit hard. They gave us bottles of water which was nice. I got the simplest option, the classic pedicure for $40 + tip since it was my first time here. They did a good job. I told them I have sensitive feet so they didn't go too hard on cutting my nails down or the cuticles. The water was nice and warm and I particularly like the hot stone massage. It's a solid nail place! read more

Called to ask if they had apts for 3 people and was told they had a slot for all three of us at the same time. When i got to my apt they proceeded to only take one of the 3 people and made the other 2 of us wait for over 45 minutes because there were no other people available to take us... they should have just told me there was no availability! Edit: upped to 3 stars because my nail technician was really sweet and the pedicure was really good. But the wait was unacceptable! read more

Came here yesterday for my sisters birthday. There were four of us. We got there around 9:40 and I'm pretty sure they had just opened at 9:30 and when we walked in there were already 5 people getting their nails and toes done. With us being a bigger group for a salon I was surprised we were able to get chairs all beside each other at the pedicure seats but we did. I got the pomegranate foot scrub and it felt so good, I love any type of massage so it felt really good on my feet plus with the hot stones just made it 10x better. I got my nails done by Rachel and she killed it!! I told her I'll be back and ask for her. Everyone is so friendly, from the outside it seems Johnny (bossman) runs a pretty organized nail salon! You can expect to spend some money in here but if you pamper yourself like this normally then you're used to it! read more

Left with three bleeding fingers and looking as if I hadn't even gotten my nails done. I selected a light pink SNS shade manicure. The lady barely put any on it and didn't cover all the way to the edge of my nail. She also only did one coat so you can see the white edge of my nail through the paint. She blamed me for making my hands bleed even though I sat still the entire time. She was not at all friendly. She never introduced herself and, rather than give instructions, she would aggressively maneuver my hands and huff. I also made an appointment in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Waste of time and money. read more

I came in on a Thursday at 11:00 am. Staff is amazing. Walk-ins welcome. They offer beverages. They give great foot massages. I am quite picky about where I get my feet done. The prices are decent. You arrive and get prompt service, granted if you don't have an appointment, I expect a wait but I was brought to my chair right away. With my due date looming just 2 days away, one of my girlfriends suggested we go get pedicures. I have only had ONE pedicure prior to this one... Yup, I am not high maintenance in any way. So I don't have too much to compare this too but... I have to say, I LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience here! I went with the Lavender (Relaxing) Pedicure and it was fantastic! There were all sorts of scrubs and lotions massaged on my feet and lower legs. They have so many colors to choose from, it's almost hard to pick! I went with a nice new fall color by OPI called "Never Give Up", which I thought was appropriate with the up-coming labor and delivery. The 2 ladies that worked on my friend and I were VERY NICE! They seemed truly interested on how I was feeling with the whole pregnancy and all asking numerous questions. The massage chairs were nice- once I figured out how to work them. Haha. Some of the massage settings, were quite strong and almost uncomfortable... especially the ones under the behind! Ha!!! Cost-wise, I am not entirely sure what pedicures typically run. My friend got a regular pedicure (which isn't listed on the menu) and paid $25. My "deluxe" one was $40... Which, considering how long she spent on me, I thought was worth it! I didn't glance at the clock but I was still having my feet and legs worked on while my friend sat reading magazine for a good 20 minutes or more! Our receipts had a $5 off coupon printed on it so, twist my arm, I gueeeeessssss I'll haaaaave to go back. Haha. Highly recommend! read more
