I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day. My old SNS had been on my nails for over a month as I was moving across the country and ran out of time to get them redone before the journey. By the time I found myself with TaTa (I believe that was her name), one of the technicians at Lotus, I had a few nails already peeling. TaTa made sure to take great care of my nails as she was removing the SNS, being gentle and thorough with the removal of 100% of the SNS. This surprised me as 1. I have extremely brittle, sensitive nails and I ALWAYS have to remind technicians to be careful. Not once did I have to ask this of TaTa. And 2. I had never been to a nail salon that completely removed the SNS instead of applying on top of the existing layer. They definitely know what they're doing here.
